Wonderful apartment with stunning views

Always a joy to revisit Treyarnon as my childhood haunt and this is one of the best places I have stayed in this area. Excellent location. Easy to walk to beach and facilities. Gorgeous view and the sunsets weee amazing. Apartment has everything you need and was very comfortable.

Coastal perfection! (Shhhh it’s our little secret spot!!!)

We have visited Tamarisk several times now, always in November when the location is very peaceful and we been blessed with very mild weather for the time of the year. The apartment has wonderful beach views from the large terrace, perfect for watching the stunning Cornish sunsets, inside the walls are furnished with some interesting, original paintings, which we always enjoy studying! We love the kitchen which is very well equipped and has some very nice touches. The bedrooms are warm and cosy with lots of individual features. As previously we found the apartment spotlessly clean. The cream tea on arrival was a lovely surprise!

Idyllic accommodation in a very special place.

Our family stay at Tamarisk was idyllic! Wonderful accommodation, thoughtful extras such as scones and cream and an amazing view! All beds, linens and towels were of excellent quality as were the sofas and chairs. First class establishment and highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment with the best view ever

The Tamarisk is our favourite flat at Treyarnon. It has a huge balcony with a view of (almost) the entire bay. Two of the bedrooms also have this fantastic view The flat itself is super equipped and has - important for us - very comfortable beds! The communication with the team of Cornish Seaview Cottages was super nice and super fast. We will definitely come back!!!!

My view of Tamarisk

This was such an excellent location and the weather just topped it off, seven days of sunshine, only thing I would point out is quite a large stain on the carpet in one of the rooms which worried me as I didn’t want property caretaker to think it was us as we didn’t use that room, but apart from that would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again

PDstow Christmas Festival Weekend

We were looking for a reasonably priced 3 bed property close to the sea and good for 6 adults. What a gem we found! The property is only 1 minute walk from Treyarnon Bay and had excellent views of the beach and sea. It has a great aspect and was very well presented. The showers in the two main double bedrooms were fantastic with the third adequate. The standard of fittings were good. The utensils etc were fabulous with everything you needed to self cater. Contact with the manager was swift when needed. Would definitely use again if we need to. It is pet friendly which was great. Many thanks for a great stay.

Lovely Stay

Well we booked to celebrate a special birthday! The accommodation was exactly as described with plenty of utensils etc. A great aspect over to Treyarnon Bay and less than 2 mins walks to the beach. Bedrooms were good with plenty of hot water and great heating. Only 15 minutes into Padstow. Would stay again. Very sound proof.

Exceptional Place but little niggles - easily fixed

Tamarisk, as always, is an exceptional property in a beautiful location. The one thing that disappointed us this time, given that we have been visiting Tamarisk multiple times in the last 9 years, is that it just feels a little 'tired'. Little if anything has changed re the decor and facilities and it just felt a little stale this time around. Also another question. Whay does a cottage that has sleeping for 7 have only 6 chairs around the dinner table? We will be back to Tamarisk - it is just too perfectly positioned / appointed to not. So hopefully the above is taken in the context that it is given - minor points that would make the whole experience even more special.

A BIG DASH OF LUXURY WITH STUNNING VIEWS

I have now stayed at Tamarisk 3 times. It's best feature is the stunning view of Treyarnon Bay from the fabulous balcony and the proximity of the beach. However, the apartment itself is pure luxury: a very modern kitchen with all mod cons plus kitchen equipment - nothing is left out. The lounger/diner/kitchen room is very well designed and great for families. All 3 bedrooms on the top floor have luxury ensuites and the single bedroom in effect has its own bathroom next door...... 4 bathrooms in total. All beautifully decorated and original artwork throughtout. Can't recommend this gem highly enough.

My favourite family rental unit

This rental unit is literally 2 minutes walk to the beach. The huge balcony has a full sea view, 3 bedrooms are ensuite, This is my favourite location - i bring the kids, grandkids and the dog here once a year , hopefully, I'll be back next year.

Home from home

This is a beautiful holiday home, fitted out with quality pieces around the apartment. The beds are amazing and excellent quality bedding is much appreciated, as is the more than adequate kitchen ware where everything you need is there I do wish to add that not all guests appreciate and respect the quality of the furnishings and from a few experiences we found on this visit that the previous occupants were far from respectful of someone else’s property. That said the cleaner was awesome and did everything to make good the poor standard as best she could by excellent cleaning. the damaged items sadly could not be replaced in time.

Fantastic location

Tamarind is a lovely apartment in a superb location. Property was clean and exceptionally well equipped for your every need. The best feature is a huge balcony with a fabulous view. Including garden furniture for eating and relaxing. I could find nothing to criticise in the property at all and thank the owners and their agents for thinking of every detail. There is one point to mention which is for anyone with walking difficulties there are a number of steps to negotiate and the site is on a gentle but noticeable incline. This was not a problem for us at all though. This property is Highly recommended.
