Entrance is on the upper floor of the property, into the spacious open-plan living and dining area, with large sofa (sofa bed 140*200cm), table and chairs for 4- 6 people. The living area has air-conditioning and a flat screen TV with all European channels. There is brand new well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all the necessary appliances. Also on this floor you will find a small bedroom with one bed and a separate guest toilet. From the living area doors lead out to a big, lovely terrace with sea and mountain views. The terrace is sunny from early morning almost until sun set – so nice! There is a big sun blind, a BBQ, fully equipped with table and chairs; From the terrace, steps lead down to the lower, private terrace there you will find nice comfortable sun beds.From the living area, stairs lead down to the ground floor where you will find two large bedrooms with double/twin beds - each with one modern bathroom, and air-conditioning. On this floor you will also find a washing machine.
From this room you can also enter the lower terrace/ garden through a "built-in porch". The "porch" is furnished with a nice sofa so you can sit and read here or have a nice evening chat.
The apartment is tastefully and comfortably decorated throughout and has plenty of light and lovely views. There is free wi-fi and internet access. No dogs allowed due to allergies in the family.
Just a few minutes walk from the house you have a tennis club - La Raqueta. They have 2 Padels courts, 2 tennis courts, a bowling hall and a restaurant/bar.
