The description was spot on with a lot of nice amenities provided. Location was great; near a lot of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Wifi was spotty in the evenings.

Good price and location for what we needed. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Plenty of space for two adults and two toddlers (the place has a pack-n-play). It is very dated, and needs a deep clean. The old "community condiments" in the fridge need to be cleared out. Internet was spotty.

Location is excellent! We were 15-20 minutes from seemingly everything which was super helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the space was fine for just a couple. They had an abundance of cookware and utensils, which is nice of you plan to cook meals there. Having access to the laundry was a big blessing so we could wash everything before going home.

The place was smaller than what the pictures represented. The back yard, while private, was again, smaller the pictures. The video game was nice, but the joy stick is worn out, so it was hard to play. As for cleanliness, there was dust on the cold air vents, behind the night stand in the bedroom and on top of the ceiling fan. The WIFI worked intermittently as well, which was very annoying.Condiments left by others, the ketchup bottle had dried ketchup on top, so led me to believe that the condiments were very old and not wise to use. I would have thrown them out. As far as the location, it was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and the covered carport was nice. Overall, it served our purpose for being there, would I book this place again, probably not. But for others that are only going to be there a few days and want an alternative to a hotel room, it may suit your purposes as well.

Did have to do a little bit of cleaning at the time of check-in but I am particular about some things. Overall the cottage was clean. Dryer sheets used for linens & towels left items smelling too perfume-y so I washed before using sans the dryer sheets. The coffee pot basket (not the mesh filter) was quite stained, washed as best I could but it needs a thorough cleaning or replacement coffee maker. Some light bulbs were out or lights didn’t work. Could not locate switch for back string lights. Unable to get bedroom tv to connect & stay connected…just used my laptop instead. Our stay was comfortable & the cottage did have everything we needed during our stay. Hate those goat head thorns in the drive, they went right through my soft soul shoes and would wreak havoc on tires if we had brought bikes. Great little place & reasonably priced.

Communication and check in/out process was great and easy. Clean towels and linens provided. The cleanliness of the property was terrible. Cobwebs inside and out, layers of dust on the fan and vents. Under the bed was full of dust and not clean. The pullout bed in the living room was broken had a dirty mattress and under the couch was full of dust and old food. There were dead bugs in the lights in the kitchen. Overall, very unhappy about the lack of cleanliness.

Over all it was a very nice stay. Central to everything we wanted to do and see. The house was decorated very nicely. The bed was very comfortable and large. We were very satisfied.
