Detta är ett nybyggt 4 sovrum hem. (1 Juni 2016 beräknade slutdatum) Ranch hem med alla 4 sovrum på bottenvåningen. Huset har två master svit sovrum med tre badrum. Öppen spis i vardagsrummet. Välvda tak i matsal och vardagsrum. Öppna koncept. Har separat tvättstuga. Två stall garage bifogas. Blanda av lövträ, keramiska plattor och heltäckningsmattor. Uteplats i bakgård. Det finns inga åtgärder för att få upp i hemmet. Allt är på marknivå så detta hem är rullstol vänlig. Fastighet nära till många attraktioner: YMCA, BP bensinstation, Top av butiker the Hill, halvön State Park. Under säsongen upptagen av sommaren, främst juni-augusti, föredrar vi att hyra lördag - lördag.

Great for families

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect spot for our family and a friend's family to do a weekend together in Door County. Great location close to downtown Fish Creek, and 15mins from all the other neighborhoods. House was clean and had everything we needed, and Jeni was communicatie. Would definitely reccommend/ stay again!

Everything we could have wanted!

This was our third year at this property. We keep returning because the house is beautiful and its location is perfect. We are three women ages 65-74 and there’s a bedroom with bath for each of us.

VERY Cozy & Comfy

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s very nice, very clean and super comfortable. Everything is on the ground level which was great for my elderly mother. And we loved having access to the garage. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great place for family gatherings!

Great home with a nice floor plan. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. Nicely decorated home! Plenty of helpful brochures and guide books on what to see and do in Door County. It was the perfect place for our family gathering. We all had a wonderful time!

Wonderful property!

This house was amazing. Very well-stocked and beautifully appointed. The moment we walked in the house we felt at home. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, including making s'mores. The kitchen and bathrooms had absolutely everything we needed, as did the laundry room. We can't wait to go back.

The perfect home away from home!

Jeni was so easy to communicate with and the home is a perfect home away from home. We settled right in and had everything we needed. Clean and organized. Lovely property. Surprised with all the extras she had in the home. We are foodies and cooked a meal in, and found a zester for our lemons! Appreciated all the lil extras! Great location to get around Door County. Perfect!!

We are three 60's aged women who like a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house for our annual foray into Door County. This is a beautiful home, perfect in every way. It is also stocked in anticipation of a guest's every need. We stayed here last year and hope to return for many more years.

Incredible place to stay!

This was our 20th annual ladies outing and this location was perfect. I really can't say enough good things about this place. There were 5 of us and the space was just what we needed. The cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfortable living area just right for late night talks and spacious bedrooms and great bathrooms made our stay so easy and welcoming. We shopped (certainly added to the Door County economy!), dined, attended a play and just enjoyed every moment of our visit. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay - we fully intend to return!

Beautiful home, perfect location

This is our second time staying in this fabulous home. It is in the perfect spot. It is right in the middle of Door and close to everything, yet it is off the main road and so very quiet and peaceful. Jeni is just the best! So easy to communicate with and keeps her property spotless. The house is stocked with everything you will need. We love coming here as it feels like our home away from home. So comfortable too! We hope to return next year. Thanks again Jeni for another wonderful stay in Door County. :)

Dream House

Perfect house. 4 bedroom/3 bath, no stairs. Great location, quiet and close to all the small towns in Door County. Great sleeping in the comfy beds, nice towels and kitchen is full of everything you need to use for cooking, including condiments! I highly recommend and us 6 ladies will be back. Love this house!

Lovely home in a great location

This home is all on one level, which was great for some of us with knee issues. It was very clean and comfortable and much better stocked than most rental homes. We were able to park in the garage, which was a plus. The location is central to getting around on the peninsula. Check in was seamless. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it easily accommodated our group of five. All of my friends enjoyed the home. I would happily stay here again.

Roger and Jeni Ripley are the owners of this home at 9409 Gibraltar Pines Lane in Fish Creek. Roger has many years in construction both in commercial and home building. Jeni grew up in the Green Bay area and spent a lot of time up in Door County thru her childhood. Many summers were spent in Sister Bay, WI where her grandparents rented a place. She wanted to pass on these memories to their own kids. We have two daughters, Sydney (age 24) and Madison (age 20). Our kids are currently in grad school and college, respectively.
