Välkommen till vår lilla bit av Pine Creek himlen! Vår egendom är perfekt för friluftsentusiaster eller de som letar efter lite FoU. Boka nu för att se all denna trevligt belägna fastighet på 2. 6 tunnland med 400+ fot främsta bäcken har att erbjuda. Stugan ligger inbäddat mellan bäcken och 60+ milstången. Du kan simma, fiska, kajak eller kanot ut genom ytterdörren eller hoppa på järnvägsspåret från bakdörren för att vandra, cykla eller jogga .

* 2 sovrum / 2 badrum * höjd stuga med senaste uppdateringar inklusive ett 15 'x 54' däck vänd mot bäcken (allt bostadsområde ligger på andra våningen nås via trappor)
* 2. 6 tunnland vacker mark / gräsmatta med frukt- och mutterträd och över 400 fot av främsta bäcken.
* Tillgång till 60-mils järnvägsspår (USA idag rankad som en av de tio bästa platserna för cykeltur) är precis utanför bakdörren.
*Praktiskt belägen.... Undangömt i Ramsey Village (utanför Rte 44) är vår mysiga stuga tyst och lättillgänglig. Det är bara 3 mil söder om Waterville, en snabb 10 minuters bilresa från Jersey Shore och en 30 minuters bilresa från Williamsport.
* De 2 stora sovrummen rymmer upp till 6 gäster. Mästaren har en queen size-säng. Det andra sovrummet har en full storlek säng och en uppsättning av två våningssängar. En full storlek futon finns också i det stora, separerade vardagsrummet. Alla sängkläder tillhandahålls.
* 2 bostäder ... Första bostadsområdet är kopplat till matplatsen, kök och sovrum. Ett stort, separat bostadsyta på motsatt sida av stugan gör att gästerna kan sova i sovrummen medan andra är ute och spelar eller tittar på tv. Futon i full storlek belägen i denna separata bostadsyta.
* Det första fulla badet är det viktigaste badet för bostaden i stugan. Det 2: a badrummet ligger nere utanför garaget / källaren och är perfekt för när du spelar ute eller kommer in från bäcken.
* Stort garage för förvaring av alla dina redskap medan du stannar - uppvärmd under de kalla månaderna.

Beautiful Location

The home was exactly as described/pictured in the listing and the location can't be beat. Pine Creek is literally steps away without having to leave the property. The hosts thought of all the little details, even things as small as having ice cube trays with ice already ready to go in the freezer. I had one question about the checkout instructions and the hosts responded to me very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we are traveling to the area.

Inviting home on pine creek

This creek front home is as described, very clean, has all amenities that you would need and more! Even though the home is older, they did a great job updating the important stuff like bedding, patio furniture, and flooring There's a game room downstairs for rainy days, and lots of living space upstairs to spread out. The back yard is beautiful and the creek floating was refreshing. There were great hiking paths right ourside the door, fresh rasberries on the trail! Biking on the rail trail is great too, it is right outside the door. We went up to Ansonia and biked down from there with rentals from Pine Creek Outfitters. Dana gave us great tubing options (2 spots we walked to) and responded quickly any time i had a question. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Dana!

Great place to stay!

The property and surrounding area had everything we needed. We had two adults and three kids. Bedrooms were a good fit and the bonus living space was great to separate when needed. We loved the games (ping pong, air hockey) in the garage, fishing and kayaking in the creek, and picking up the bike trail right next to the house. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed but restaurants were close enough to get take out. Lots of state parks close by but we had everything we needed for a few days stay right there.

Guys fishing trip

Great location, great views, great property. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything you need to stay. Local store is only a couple miles up the road if you need anything else. Fishing was excellent. Saw lots of wildlife while at the house and kayaking. Great trip. Thanks Dana

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our family weekend getaway! Cabin was clean, spacious and accommodated our family very well. We especially loved that Pine Creek was in our backyard. My dad enjoyed fishing and the kids enjoyed tubing. We went for many walks on the rail trail. Thank you Dana for all your hard work, and for sharing your cottage with us. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Cabin Near the River

This was our second time staying at Ramsey Retreat. It has everything we needed. It is so great to be able to walk outside your door for water activities and walking. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect Location

We loved our time at Ramsey Retreat. We biked both ways on the Pine Creek Rail Trail right out of the driveway. It was fun watching others cross “our” bridge. Our dog loved the yard and walking the trails or in the neighborhood. The garage was very convenient for storing bikes. We were lucky to have warm temps so we spent our time on the screened in porch and ate meals on the deck. We were very comfortable there.

Wonderful Weekend

This has been our 4th time to Ramsey Retreat. We thoroughly enjoy its location to the creek, the rail trail and all of the small amenities the house provides (games, yard activities, tubes, firewood, etc.) We'll be back!

Memorial Day Weekend

Had a great relaxing, holiday weekend! The cabin was clean and spacious. Love how close it is to go walking or biking on rail trail! Saw eagles, snakes, fish, muskrat and an otter! Enjoyed campfires and fishing and kayaking all weekend! Our dog Dixie enjoyed swimming in the creek too!

Restful if wanted, but lots to do at your door.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy. We had a perfect week, the weather was great. Home remarkably familiar to a cottage we had years ago. We totally enjoyed our stay. TV was on approximately 1 hr the entire stay. Wish we would have booked more days. Steps were tough for us, were in our mid 70's ...but Dana made it clear before we actually booked. We would book again, it was absolutely wonderful!!!

Rainy Great Fun Weekend

The cabin was perfect for the 5 of us. Warm, cozy, plenty of room to play games and relax. Even though it rained 90% of the time, we had a great time. Walked the 2 mile loop around the village and attended the Sawdust Festival Sat. Our 2 meals at the Pine Creek Inn was very good. Our pups woke us up on our last day at 4:30 a.m. Turned lights on porch and a black bear was visiting for awhile. Definitely will stay again during a different time of year to be outside more.

Someplace like home

If your looking to slow it down this may be the place! Excellent house, great location for biking and hiking and best of all for us a huge yard out two four footed friends could run around in to their hearts content. Beautiful location yet a decent number of shops and restaurants close enough. Nice game room in the basement and we spent a lot of time in the screened in back porch. We will be back. Only downside was that the area seemed heavy in ticks! The little bitty ones that are so small they are hard to see or feel so be forewarned on that one dog wise. Great property!!

Will Be Back Next Year!

We loved our stay. Friday it rained all day but we were able to get a 3 mile walk on the trail. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house and watching football, reading and playing games. Saturday we hiked 6 miles and then drove up to Leonard Harrison State Park and hiked the Turkey path. We will be back next year!!

Fantastic property on Pine Creek

Really enjoyed our stay on Pine Creek. I booked a week and a half, and could have stayed for a month. I love how mindful of light pollution the owners are- the lights are on sensors and only as bright as they need to be outside- so that the star gazing is top notch. The lawn is golf-course-green. The cottage sleeps a max of 8- we had 6 people stay one night, and at no time did it feel cramped. The deck is fantastic, and the local folks we encountered were quite friendly. It's also on the bike path, so no need to drive to a trailhead. There's even hiking right across the bridge in the National Forest. Hotel Manor is about 19 miles north and a great spot for lunch on the Creek. And the cottage is close enough to Jersey Shore - about 8 miles- that you can go to "town" for food and supplies easily.

Great Place to Relax

Pine Creek is a very special place for us. I was born nearby, was raised in Louisiana and now live in Texas. When I was growing up we traveled back to PA each year to enjoy Pine Creek with family and friends. It is where some of my best memories have been made. Now, I travel there for at least a month out of each year with my own children who love it as much as we do. It is a place where our family comes together and stays connected. It is a place where our kids and their cousins can play outside and enjoy nature. It is our little slice of heaven.

We have several family members with property in Ramsey Village. We visit regularly and have always wanted a property here that we can pass down through the generations. This property offers so much with its large lot size, beautiful fruit trees, 400+feet of creek frontage and close proximity to the rail trail.
