Villan ligger i bostadsgolfområdet Vila Sol i centrala Algarve. Tomtens storlek är 1 000 m2. Villan är ett 2 våningar hus med 3 sovrum med garage och pool. Villan är helt luftkonditionerad (kyla och värma). Vi har också en timmerbrännare i loungen. Trä mm är lätt tillgängligt från lokala stormarknader osv. Bottenvåningen har 2 sovrum, båda med eget badrum, med två enkelsängar. På övervåningen är sovrummet, fullt badrum, med balkonger. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök och stor öppen planlösning och matplats. Loungen har all lyx du kan förvänta dig av ett boende med hög kvalitet inklusive Sky TV, WI-FI Access, DVD, CD. På framsidan av villan finns det dubbla elektriska portar med gott om parkeringsplatser. Det finns också en separat walk in gate. På baksidan och sidan finns gräsmattor och poolområdet. Det finns gott om solstolar för att njuta av solens strålar och uteplats med matmöbler och grill för uteservering.

Fantastic stay

Villa was exactly as described - had absolutely everything we needed. Communication all throughout the stay was excellent. Pool was stunning and great size - Kitchen and living areas nice and modern and airy Definitely recommend Belle Fiore & Cafe Vila Sol for food just a short 10 walk away

Amazing stay

This villa is beautiful and in a perfect area for a relaxing but fun holiday. I stayed with my family and it was perfect, we were close to the popular areas but able to cook many meals ourselves and relax by the pool with the drink. Mark was a fantastic host and completely put us as ease for our first trip to Portugal. Highly recommend and hopefully we will be back!

Perfect villa for a family!

Villa Anita was situated close to restaurants and shops. The villa itself was very clean and a perfect layout for a family and small children. I felt that relaxing by the pool I was able to do as everywhere was secure for our sons to run around. We will definitely be back to stay.

Perfect stay!

The house was clean, the hostess went beyond her way to make sure we had everything in place, the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and something you would see in Palm Beach, FL. We have two little kids and they loved the pool! Perfect vacation in Algarve! Highly recommended.

Perfect place for a break away

The villa is really lovely with excellent, contemporary kitchen and living facilities. The garden and pool areas are outstanding. The bedrooms and bathrooms could do with updating to match the rest of the property, but perfectly functional. Great location for getting out and about as Ubers are very quick and cheap. Would be so happy to visit again or recommend to others.

Fabulous villa for a family

We had a brilliant time at the villa, which was perfect for all our family age 0-60+. The gated pool was great, and very safe. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive. We wish we had stayed longer!

We had a great family holiday. The villa is immaculate both inside and out, with the pool area being amazing. We decided to get the pool heated which made it great for the kids. The local area is very quiet which was perfect for us but only a short drive in to Villamoura and local beaches. The information pack at the villa was really useful and we took some of the recommendations regarding places to visit. Many thanks to Cristina who welcomed us giving us a tour of the property on arrival and her husband who keeps the gardens immaculate. One really minor thing that would make life easier with kids is to have plastic plates available - apologies if there are some there and we didn’t find them. Overall we had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend this villa.

Girls trip

We’ve stayed in many many villas over the years but this one was definitely up there with the best. Simple things like enough chairs for everyone and plenty of glasses are important. The cooking utensils were great and the pots and pans were non stick. Sounds bizarre but that really makes a difference to a semi self catering holiday. We got an Uber every day to the marina and was around €10 between 6 of us - every room had comfortable beds and an en suite - couldn’t fault it at all. Mark was great with communication. He even helped me organise a supermarket delivery for us arriving and we were able to get early check in. Wonderful all round - if I had one thing to request it would be a full length mirror 😂😂😂. We’ve already decided this is our go to villa for a cheeky few days away with the girls. If you’re swithering, I’d say book it. It is as nice as it looks on the pictures x

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We were a group of six adults and we found the space inside Villa Anita more than ample. The outside space was lovely; having a pool was a bonus. The online photographs are accurate. The villa was very clean on arrival. The villa is located in a very peaceful position. Whilst having a car may be an advantage if you want to go further afield we used a local taxi firm and had no trouble in organising trips back and forth to Vilamoura and to the supermarket (Pingo Doce) and back. We used the small on site supermarket for morning pastries, bread and papers. The extra fridge in the courtyard was very useful as a ‘drinks fridge’. The TV service is streamed which means there are hundreds of channels to watch. Two of our party were from America so they did not miss any US programmes. The owner Mark was very responsive and helpful especially with arrival and departures times which did not fit in with the ‘official’ check in and check out times. The property manager and cleaner were easy to contact. The cleaner, Christina even took our re-cycling away for us. I would recommend this villa.

Stay at 3 bed villa with lovely pool area

The villa was set on a golf resort that was very quiet and tidy. The property itself was spotlessly clean with a beautiful outside pool area with plenty of places to sit both in the shade and in the sun. There was a lovely table and bbq area. The driveway and gardens were immaculate. Inside there was plenty of space and a lovely new and well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was new and very effective. The lounge area had a large comfortable settee. There was a large tv but we couldn’t get any channels and it would have been better if the meet and greet had showed us how to use it or retuned it in. Our bedroom remote for the air conditioning needed new batteries and there were no spares. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tired and dated. Our beds were short and not comfortable. I am only 5’ 10 but my legs came over the end. The bathrooms had showers over the bath with plastic curtains and we often couldn’t get cold water to the sink. This really let a lovely property down.

Beautiful house on a very nice location

The house is really nice. Big rooms and comfortable furniture. We stayed here for the second time. The pool is nice and well maintained. The gate around it makes it ideal for small kids. The house itself has nice large rooms. The bathrooms are dated and could do with a refurbishment. The kitchen in itself is good, but the pots and pans are very bad. We actually purchased a frying pan. The ones in the house should be replaced. They are so scratched and damaged that they are unsafe to use for food. We very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very responsive and attentive.

Villa très bien équipée avec un jardin très agréable. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, bien placée près du Golf de Vila Sol. A très bonne distance des autres golfs et des plages.

Beautiful Villa

Villa set in a lovely residential area - very quiet. Well maintained gardens. Villa fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a break in the sun. 5 minutes drive away from supermarkets and golf and only a ten minute stroll to a couple of really nice restaurants and a pub. No issues with booking etc!

Vila Sol villa

The property is in its own gated grounds and is well maintained and secure. Despite the time of year it was still warm in the villa as all the rooms had air con and heating. Plenty of room in the villa with en-suites and a separate bathroom. We’ve stayed at the resort before and this was the best value property. I’d definitely recommend it and we will be back
