Det finns tre dubbelsängar i king size-storlek, som alla har en zip-länk som ger möjlighet till sex enkelsängar och en fjärde dubbelsäng. (Så ingen obekväm bäddsoffa). Kvalitet ren bomull 400tc vita sängkläder och handdukar. Det finns ett badrum med badkar och dusch ovan, och en extra duschrum med lyx två man shower, båda med WC. Great Place to Explore Brighton

The Artist's House is a great choice for a stay in Brighton. The location cannot be beat - it is close to everything the city center has to offer: the beach, the Lanes, the pier are all very easy walks. The house is large, clean, and lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

Absolutely amazing place to stay, Romany was brilliant at responding to messages. The house was very clean and homely and having a few items there on arrival was a very welcome surprise too. It is in a great area that makes the beach, town and the lanes all easily accessible on foot. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Fabulous location

Just back from a fab weekend with 5 friends staying in a large four bedroom house. Decorated all over with amazing art work from the owner himself. Our instructions for our arrival came a few days before which was helpful.The house was spacious and comfortable. Just a bit cold as the heating was not working. As soon as the owner was aware he was happy to deal with it immediately. A great time had by all in a great location. Close to the water front and the lanes

Great Brighton base

3 storey building, staircases are narrow but it's a 250 yr old house with loads of character. We used it for 6 of us visiting for The Great Escape, we will be back next year too !

Wonderful location and house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and feel it was great value for money. The property is near to the beach and the buzz of the town with all the local restaurants. Romany is a very conscientious host and provided a lot of information and regular communication which we appreciated. 5*!

Had a lovely time, plenty of space. The shower on the left’s temperature couldn’t be controlled it was either freezing or steaming and you couldn’t change it.

lovely house perfect location

essentials house was very clean tidy and host was most welcoming, there was milk flowers and fruit left for us, there was also quite a lot of cupboard essentials that we could use, beds were very comfy and bed linen was crisp and clean, the house is over four floors and if you find steps hard going you would have a problem how ever we were kept fit after eating and drinking all weekend so this could be classed as a bonus. there was nothing to fault.

Great location for a weekend in Brighton

We were a group of friends staying for a weekend away from kids. Well located for shops, bars and restaurants. House is comfortable and well appointed. Host was quick to reply and organised parking permits for us. Would recommend.

Perfect location for a trip to Brighton

The house is cosy and well equipped. It’s very centrally located only 15 min walk from station, 5 mins from beach and 10 mins from central Brighton. There are lots of independent shops, pubs and restaurants locally. We were a party of 6 adults and had enough space to cook, eat and socialise comfortably. Romany is a perfect host, able to answer any questions promptly, the property is well maintained and immaculate throughout. We wanted for nothing during our stay.

Brighton Art House

We arrived early, but Romany was most obliging. The house is a piece of art in itself. Every room is beautiful. Just a stones throw from the main hub in Brighton. And thanks to Romany, we were able to leave cars in NCP pre-booked. Therefore we were able to enjoy a parking ticket free weekend!

Breakaway

Great house located near to everything in Brighton. Bonus having a nice sun trapped courtyard to enjoy the last sun rays of the day. Great host very helpful throughout our booking. Lovely art work in the house encouraging conversation as to our thoughts & what we saw..

It is well appointed, bright and sunny, and filled with art work which will be constantly changing. You will also find information about the history of Kemptown which is an interesting area with a colourful past!

I have lived in this area of Brighton for nearly 30 years and I would not live anywhere else. I am on the beach every day with my dog. Everthing you could want is nearby = shops, restaurants, clubs and bars and theatres.
