As far as the communication, looking back through our inbox we were responsive in a timely manner except when you ask to check in early. Our office was closed on Sunday and we provide you with our emergency phone number to contact in all of our prior email and text messages. Casalona is one of our favorite "earthy" rentals. It allows for a great beach outdoor experience. The private beach access is the best. Clean up and upgrades are always happening, we will mention to the owner. Thank you.
