"Lägenhet 2" är en del av en gammal prästgård i skyddsområdet i byn North Norfolk Old Hunstanton. Fastigheten ligger i utkanten av parkområdet i Old Hunstanton Hall. Lägenheten är rymlig och mycket bekväm och ligger på 1: a våningen i detta imponerande före detta vicarage. Fastigheten ligger inom gångavstånd (cirka en halv mil) från de vackra stränderna i Old Hunstanton.
Området har många attraktioner inklusive Sandringham Estate och även Holkham Hall och den medeltida staden Kings Lynn.
Det finns flera välkända länkar golfbanor på Old Hunstanton, Brancaster & Cromer och för segling har du utmärkta faciliteter på Brancaster Staithe och myrarna i Titchwell är kända för sina möjligheter till fågelskådning.
En privat trappa leder dig till 1: a våningen i fastigheten som innehåller en rymlig lounge med vacker utsikt över landskapet, kompakt välutrustat utrustat kök, dubbelrum, tvåbäddsrum med TV, badrum med fristående badkar, duschkabin och en toalett. Det finns en stor sluten trädgård (ca 1/2 tunnland) med uteplats för eget bruk.
Hel gas centralvärme, Wi-Fi, Sängkläder och handdukar ingår: Barnsäng och barnstol kan tillhandahållas, parkering för 2 bilar. Vi kan inte ta emot husdjur.

The apartment had character with all mod cons was in a gorgeous setting 5 mins drive from a lovely beach plus we were within easy distance of local pubs and nice restaurants will go again if the opportunity arises

Fabulous apartment in beautiful location

Everything was perfect, very spacious, comfortable and all amenities in the apartment. Old Hunstanton is a lovely place to stay.Just 1 drawback for us as very light sleepers is that we could hear talking and tv’s from adjacent apartments.

Short Break

Highly recommended. The photos really don't do the property justice. Very clean and extremely comfortable. Communication with the owner was perfect. The location is ideal, several pubs in walking distance and lovely beaches to explore.

Our stay in Norfolk

The property was amazing and gave us a wonderful base from which to explore Norfolk. The property was very clean and had everything that you could want. The property was in Old Hunstanton, a lovely little place with lots of friendly locals. It was also close to a duck pond with lots of very tame ducks who did need shooing to one side to pass in the car!! I would recommend the accommodation to everyone who wants a peaceful, beautiful base to have a holiday in Norfolk. Thank you for a lovely time.

Well equipped spacious apartment in lovely grounds in a fab location - high recommended

Really lovely, well appointed and well equipped apartment. We were there just after New year and appreciated the nice touch of the Christmas tree! Great location in the middle of a mediaeval village and a walk to the beach. It was very cold outside but always toasty inside. We were there with 2 children under 10 and it was very kid friendly. Would love to go back In the warm weather too. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely two night stay at the property which is set in an idyllic location next to the Church and duck pond. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious and the photographs dont do it justice. Its about a ten minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach, which in my opinion looked a better beach than in Hunstanton itself. The walk along the beach from Old Hunstanton to Hunstanton took us around 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this property and the hosts are lovely.

A wonderful apartment

We loved everything about this apartment. It's setting is so lovely, it's location is perfect - in the countryside but so close to the coast - and its only a short drive to Hunstanton's shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and spotless. We couldn't fault anything and we'll definitely be back soon.

Superb!

The apartment was much bigger than expected and its location was great. The view over the garden and the church was amasing, especially with the sun rise early in the morning. if you get up early enough, you will see a young deer walking around in the garden...

Peaceful

Both peaceful and convenient for us, the apartment ticked all the boxes for our stay and exceeded our expectations. The owners are lovely and friendly and really helpful. We had a very memorable stay, and will love to return again soon.

Amazing and Peaceful

This is a definitely home from home. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Helen and Stuart who showed us around the beautiful apartment. It is very well equipped. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks again for a very enjoyable stay Jenny and Bill

A superb short break!

Really lovely accommodation, as soon as we had a very warm greeting from the lovely hosts we felt immediately at home. A very spacious apartment with everything we needed. Very comfortable, extremely well appointed and the most beautiful setting. Our sincere thanks for Stuart & Helen, we are already thinking about a return visit in 2018!

The property was purchased initially as a holiday home for ourselves and our children, after many years of coming to the North Norfolk coast for family holidays. On our retirement we purchased the ground floor of The Old Vicarage to move here on a permanent basis.
