Denna högkvalitativa bungalow på egen mark ligger i en privat gated community i den exklusiva urbaniseringen av El Raso 1 i Spaniens södra Costa Blanca, mellan Guardamar del Segura och Torrevieja. Det är 30 minuters bilresa söder om Alicante flygplats och 35 minuter norr om Murcia flygplats.
Boendet är för upp till 4 personer.

Det finns ett öppet luftkonditionerat vardagsrum / matplats, med plats för 4 personer och en TV och DVD-spelare.
Köket / utrustningsområdet är fullt utrustat med kyl / frys, ugn, spis, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, vattenkokare; tvättmaskin och strykjärn med strykbräda.

Det finns 2 sovrum, båda med luftkonditionering.
En har en dubbelsäng och ett badrum med dusch, W. C. & tvättställ.
Det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och en altandörr som leder ut till den gemensamma poolen / trädgården.

På framsidan har bungalowen sin egen privata trädgård och solterrass i söderläge.
Den norrläge bakre uteplatsen är möblerad med en soffa och 2 stolar, med utsikt över den gemensamma trädgården och poolen.
Taket solarium har 4 solstolar med några badhanddukar tillhandahålls & en integrerad BBQ. Där finns också ett matbord och stolar. En utvändig kran & slang för kylning finns också.

Det finns en gemensam pool och trädgårdar och säker parkeringsplats precis på baksidan av fastigheten.

Ett bra urval av barer och restauranger finns i El Rasos kommersiella centrum, bara 500 meter från bungalowen. Gratis wifi / internet finns där.

Den närmaste staden Guardamar med shopping, barer, restauranger och stränder ligger 5 minuters bilresa.
Torreviejas största shoppingstad, som också har stränder och nattliv, ligger 10 minuter bort.
Den lokala marknaden på söndagsmorgonen är en 2-minuters bilresa eller 20 minuters promenad.

Platsen är idealisk både för familjesemester, strandsorter och för golfsemestrar. Den närmaste stranden ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa. Vattensporter finns längs stranden. Den närmaste golfbanan (Rojales) är 10 minuter och ytterligare 4 golfbanor ligger inom 20 minuter. Tennis finns i Guardamar stad. Utvecklingen sker vid bredden av en av områdets saltsjön lagunas, där trevliga promenader kan tas.

Nice Holiday Home

Communication with hosts was great, local caretakers were friendly and always available to answer questions. Beds were comfortable, separate airco in every room, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The place could use a bit of a refresh, but overall it was what we were looking for in a holiday home.

Lovely bungalow in a great location

We had a lovely time at the bungalow, it has everything you need and is very well maintained. The upstairs terrace is private and ideal for sunbathing. It is located in a secure gated community within a few minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants. Communications with the owner and key holders were excellent and the wifi was easy to set up. We would definitely recommend it and hope we will be able to visit again sometime soon.

Quartier anglais

Beau quartier, mais si vous cherchez à vous immerger dans la vie espagnole, passez votre chemin, il n'y a que des anglais qui ne font même pas l'effort d'essayer de parler espagnol, surtout dans les pubs et restos.

Fabulous stay at El Raso

Carolyn and Colin's bungalow was absolutely perfect for our family holiday this year. The property its self was the right size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. We didn't bother getting the WiFi (amazing with 2 teenagers) we didn't feel we needed it as it was so peaceful and relaxing without. The pool was a highlight, we had it to ourselves every day and the location of the property to the coast was brilliant. Only 15mins or so to our fav beach at La Marina. Also very good spot to explore the local countryside, we enjoys trips to Orihuela, Almoradi and Elche. Thanks again we definitely hope to return 😊

Fabulous

Great place to stay, lovely gardens and pool area. The bungalow has everything you need uncluding air con in both bedrooms and living area. Not a bad thing to say at all and was very happy with our stay. The hosts were amazing and we're easily available to contact if needed. I would say that hiring a car would be beneficial as walking to beaches and other areas is not possible. Having said that there is a bus service that runs every hour to take you to local beaches. We also used a taxi service run by Keith who was a recommendation by the hosts, used 3 times and received a very good service. We had a great time.

Lovely bungalow in beautiful grounds, well located for local amenities and short drive to beaches. Very well appointed, comfortable, lots of little extras and attention to detail providing everything needed for our holiday.

Great two week stay

Great location, easy and quick walk to a number of bars and restaurants, can recommend Legends Bar and Tasty Bites - Indian (the only ones we used at the El Raso but went back to again). Pool great albeit quite a few rules on its use but these were not really restrictive even with two young children but they did not allow toy inflatables (swimming aids are fine). Mostly everyone were friendly, not to say there was any unfriendly just the few who prefer to keep to themselves. Pool was very quiet even when busy, around 10 people in total on a couple of days but as this was a residential / minor rental area it was mostly very quiet. As one would expect from a residential area there were no sun loungers by the pool side but the property did offer four plastic / traditional hotel loungers which you could take over but you would need to take them back after - we didn't find this an issue. Local beaches (Guardamar) were great but a car would be ideal if you plan to visit these a few times as with the cost of getting to and from the airport and throw in a trip or two it makes it more cost effective especially if you throw in regular shopping trips which we did. In Guardamar try the set menu at Nan Kin Chinese - recommended by a resident and did not disappoint on quality or quantity of food. Accommodation was great, aircon worked well, slept well but only complaint, and this is not specific to this property, is the occasional noise from next door. Unfortunately the method of construction of typical Spanish buildings with light weight bricks and ceramic floors, which serve well to reduce heat, are not great at insulating against noise. However, is this worse than a hotel, certainly not and would it stop us from going back or even buying, no it wouldn't. All in, a great two weeks away in a great location with lots of sun - and you have to go to Lemon Tree market on Sunday morning which starts at 9.00am Don't eat before you go as lots of places to sit down and eat, drink and buy food and your other typical market items - quite possibly the best market we have ever been to in mainland Europe. Just bring plenty of cash and park to the side of El Raso side adjacent to the coast and take /walk the short road to the market to avoid queuing to leave later on as the car park and main exit road can be hell in Summer.

Lovely villa, fantastic pool, great owners!

Booking and communicating with Colin was simple and straightforward. He answered all of my questions regarding the villa and the surrounding area. He also tried to help answer my car hire questions. The villa itself is lovely. In a nice gated community overlooking the pool. It has everything we needed for a great family holiday. We especially like; sitting on the front patio enjoying a drink and a chat of an evening; the upstairs terrace and BBQ area; the air con during the hot evenings; the amazing pool, that we often had entirely to ourselves; going home with cases of clean clothes. I would have no qualms with recommending this villa to my friends and family. I am sure to return in the future. If you have any questions, I’m happy for Colin to pass on my contact details.

Excellent Stay

A lovely villa in a peaceful gated community. Excellent pool and gardens only a few feet away. Villa had everything we needed. WiFi worked well as did TV. Only a few minutes walk from all the local bars. We've been staying on this El Raso development for about 10 years, but this was the first time in this villa......would have no hesitation in returning.

Peaceful Setting in A Convenient Location

We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely bungalow which is located in the nicest part of El Raso. The bungalow was nicely furnished, clean & well equipped. Everything was so convenient - pool & garden directly across from the bungalow; a good selection of bars & restaurants only 2 minutes walk; beach 5 minutes drive. We would thoroughly recommend it.

We found El Raso a lovely place to stay.

We found El Raso a lovely place to stay. The house was mega clean on arrival and everything we needed for the long weekend with friends. The local property agent called to make sure we had everything we needed. Its very handy for a choice of excellent restaurants right on your door step. Suggest you visit the local market on Sunday for a Kaleidoscope of clothes and shoes stalls and local produce. El Raso is very convenient for visiting the area too which we did during our stay with lovely sandy beaches only a short drive away. The grounds and pool area are immaculately kept a very relaxing and peaceful oasis. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Fabulous !

We have just returned from a week at the El Raso bungalow. We had a terrific time. It is in a secure mini urbanisation within El Raso, and we loved that it made the pool area secure - no one could just wander in and use it. The pool area is one of the best pool areas I have seen - so beautifully landscaped and a stunning setting. The bungalow itself was perfect for us - we sat out on the porch most evenings with our glasses of wine, and we absolutely loved the huge and private sun terrace/solarium at the top of the house. The bungalow was a two minute walk from the bars and restaurants at the commercial centre - we ate there about 4 nights of our stay - the Indian restaurant was great, as was Patagonia Steak House. And we timed the drive to the beach nr Guardamar - just 4 minutes in the car ! A perfect property in the perfect location.

Great holiday

Great holiday, everything as advertised ,with well equipped bungalow. Beautiful, peaceful pool and garden area. Bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk. Beach less than 10 minutes drive. We would thoroughly recommend this property.
