Båthuset är sympatiskt renoverat och är ett vackert 2-våningshus med 2 våningar som rymmer upp till 5 personer. Ligger i hjärtat av byn är det bokstavligen en 30 sekunders promenad till den vackra Little Haven stranden. Med parkering för gästerna bil direkt framför ytterdörren kan du bara rulla direkt in i detta fullt utrustade hus.

Båthuset är upp och ner i design, med 2 sovrum nere och en luftig, modern, öppen planlösning uppe på övervåningen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och sovrum 2, våningssängar och en enkelsäng. Dessutom har fastigheten en resesäng, säkerhetsgrindar och en barnstol om det behövs. Det finns ett funktionsfönster på övervåningen, så att tittaren kan njuta av vacker utsikt över byn och stranden bortom.

Stugan är en idealisk bas för att utforska Pembrokeshire-kusten, där byn har 3 utmärkta pubar, ett konstgalleri, hantverksbutik och en avslappnad strandkafé.

Korta raster skulle övervägas men minst 300 kronor debiteras under vintermånaderna.
Även en vinter bränsle ersättning debiteras mellan 1 oktober och 31 mars på £ 25.

Superb location - great accomodation!

The Boathouse is exceptionally well furnished, decorated and equipped. The upstairs open plan living room / dining area/ kitchen works really well. Spent a fair bit of time looking out of the windows! The location is superb - right in the middle of the village with two minutes walk to the beach or to the three pubs and tea room. It is a good base for exploring the area and walking distance to Broad Haven where there is is a supermarket and more eating/ drinking places. The beach is great and huge at low tide. Can't fault this holiday!

Schönes Hais mit sehr guter Ausstattung in der Nähe des Hafens

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, das Bad und die Waschküche hervorragend, das Wohnzimmer sehr einladend. Gut ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem Eingang. Einen wirklichen Meerblick darf man aber nicht erwarten. Durch die Gaube sind am Ende der Straße bei Flut ein paar Wellen hinter der Kaimauer zu erblicken. Da war für uns die einzige Enttäuschung. Das Pub ist hervorragend.

Perfect little haven

Perfect location!

The place with almost everything! As the harbour is only a minute away the lack of sitting out space was not an issue. A great place to stay with every convenience provided.

A fabulous holiday base

Our fifth visit to Little Haven and our first at the Boat House which we loved. The property worked so well for us as a family, both in terms of location and living arrangements. It would be hard to get closer to the beach which was perfect for us and meant we could nip back to get the boards or whatever else, when the kids decided they wanted them (rather than lug everything to the beach only to find you don’t need it). The kids loved the upside down layout and the fact that we could come back from the beach and have space to get sandy clothes and shoes off, store all beach things and walk (on heated floor!) straight into the lovely spacious shower was bliss! It was always a lovely warm house to return to. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the upstairs living area nice and bright and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fridge is a little small if you have done a large shop, but appreciate this is tricky with the sloping eaves. Great to have the washing machine and tumble dryer too. Excellent value for money and just a great base for a beach holiday. We will definitely book again :-)

The Boathouse was excellent accommodation, had everything we needed and more. Only seconds from the harbour, and the St Brides Inn which served wonderful food. Will definitely return.

Great place, great location

We had a great time at The Boat House. Location - in the heart of Little Haven - is perfect. With the wood burner flickering away it was home from home after a days exploring of the amazing Pembrokeshire coast.

A restful week away at the end of Summer

Even with the changes that had to be made for COVID this property was clean, comfortable and in a lovely position near the small beach at LIttle Haven. Although there were no shops in the village we were able to get an online shop from the supermarket at Haverfordwest and when the tide was out it was a lovely walk along the beach to the local Londis at Broad Haven for necessities or the Italian restaurant for a meal. We saw some stunning sunsets from the pub garden and the beach and it was an ideal base to explore the beautiful Pembrokshire coast.

Literally a Little Haven

Having not visited the area for 15 years nor rented this property on previous visits I chose it after its speck met our requirements. I was extremely pleased once my husband and I arrived to find the property more than met our expectations and we enjoyed a lovely weeks holiday.

eine traumhafte Ferienunterkunft

Wir haben uns im Boathouse sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Wohnbereich hat man richtig viel Platz und fühlt sich trotzdem dicht beieinander. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Und auch ansonsten fehlt es an nichts. Besonderes Highlight ist das moderne Badezimmer. Die Lage in Little Haven ist prima. Im Juni ist es ein sehr ruhiges kleines Dorf mit Gastronomie und einer schönen Bucht. Uns hat es bei Ebbe am besten gefallen. Dann ist mehr Platz zum Spazierengehen vorhanden und man kann in den Wasserpfützen nach Muscheln, Schnecken und Krebesen Ausschau halten.

Beautifully clean and well presented. Perfect location.

We had a warm, comfortable and very pleasant stay at The Boat House. A few minor changes would just add a few extra touches but nothing that detracted from it being the perfect holiday home. We do hope to return. Thank you.

What a Gem!

We had the most perfect holiday here in Little Haven staying at your beautiful Boathouse. Lots of rock pooling, coastal walks and great meals in the local pubs. Thank you.

When we bought Little Haven's iconic Boathouse in October 2013 it had been empty for some time and felt unloved and forgotten. It took my husband, father, myself and local tradesmen months of hardwork to transform it into the beautiful holiday cottage it is today.

We love our cosy and quirky home from home and relish the opportunity to visit as often as we can.
