Fabulous stay!

We had the most incredible time at this villa. It was absolutely perfect for our week and plenty of space for 8. The pool area was fantastic and the location felt secure but close to everything we needed. Caty was a great, communicative host and we couldnt have asked for better.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

First of all Cathy was a very nice host but as there were no issues at all we only saw her at checkin and checkout. The Finca with its gardening is very spacious and in good shape with lots of tasteful decorations. The view from the pool area is great, the small village only a few minutes away. All in all we had a very good time at the Finca and can highly recommend it.

Wonderful sanctuary for peace and relaxation

This is a really special property, wonderfully restored by Caty and her family to provide an outstanding holiday experience. The location was really perfect for us as we wanted to enjoy the garden and pool area but only a short stroll away is the pretty hamlet of Sant Agusti with it's two restaurants and grocery shop. The kitchen is extremely well equipped (used to be a restaurant) and the whole layout is very well suited to an extended family like us. Caty was a wonderful host from initial enquiry through to meeting us at the property on arrival. Highly recommended for a family or group holiday in a magical location, we'll definitely be returning in the future!

The Ibiza Dream

Dear Cary, we've had such a good time in this place! Everything was really neat and tidy and you are such a nice person. We've had plenty of space for our two families, a great view to the seaside, many little cosy places to relax. You even can "hide" to be on your own, if your want to once in a while ...The kids had lots of fun in the pool - the parents too ;-). Would love to come back soon. Thanks a lot!!!

Excellent villa great location

We travelled there with our daughters and her friends to celebrate our eldest’s 21st birthday. Before we arrived the villa owner Caty could not have been more helpful with all our queries and was also on hand to answer questions during our stay. On arrival the villa was stunning, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here as location was excellent to get to local beaches, Sant Josep plus San Antonio and Ibiza town not far away. This characterful villa definitely represents value for money. Thanks for everything Caty!

Eine Traumfinca

Wonderful base for a group, well equipped and spacious.

Can Guerxonet was brilliant. The perfect base for our (too short) trip to Ibiza. We were a group of 8 and there was more than enough space. Lots of little gathering areas, beautiful luscious pool area and gardens, very very well equipped kitchen. And Caty was very kind and helpful ☺️ Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Only tip: use the app for taxis because a lot of the time if you tell them Can Guerxonet or the address they have no idea 🤣 sometimes “Sa Tasca” works because there used to be a restaurant here.

Great stay, beautiful villa

We stayed in Caty’s villa for 1 week and i would highly recommend to groups of friends or families as a great base in Ibiza. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and tableware you could ever need. Pool and outside area is amazing with various areas to hang out and nice quality outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, unfortunately we did not get to enjoy it to the fullest due to the weather during our visit. The host Caty was wonderful, very accommodating and also provided toys, high chair and bedding for my 1 yr old daughter. Location is very private but also convenient for visiting cala bassa beach club, sunset ashram and cala tarida. Hope to return!

Un Noël de rêve au soleil

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette magnifique maison pendant les fêtes de Noel. La maison est confortable, bien équipée et pleine de charme. Elle est très bien située , et au calme en plus! Caty, la propriétaire, est très accueillante et disponible pour donner des bonnes adresses et conseils de visite. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux. A true Gem!

Caty, we can’t really put in words how much we all enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa! Thank you for having us! This tastefully restored finca was THE perfect place for our family reunion! Located a few minutes drive from serene beaches and outstanding restaurants. The pool area, terrassed sitting areas and several insta worthy spots invite you to stay and truly you never want to leave. The views! magical sunsets, mature olive, pommegranate and almond trees, it has the perfect combination of old world charm with modern ameneties. Indoors sports a clean, fully equipped, large kitchen and plenty of room to gather. Rooms are spacious and again, a perfect old world charm with stylish bathrooms. Caty is an outstanding, very accomodating host and a pleasure to meet. We tend to visit a local only once and in all the years of travel, we NEVER thought of returning right away - but for Villa Can Guerxonet!

Wonderful villa close to San Josep and San Antonio

Gorgeous villa with all the amenities and a great pool area for socialising, with wonderful views to the sea. Within walking distance is a very cute village with a couple of great restaurants. Larger towns and beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Caty!

Traumhafter Urlaub an traumhafter Lage

Das Haus liegt an einer traumhaften Lage mit Sicht auf das Meer. San Antoni ist in 10 Min., Ibiza Stadt in 25 Min. und die Fahrt zum schönen Strand Cala Tarida beträgt 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Zum Lebensmittelladen sind es nur 5 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind schön, drei davon mit eigenem Bad. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend und der Aussenbereich ein Traum. Wir haben die 2 Wochen mit Familie und Freunden sehr genossen. Caty war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen. Besten Dank.

Beautiful house for a relaxing holiday

Been coming to Ibiza for 15 years and this has been the best stay yet. The house and the location are fantastic! Short drive and you have the best beaches and restaurants. Don’t want to drive? There a few very nice restaurants within a walking distance The house is an absolute gem! Beautifully restored old finca with all the old elements intact. The bbq area is perfectly located for a sunset dinner. And the hostess has been very helpful and absolute pleasure to communicate with. Will be definitely coming beach here.
