Den här egenskapen är ett 2 sovrum, 2 badrum möblerat radhus med takterrass, i ett utmärkt läge på den lyxiga golforten Parque da Floresta, 15/20 minuters bilresa från Lagos. Det har fantastisk utsikt över orten och golfbanan till havet utanför. Vi är en 2 minuters promenad från det spektakulära 18-håls golfbanan. Alla gäster får rabatterade golfgreenavgifter. På Golf Clubhouse finns en restaurang i toppklass och snacks serveras på Spikebar med utsikt över den 18: e gröna där det också finns gratis internet. Anläggningen har även driving range och golfövningsanläggningar, upplysta tennisbanor, en bowling green och bowlingklubb, bågskytte och ridning finns i närheten. Spa med gym, inomhuspool är också en 1-2 minuters promenad bort liksom de uppvärmda utomhuspoolerna (inklusive barnpool) med bar och snacks. Det finns en utmärkt italiensk restaurang bredvid anläggningens mottagning, som också erbjuder en takeaway-pizzaservice. Några minuter bort med bil har du orörda stränder och små familjerestauranger. Byn Budens med en välfylld mataffär ligger bara 5 minuters bilresa liksom den underbara sandstranden i Salema.

Fantastic stay at the property last week. Steve the host was a really nice guy to deal with throughout as was his agent in Portugal who met me at the property. Lovely property in a lovely location with everything you need for enjoying your time there. Can't wait to book again soon and would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Estadia - 1.ª semana de Setembro

O local é muito simpático e sossegado, apesar de um pouco distante de Lagos (13Km). Ideal para descansar e recuperar "energias". A vivenda é bem apetrechada com os utensílios indispensáveis. As informações prestadas pelos anfitriões foram úteis e corretas.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und der Pool hat den Kindern sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und immer sehr hilfreich. Auch bei unserer verspäteten Anreise mitten in der Nacht wurde uns geholfen und sogar für uns eingekauft. Besten Dank dafür!!!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und oberflächlich auch sauber geputzt, jedoch könnten Schränke innen ordentlicher geputzt sein.

Great villa

Great little villa. Not great for anyone with mobility issues as there are alot of stairs from the pool. Then it's an upside down house so to take anything to the kitchen. It's up more stairs. Balcony has an amazing view and enjoys the afternoon sun!

10 Super-Tage in der West-Algarve

EG: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne); 1. Stock: Wohn- (mit Kamin – allerdings nicht getestet -)/Esszimmer-Küche (Kapselkaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfach), Gästetoilette, Balkon. Vom Balkon geht’s noch zur Dachterrasse (die wir genutzt haben für: nackt sonnen; Workouts; nachts den Sternenhimmel anschmachten). Aussicht vorn: über Hügel Richtung Meer; hinten: über Hügel Richtung Windmühlen (Marke Stromerzeugung, nicht Don Quixotte). Manchmal hatte es Mücken, aber dafür haben die Fenster auch Fliegengitter. Nachts: ruhig. Lage: Oben im Golfclub bei Budens, Richtung Osten ca. 20km von Lagos, Richtung Westen ca. 20km von Sagres, zum nächsten Strand 5 – 10 Minuten (Praia Salema); weitere tolle Strände ebenfalls in der Nähe – alle sehr schön. So dass einem kaum genug Zeit bleibt für den sehr schönen Gemeinschaftspool. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet; sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort; hilfreiches Info-Mäppchen in der Wohnung. Jetzt der entscheidende Satz: Wir (58, 53, 20) würden wiederkommen.

A lovely place to stay....

We had a great holiday and the town house was very clean and comfortable so always a pleasure to return to after a day at the glorious beaches in the area as well as the fab pool on the complex. We love this area. Thank you to Steve for being very helpful during the booking process and for all the information and help during our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Great property for a family beach holiday

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Ideal for a family of 4. It is very well equipped from utensils, washing machine and dishwasher. Clean and tidy when we arrived. The house is on a lovely site with large swimming pool/s and within an easy drive to many great beaches, restaurants and facilities but not too "touristy"! Highly recommend to those wanting to find a more authentic Portugal.

Fantastic family home with great facilities in perfect location

We had a perfect holiday staying in the property. The house was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. The facilities were great and the wifi perfect. The resort itself was also well maintained and the pool just a few minutes walk from the property. The local beaches were not too crowded and very clean and some of the local restaurants were excellent. Stephen was always quick to respond to any messages and was easily able to arrange a travel cot for us too. We would happily return for future holidays too.

Great property, excellent place to stay in an ideal location and setting.

Great property with all the mod cons in excellent condition. Everything is on hand that you need, The owner was very accommodating and always on hand to help any queries or requests both prior to the trip and during our stay. The overall property was in excellent condition. Its location is superb, situated on the Santo Antonio golf course which is a superb facility with tennis, football, green bowling, driving range and SPA. We had access to the two outdoor pools at the SPA which our children loved. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

We live in Blandford Forum in a very lovely part of Dorset, within easy reach of the coast. Both my wife and I have taken early retirement from professional occupations with the intention of spending more time relaxing in Portugal. We have two daughters who have finished University and now in the working community. As a family we are very sporty and both daughters are single figure golfers.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We first started visiting the Algarve in 2010 when we stayed at a friends house ironically two doors along from where we are. We fell in love with the area, with beaches and restaurants extremely close by and lovely countryside to walk in. If we wanted to stay close to the house, the communal pool and spa/gym was literally a minutes walk. In addition, with two daughters who are golfers, having a golf course within two minutes walk was a big plus point.

In 2012 we started to look around the area with a view to buying a property and quickly came to the conclusion that PDF had everything we wanted. On a return visit in 2013 we quite by chance found this house was about to go on the market and it had everything we were looking for plus a balcony with a fantastic view - a quick family decision was made to purchase it.

We have made lots of friends out here - my wife joined a local pilates and yoga group and also joins in with the local dog walking community (even though we don't have one). I play walking football at a local club and a little golf. Apart from that, being able to spend time relaxing on the beach, and enjoying a glass wine and and a plate of seafood in the evening seems like a good way to spend our time here.

Our house is situated in a very quiet location and being able to sit and have breakfast on the balcony looking down through the 10th hole of the golf course with the sea in the horizon is just idilic.
