Gul Övre har en balkong som löper längs havet och en altan åt sidan och bak för privata luncher och al fresco middagar. Färgglada blommor och vackra krukor dekorera naturligt asfalterade utsidan medan maklig semester stil skulle kunna göras ännu mer med tillägg av en kock tjänsten även om villan ligger nära till en strand-front taverna för en smak av lokal matlagning. Naturligtvis polerade trägolv och vita trätak berättar om en älskad historia med moderna bekvämligheter som gör din vistelse ett drömmande verklighet. Gul Övre har ett inomhus sittplatser område vid inträde, tre sovrum och två badrum och kan bokas i samband med den gula lägre för större sällskap som gynnas av självständighet och integritet. Gul Övre nås via baksidan av huset och upp några stentrappor med egen trä grind. Även en bil kan stå till tjänst för resor längre bort Yellow House är en idealisk plats att njuta utan att vara motiverade att röra sig mycket och hyra av en privat båt kan göra någon shoppingresa till ett nöje snarare än en rutin. Perfect Position in Paradise

The Yellow House is RIGHT on the beach. If you visit, as we do, in the 'low' season, end of May/beginning of June, you basically have a private beach with a few other couples pleasantly spaced out over the whole thing. The proximity of the sea & the stunning views from the beautiful terrace are two of the joys of renting The Yellow House Upper. The apartment itself is clean & well equipped. Not super luxurious but a comfortable & pleasant place to stay. The owners are incredibly helpful & lovely people. The overall ambience is one of relaxed friendliness & tranquillity. Other parts of Corfu are hectic & Kaminaki feels like a hidden jewel. We have been staying here for six years now, every year we consider an alternative but nothing has this combination of simplicity & beauty. The house, consisting of the two apartments (Upper & Lower) can be taken in its entirety, but we have only ever rented the Upper part. While other people have been below us, we were not over-aware of their presence. So no problem there. (However they were not a noisy family with a crying baby, which might have more of an impact!!) We tend to eat out at local tavernas, but the kitchen is clean & well equipped for all basic cooking needs. We always have a salad lunch on the shaded terrace. So easy to pop up from the beach, have a gentle lunch & siesta, then wander back down to soak up a few more rays. A car is a must for getting up the very steep hill to the main road & going off to discover more little bays on the coast near Kassiopi. Parking is on the one track road & a small car is a good idea! There are two tavernas in Kaminaki itself but loads more in St Stephano & Agni and other little bays along the coast. I'd highly recommend Toula's, the Agni Taverna, in Agni & Eucalyptus in St Stephano (which has lots more). I booked the Yellow House Lower for my sister & her husband, both of whom adored it. He paints & she loves simply sitting watching the swallows swooping over the blue Ionian Sea. All in all, it's a fabulous place to spend a week or two. Comfortable, clean & in the most idyllic spot.

Chill out!

This is beautiful villa, and arguably the best location in Kaminaki. The service from Chritina was outstanding, from the ease of booking, confirmation and payment,to the smooth and efficient transfers to and from the airport. The outside living on the terrace was very relaxing and comfortable. You can also get provisions from the local supermarket delivered to your door! I have no hesitation in recommending the villa. It is one of the best we have stayed at, and the price was very reasonable, considering the quality of accomadation. Jonny and Charlotte

Christina, the daughter of the family is now managing the properties and will be there to assist you with anything you need as personal service is a priority to us.
Christina has completed her studies in the UK and stayed in the country for 8 years before returning to Greece.
Now she lives permanently in Corfu.
