Location is terrific

Overall I enjoyed everything, the pool great, the private beach quiet, the location excellent. The room small but exactly what I expected. No complaints from me. If/when I go to Venice again will most likely stay there.

Sufficient for my needs

This room was perfect for me as I'm really only there to shower and sleep. The rest of my time is on the dive boat or beach, so it worked perfectly fine for me.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay in Venice Villas, the place was as pictured & clean. Affordable pricing for the value received. Enjoyed the private beach and the peaceful quite location. Hope to visit again next year, but will have to wait to see what the economy will be like then. Thanks for a Great vacation!

Lovely studio so close to the beach!

Nice studio with all the things you need and a very comfortable king size bed, steps from the beach, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Close to nice private Beach !!

Small unit but as advertised. Best feature is private beach entrance to nice section of beach at end of parking lot. Good location in Venice - close to nice downtown with many shops, restaurants etc.

Nice Getaway

Was exactly as indicated online. Small space, but we didn't spend very much time in our room, so it worked for us as the price was very reasonable. The bed was nice and big and otherwise it had everything we needed.

Quiet, Relaxing get away for our 10 year anniversary

We enjoyed celebrating our 10 year anniversary at Venice Beach! We wanted a quiet get away to avoid the crowds and noise and this was the perfect place. The room clean and just the right size for the two of us. We stayed in and cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The beach and sunsets were amazing. Spotting the dolphins playing was so exciting. We had our anniversary dinner at Finns by the pier and it was perfect! We will definitely book here again!

Hidden gem

Condo is as described and photos are accurate. The king bed is very comfortable. We did us the kitchen to prepare breakfast and everything was there we needed. This property is really amazing there is a extra large pool with a 10’ deep end pool. The pool was super clean and there was never anyone there except my wife and myself. The walk to the beach is super easy about 800’. The best part is the beach it’s a private beach and we were the only ones there all week. Absolutely beautiful gulf beach! We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will return. Our studio size room was much as expected and was just fine for 2 people. Having beach chairs supplied was an added plus. We spent hours on the beach every day. It was gorgeous and we made sure to catch the sunset each evening. We sought out seafood each dinner and found some great restaurants.

Felt very safe here

Condo was as advertised. Owner was very quick to respond. What we needed for a weeks stay was available. Pool is nice but unheated. It was warm while we were there so it was fine.

Clean and one block to the beach

Loved our time this week! Nice area and exactly as advertised. Very small condo but includes a comfortable king bed and full kitchen. Every evening, people walk a block from other units to watch the gorgeous sunset! We will be back!

Great location near beach

This condo met our all our expectations and was a great location, near the beach, located so that we could visit Sarasota and Naples. Great value, very comfortable, beautiful sunset, walking distance to the beach.

Small and cozy

Has everything you would need some a weekend getaway. Beach is a short walk and not crowded at all. Only issue was the upstairs neighbor was extremely noisy all hours of the night.

our short week

We loved our cozy room. great location and nice pool! Residents are super helpful and friendly. The weather (hurricane Ian) made us leave early, 3 nights too soon. Couldn't take a chance of driving in down pours or heavy traffic. We recently moved to Pensacola and wanted to get back if hurricane turned to our direction. Owner said she'd work with us if we wanted to return.

Not what I expected

Dirty. Dirt under bed with underwear etc. Cookware should be all thrown away. Unable to open the only window in unit and blinds. Pillows uncomfortable. Only 6 hangars, 1 hand towel. No notification from Management water turn off for half a day. I would never return. Outside is old and dirty.
