"Beam Reach" byggdes 1970 av en arkitekt för sin familj. Det ser ut som snyggt och modernt idag som den dag det byggdes.

2020 blir vÄrt sjunde Är vÀlkomna gÀster, sÄ du kan ocksÄ njuta av detta fantastiska hem.
UTANFÖR - NĂ€stan ett tunnland av grönskande trĂ€dgĂ„rd, med en stor privat pool (uppvĂ€rmd under sommaren), och helt inhĂ€gnad för sĂ€kerheten. Det finns tvĂ„ uteplatser - de övre ser ut över trĂ€dgĂ„rden och över trĂ€dtopparna ut till havs, desto lĂ€gre Ă€r mer skydd med utsikt över trĂ€dgĂ„rden och en perfekt plats matsal.
INSIDE - Oversize Vardagsrum öppnar för övre uteplats med fantastisk utsikt. Stor matsal kök, Àr fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för den perfekta semestern; inklusive intervall spis, diskmaskin och amerikansk stil kyl-frys. Det finns ocksÄ en separat matsal, toalett och tvÀttstuga. Sovrum med 6 fot super-king size-sÀng och badrum. Andra Sovrum med 5 fot king size-sÀng. Tredje sovrummet med tvÄ 3 fot enkelsÀngar (eller en 6ft super-king size-sÀng). FjÀrde sovrum med tvÄ enkelsÀngar - rekommenderas för barn. Femte sovrum med tvÄ 3 fot enkelsÀngar (eller en 6ft super-king sÀng) och eget badrum. Familj badrum utöver de tvÄ badrum.
I NÄRHETEN --Beautiful lĂ€ge nĂ€ra till havet och South West Coastal Path. The Beach och ett lyxhotell med Spar och golfbanan ligger inom 10 minuters promenad. Den Coast Path löper österut lĂ€ngs klipporna för miles till Par och bortom. I vĂ€ster sjunker banan försiktigt lĂ€ngs kanterna pĂ„ fĂ€lten till Georgetown historiska byn hamn, cirka 20 minuters promenad. I omrĂ„det - Eden Project med vĂ€rldens största inomhus regnskog Ă€r 15 minuters bilfĂ€rd. St Austell centrum har ett stort shoppingomrĂ„de och parkering om 10 minuters bilresa. Kustlinjen har dramatiska klippor och skyddade vikar, vissa med charmiga byar, andra med vackra strĂ€nder. I-land finns morerna, dramatiska vyer över gamla tenngruvor, och oĂ€ndliga möjligheter för angelĂ€gna vandrare.

Spacious family house overlooking the sea, with superb garden and large swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, good sized bedrooms, lounge and balcony on top floor have great views. Very professionally managed, manicured garden, pool and house spotless. Our 3 generation family loved it.

The house is great and the heated pool a fantastic addition. Although there isn't much in Carlyon bay a short walk to Charlestown give many eateries and watering holes, with lots to do withinashort drive

Amazing house and pool

We had a fabulous holiday at this beautiful house with its lovely warm pool we didn’t need to go out the family just loved playing in the pool . Three generations of us had an amazing holiday would definitely go again.

Excellant Family Holiday

This was just perfect for our family of ten. We dont get to see each other much, but being all together with so much space for everyone, it never felt cramped or crowded. Excellant kitchen facilities and the heated pool was a winner on the cloudy days.

We loved our stay here, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house is spacious and very clean. It is close walk to the beach and the area have lovely restaurants close by. It is also close drive to Eden Project and some other sightseeing experience. We will definitely look to rebook

Luxury holiday in Cornwall

Beam Reach has everything you could want from a holiday rental. The gardens are stunning as is the view across Carlyon Bay. We were able to spend time in the pool every day thanks to the owner keeping it at 29C. Bedrooms and kitchen fantastically equipped. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property in a fantastic location.

All you could want from a holiday home - great location, amazing views, large well maintained property. The pool is huge 
the kids didn’t want to leave. The grounds are also huge for the location. Also dog friendly
our Labrador loved it! David was very good with the comms providing all the info we needed. We will be back and I’d highly recommend!

It is location, location,location

There was 8 of us staying & everything we needed was to hand . The very large heated swimming pool & garden were amazing . Everything was spotlessly clean . To be able to walk along the coastal path to the beach & Charlestown where there are plenty of places to eat was a bonus .

'Beam Reach' has been our wonderful holiday home since 2001.
The nieces & nephews, our parents, brother and sisters have had many years of wonderful holidays here.
Although we live in London, the family is spread across England, and some of them now live abroad.
The kids are now all grown up, but we still meet up here in sunny Cornwall especially in the winter (it is the warmest part of Britain!).
We love the big rooms, and it's a great house for all the generations together.
We can spend all day hanging about the pool (and summers seem longer here), but we've also planted the gardens to be lush and colourful year round.
We extended the house in late 2015, adding a fifth bedroom with it's own en-suite bathroom.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We looked for several years before finding 'Beam Reach'.
We wanted for the *whole* extended family to meet up.
Somewhere modern: big rooms, big windows, high ceilings, views - no cottages for us!.
The sea view was essential, but the huge garden and swimming pool was the surprised that sealed the deal.
We bought from the architect who built and treasured the house, we've modernised and upgraded, but we try to keep his original vision.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our family say the house is big enough to spend a whole week without leaving the grounds (except for quick trips to the big Tesco's that's close by).

Lounging by the pool. Enjoying the view. Lunch & Dinner outside on the sheltered patio - surrounded by the wonderful garden.
Cosied up around the real fire in winter.

But, there is lots to do as well.
It's great for Golfers (that's my brother) and Sailors (all of us). We love visiting the Cornish gardens, and this area is famous for them. And then there's the Eden Project, and the wonderful old harbours like Georgetown.
The Carlyon Bay Hotel is close by, great for food, and a wonderful Spa (serious pampering).

But, most of all, its that the house is big enough for all of us to spread out and relax.
