Home base for a week

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for us….very clean with all the amenities that we needed for a week. Great location, too. Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close enough to downtown Flagstaff and perfect driving distance to the Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

Best place in Flagstaff!

We have stayed at several short-term rentals in Flagstaff and this one is the best! We have stayed at this location for the past three years. It has been perfect for our needs.

This was a great house for our quick stay in Flagstaff. Property was clean and had a great layout to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Large table, kitchen and couch! Super close to Snow Bowl, and hosts were very communicative.

Great location between mountain and town

We had a great stay while spending a couple of days snowboarding at snowbowl. This home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is less than a 20 minute drive to the resort and maybe a 10 minute drive to downtown. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Living room had plenty of space and seating for the four of us to relax, play some cards, and watch a movie. Our truck looked a little too long to fit in the garage, but it was great having it available to store our snowboards and gear.

Great rental

Very nice and quiet home. Safe neighborhood near many walking trails. As stated in listing and clean. Had access to the garage which was nice for our rental car. Would stay here again and recommend to other potential renters. Thank you.

A perfect fit for our stay

This place was absolutely perfect for our snowbowl vacation with our family. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive! The house was very clean and accommodating. The open floor plan was great for hanging out together. Location was perfectly situated between snowbowl and town. 5 stars for sure and plan to be back again. Well done for a rental property! Hosts even noticed weather coming in and offered to get someone for snow removal which we didnt end up needing. Great stay!

Wonderful Flagstaff Rental

The house is super clean and nicely updated. The sofa and beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Kitchen is large & well-stocked with tons of counter space. Do bring basic spices if you plan to cook. Grocery stores including Whole Foods are just a few minutes' drive. More than enough room for our family of 4 including 2 teens. Even though it was unseasonably warm in Flagstaff during our visit, having all the ceiling fans on high, opening the windows for a while in the evening, and using the portable cooling unit kept us very comfortable. Also the neighborhood seemed to have a lot of families and felt safe and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay!

Didn't get to stay due to flight cancellation.

We were so excited to stay here. We were set to attend a family wedding over Labor Day. The universe and United Airlines had different idea in mind. Due to a flight cancellation and no ability to get another flight we were unable to make it in for the wedding and use the vacation rental. With no refund available with a last minute cancellation I contacted the hosts and requested a small refund for the cleaning fee since we wouldn't be staying there, so no need to clean after us. The host was very gracious and agreed to refund cleaning fee and did a little more on top of that that I wasn't even expecting. He also offered to work a discounted rate for a future stay. So nice and above expectations. Really wished we could have stayed and enjoy the place and will definitely book if we get another chance. Let's hope United is as gracious.

Very Clean and Well Appointed Home

Check-in upon arrival was a breeze with the provided code for the door lock. Everything in the house was as listed and we never needed to contact the owners. Very clean and tidy. They have ceiling fans in the living area and each bedroom. A must during the hot summer months since there is no air conditioning. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood and only 3 miles from downtown Flagstaff.

Our Flagstaff Go-To

I will seek out this property’s availability anytime I want to head up the hill to Flagstaff. The photos are exact and the space is extremely clean. Though an older house, nothing is outdated about the recent revolutions, space, and amenities. Had everything we didn’t know we needed! The Owners were extremely responsive and communicative whenever we reached out. Hoping to make yearly, winter trips as my little ones grow and start ski lessons. The plan is to stay at this Vrbo every time! The decor was so comforting that it was like coming “home” to this property everyday, while away from home.
