Fantastic stay

Excellent accommodation and a very quiet and safe neighborhood with an apartment with outstanding views of the Adriatic Sea that you can appreciate from an outdoor south facing patio that is quite roomy. The apartment is very well appointed with two large rooms for sleeping two large beds and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Don’t be deterred by the long walk down to the lower floor or the birds and their bird nests as it leads to a very comfortable stay. The hosts were outstanding when it came to answering all my questions , being there when I arrive and to helping me get to the airport and giving me information for activities in the local area. I was exceptionally happy with my choice and we choose again

Comfortable, Great Views & Updated

A comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a great view of the Adriatic Sea and individual room air-conditioned place for visiting Dubrovnik. It's located somewhat midway between Old Town and downtown Dubrovnik, which was good for us because we spent a fair amount of time at both. The inside has been remodeled in the past, which was nice. The accommodation was laid out nicely and fairly open. The hosts were exceptionally quick to answer questions, concerns and provide tourist related information as needed. The wifi bandwidth was adequate for video calls, streaming, etc, which was critical for us. I noticed some people have complained about the steps, but there is a path along the coastal side that helps mitigate the number of steps when walking into to town or the nearby beaches. Steps are common for most places in Dubrovnik as there are stairs / steps everywhere - it's part of what makes this Dubrovnik special. If steps are a problem for you, consider offering to pay your driver some cash to bring your luggage to / from the “apartman” (apartment). So, the trade-off to me would be road noise versus steps, and there isn't any road noise here. But there are neighbors and some noise occasionally since it is otherwise so quite.

GOOD LOCATION

Lovely place . easy access on the bus NO 2 or behind walk on footpath about 30 min. lovely tourist. Comfort sleep and shower. Lovely back sea view and allow lazy!

amazing place

We love our stay! This apartment is truly amazing. The view is spectacular! Check-in and check-out were easy! Our hosts arranged airport transportation to and from the airport. They then met us at the apartment and oriented us to the apartment and to various local activities, places to eat, and tours. The kitchen was well-equipped. Air conditioners worked well. We could not have been happier. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Good location - but need to be fit.

The apartment has been modernised and, unusual in Dubrovnik, has off street parking and within walking distance of the old city,.However not for those who could not carry suitcases up the 56 steps from apartment to the car. No 2 bus from old City comes close to apartment if you did not fancy the walk back up the busy road and we would have appreciated a bus map and timetable in the information pack. Overall recommended.

Great location with beautiful views!

Spacious accommodations with a terrace having oceans views and views of Lokrum and the Old City. It is conveniently located walking to both Lapad and Pile Gate. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water and kitchen is well equipped. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the front door, but if stairs are not your thing you will have a hard time getting around Dubrovnik too! The host, Cjvetko, gave us a map and highlighted restaurants, sights and not miss places. It was a great introduction to the city. We loved it here and would stay again. Thanks!
