En välutrustad villa med luftkonditionering och takfläktar i hela och består av ett rymligt vardagsrum, separat kök, 2 stora sovrum (1 dubbel 1 tvilling plus 2 zbeds) med inbyggda garderober, båda med egen balkong. Ett modernt badrum med dusch över badkar och wc. Ytterligare wc och tvättställ på lägre nivå. rymlig lounge med balkong över poolen. Luftkonditionering överallt, INTERNET, UK TV, FILMPAKET, vattenkokare, brödrost, järn etc. På framsidan av fastigheten (söderläge) är en stor trädgård med pool och balkong med täckt område utanför sovrummet på första våningen. Dessa drar nytta av solsken hela dagen och utsikt över det stora poolområdet och ut till havet. Till sidan är parkering för tre bilar - Mindre än 5 minuters bilresa från de vackra stränderna med blå flagg och den livliga staden vid Coral Bay, och är några minuters bilresa till byns centrum i Peyia, där du hittar butiker, barer, restauranger , banker, kemister och andra användbara bekvämligheter. Bara 30 minuter från Paphos International flygplats. ofta bussar passerar till de flesta platser om du föredrar att inte hyra bil eller gå.

Easy to follow directions to villa. Great location, not far from village, Coral Bay, beach and supermarket. One bedroom on same level as lounge, other two upstairs. Nice kitchen, equpped with everything you need. There were some cleaning products also. Comfortable beds, blackout blinds in all rooms. Efficient air con. Plenty of sun loungers, lovely pool, which was warm in the afternoon. Double bedroom upstairs with large on suite, shower room on same floor which looks like its been recently renovated. Good water pressure. Good communication with host, no issues with villa when we were there. Had a fantastic time. Hoping to book for next year!

Wonderful Villa

Spacious, clean, great size pool, lovely neighbours. The villa is situated in a very quiet area with stunning mountain views. Just what i wanted and needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Martin is an excellent host and we will return!

Overall an ok stay

Location and neighbourhood was good. Home was spacious and well equipped. Only negatives: - the lack of water pressure in the showers. This made showering nearly impossible. - the hardwired timers on ALL the airconditioners with 2 hour limits. This was very frustrating and disruptive to our sleep at night as we were waking up around 4 times per night to turn the airconditioners on again. I didn’t see the point in this system other than to completely ruin our nightly sleep. Not great during the hot summer nights. - weak and slow internet/wifi signal.

Huge Villa with nice pool and location.

Nice and new villa that is located in a newly build part of the Town. The villa has three levels and pool at the front. There are other villa's very close, so the place feels save. The pool is nice and there are nice terraces in front of the bedrooms and living room. All worked really well. Having a car is recommended to reach the villa easily.

Fantastic property in beautiful Pegia

My husband and I have just spent 10 days at this beautiful villa. The whole process from booking to arrival went smoothly and I can only say the photos do not so this villa justice. I travel to Cyprus two or three times a year as I am of Cypriot decent and Pegia is my favourite location. I have rented many villas im the area and this was by far one of my favourites! The villa itself is modern and spotlessly clean and the pool area is well maintained. My husband and I had a fantastic stay and will definitely return to this villa again. Thanks again Martin and Jules

Amazing property on a very nice location.

We are small family with a infant and a 5 years old. Martin was very helpful to arrange a travel cot for the little one. Place had everything we need for our stay, we' will be returning soon. I would highly recommend.

Vakantiehuis op rustige plek, dichtbij Paphos

Prima woning, niet luxe maar alles doet het naar behoren. De bank in de kamer is wel aan vervanging toe want die is helemaal kapot, wat wordt verborgen door er een kleedje overheen te leggen. Verder was het contact goed. Ga er alleen niet heen als je een jongerengroep bent want daarbij het de plek niet voor.

Great location, home from home but with a pool and ☀️

Enjoyed our stay, villa in good location to access many local hiking trails. Well equipped kitchen, the user manuals had been left for the oven, washing machine etc which made life easier. Not had that luxury before. Comfortable living area and several outdoor seating/dining options - just follow the sun. No problem with water pressure, sounds like a pump has been fitted making the shower excellent and the washbasin tap in the bathroom almost another shower. Would have preferred a king size bed in the main bedroom, has been over 20 years since we changed to a king size, for my tall husband. I think most couples now have the larger size. All in all, we had a brilliant week, the local supermarket continues to impress, the fresh meat is so different to home. Daily swim, daily walk, what a lifestyle! Many thanks to Martin & Jules for making the villa so welcoming and functional.

Excellent as always

This was our 4 year staying at the villa and as always had a fantastic time. We have already booked our dates for next year we enjoy it that much. Martin and Jules are always available if needed for anything. The villa is like a home away from home. Only thing that could be improved would be the pressure in the shower.
