I enjoyed having Michael as a guest at my condo. He left the condo very clean and while he was there he was very quiet and respectful to my neighbors. His communication with me was very appreciative! I would definitely recommend him for anyone to rent to!

Well, you are in luck! We do have a cabin in Ruidoso that we have on HomeAway, property number 1065539. It does not have the luxury AAA leather couch and chairs but it is VERY comfortable! 1960 sq. ft., 2 fireplaces, 3 bedrooms (2 kings and the downstairs bedroom is a queen and does have a bunk bed), 2 full baths, game room with pool table, wrap around deck with view of a canyon and table and chairs, all new linens, pillows, blankets, flat ware, glass ware, dishes, pots and pans, small appliances and gas grill. Will sleep 6 in beds plus 2 in bunk bed and 2 more on pull out couch for a total of 10 people if needed. I will email you the pictures. I hope you will be our guest again! I enjoyed having Linda and her family as guest at my condo. They were very polite and nice. Then I got this terrible review of me. First of all, I tell my guest that this is a laid back condominium of older condo owners and guest and that I require quite time between 10 pm to 8 am and that is New Mexico time. I do have one camera outside my front door but I do not sit and watch constantly. But when my phone continues to let me know that there is activity going up and down the stairway of the condo and in the part of the courtyard after 11 pm I do investigate. At that time I asked Linda to please leave the court yard. She explained that they were just sitting out there talking and that they would come in. I explained to her that everything that goes on in that courtyard and going up and down the steps echos into everyone's condo. I was not mad and told her that I trusted everything would be okay. The last day of their stay Linda texted me to ask if they could spend another night. I okay that and gave them a very large discount. Then on the day they were leaving she wanted a late check-out. Normal check-out is 11 am and I told her she could stay till 3 pm. Then I get this horrible review. If they were so miserable at my condo why did they want to stay an extra day and take a late check-out? Please read my other 5 star reviews and you can see I bend over backwards to make my quests comfortable. If you can live with the fact that quite time is 10 pm to 8 am then please book with me. I realize that coming back to the condo after dinner or an outing can be after 10 pm. All I ask is that you respect the neighbors and try to be quite and not run up and down the steps. I have rented my 2 properties in Ruidoso for over 5 years and have never gotten a bad review. Linda, I wish you would of said something to me if you were so upset. Did you not read the information I gave you?
