BÄde vintage och ny, den har en cushy queen size-sÀng med hÀrliga sÀngklÀder. en mysig elektrisk spis, ett pentry (mikrovÄgsugn, litet kylskÄp, diskbÀnk) en bar och barstolar, sittgrupp, stor TV, en underbar stendusch med separat omklÀdningsrum, en annan sittgrupp ... det Àr bara sÄ trevligt. Stugan har ocksÄ en stor veranda med sittplatser och eget bistrobord, omgiven av en staket-inhÀgnad innergÄrd. Njut av vackra soluppgÄngar dÀr, medan du smuttar pÄ ditt nybryggda Keurig-kaffe frÄn den fyllda kaffebaren i din stuga. Dessutom har du en rygg uteplats inbÀddad i trÀden. Eller sitta i den vackra gungan under eken! Vi har tÀnkt pÄ allt. Du kommer att Àlska den avslappnade atmosfÀren hÀr. I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. And we fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.

Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin!
You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.
