Stort timmerhus med vacker utsikt över skidorten Greek Peak. Ligger 5 miles frÄn Cortland, 25 miles frÄn Ithaca, 55 miles frÄn Syracuse. Finger Lakes vinstigar och mÄnga statsparker ligger inom bekvÀmt köravstÄnd. Huset ligger pÄ 5 1/2 tunnland mark. Det stora dÀck och uteplats framför ger utsikt över berget. Under vintern finns skyttelbuss till anlÀggningen tillgÀnglig frÄn huset.

Baseball Tournament

A few families got together and rented this house. It worked perfectly for us and we had an amazing time! The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with!

Baseball Tournament Crew

We rented the house for a baseball tournament in Cortland NY. The house was great! Beautifulo action. There are outdoor activities are right down the street for the kids. We had great meals in Ithaca and Cortland.

Baseball Tourney Fun

Excellent house with amazing views. Don’t think it’s right to charge a cleaning fee and the VRBO fees when we are required to do all of the cleaning as well as wash and fold the sheets.Otherwise would 100% use this location and property again of we were to come back.

Wonderful weekend

House was beautiful and a great use of space. We had wedding to go to and it housed our family well. Scott and cindy are very reaponsive and wonderful hosts.

Good for groups or large families

This house was a nice place for us to stay while visiting the area for a baseball tournament in Cortland. The boys loved the pool table and ping pong in the basement and we had plenty of room to spread out.

The house was perfect for my extended family attending my niece's graduation from Cortland. The house was very comfortable and had many amenities. The owner was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Great house for a large group

The stay was great, just know that the bunks are doubles top and bottom not singles so count accordingly. Communication was fast and very to the point that worked well for us. I would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Great place for family reunion!

We had a family reunion here and several of us travelled from out of state. We all slept comfortably and it was great to have different areas of the house to hang out such as ping pong and pool downstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill and we had plenty of nice places to hang out with multiple ages! We also enjoyed nearby attractions. Scott was really helpful, responsive, and flexible and we would definitely stay here again!

July weekend

Beautiful mountain view

We came with our family to attend a wedding at the lodge. The house was in the perfect location to visit the area wineries and breweries. Some of the kids went to Watkins Glen. All in all, a perfect house. The game room is awesome!

Great option for family gatherings

This was a great option for our family, bringing together 3 generations. The layout was great, and worked well to have a "bunk room" for teen - college age cousins, with private bedrooms otherwise. The kitchen was in fact fully stocked, which was great because we did prepare meals for the group. The game room was a hit as well. We opted to bring linens because we thought it might be challenging to do that much laundry as we were trying to gather up. Greek Peak wasn't opened quite yet when we were here, but it certainly would have been really easy to ski there from this house (very close).

Annual three family weekend

This is our second year renting this house as a group. The house is so comfortable for our three families- There are fun places for the teens to hang, places for adults to hang and great quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully outfitted with all items needed to make big family meals and have wonderful times together. We didn't use the hot tub, fireplaces or fire pit this year, but did last and loved them. It makes us want to stay longer next year. Thank you for sharing the house with us! We hope you'll host us next year!

Long weekend at Greek Peak

Hot tub was awesome. Pool table, ping pong and juke box were a big hit. 15 of us stayed so it was difficult trying to get all sheets and towels washed and dried before we left. Views are amazing and it is very close to the water park. Overall we had a very good weekend but paid more than the nightly rate that was listed on the website.

Definitely worth it

Very nice rental with great views and everyondle had a good time. The kitchen needs a bit more over-head lighting, as the under-cabinet lights didn't quite get the job done in conjunction with the minimal over-head stained glass lights. Otherwise, top marks all around.

Bachlorette Weekend

We had an amazing time at this property. From walking in, reading through the rules, the suggestions for places in town, and contacting the property manager was nothing but amazing. We had an issue with our stove and popping breakers, and the manger always responded quickly and replaced the stove that night. This house is beautiful, the decorations were great, the house was so clean, it was accommodating for everyone! The views were amazing, and the morning runs with those hills were hard! Cannot recommend this property enough!

Great place to gather

We stayed at the property for a family summer vacation. We had 7 kids ages 2-14 and they had so much fun. There was plenty of space for the kids and the adults. The property was clean and well maintained. Plenty of beds, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies etc. Scott was available and in contact in case we needed anything. Overall we had a great experience. We stayed during the summer so I’m sure it’s quite different than the winter-but I would imagine it would be a great place to stay if you wanted to ski.

Wonderful Views

This house was great. We have people from ages 5 to 40's and everyone was comfortable and were able to have space for dofferent things. The views are amazing, the deck is wonferful for hanging put, the kitchen has the things you didnt bring. There is Christmas decor everywhere, probably because of the ski slope across the street and lots of winter renters. The rooms are comfortable and the loft was great soace for many of the kids, all different ages to sleep. This was one of the best places we've rented over the last ten years with this group of families. Thanks!

House was built in 2005. The Finger Lakes region is one of the most attractive areas in NY State. Lakes, skiing, golfing, dining, wine tours, etc make this area an ideal year round location to visit.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We built this home because the area has many activities to experience year round. The views of the mountain from our house and patio are fantastic .
