I stayed for two nights with three friends here, and it was a good place given the price point. The check-in process was very easy and the apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. The listing describes the location as a "historic building" but what isn't described is the old, narrow spiral staircase leading up to the apartment. If you have a physical disability or issues with stairs, I would not recommend this location. Also, the locks are very finicky and often require many tries to successfully open the doors with the keys given.
As for the apartment itself, the sofa bed is too small for the average person (my friends are 5' and 5' 2" and needed to curl up to fit on the beds) and blankets were not provided for the sofa bed. When we requested them, we were given extra sheets, which did not quite do the same job as an extra duvet would have. The bathroom and shower are very small spaces, which are shown in the photos, but still caught us a bit off guard. Given the price point and competing lodging costs in Rome, it was not a bad deal for four people, but it definitely suits two people who can sleep in the bed better, as the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment was nice with a few mishaps, and it did what we needed it to do in terms of housing for a few nights.
