En elegant, designad, inredd stenbyggd bostad som ligger i en historisk lantlig förort bara 4 km från centrum av Chania och inom en kort bilresa (5min) från stränder, sevärdheter mm
Huset är fullt utrustat med alla moderna bekvämligheter, det är rymligt och bekvämt, omgivet av blommor, mandarin och citronträdgårdar. Det erbjuder skuggade pergolas med utemöbler, en stor grill med vedeldad ugn, privat parkering, gratis wi-fi mm
Huset har 2 sovrum, och det rymmer 4 personer plus en baby (barnsäng finns).
Det finns en queen size-säng i det första sovrummet och enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet, som kan förenas för att rymma 2 par.
I huset finns ett stort vardagsrum med öppen spis, stor plattskärms-HDTV och matplats, ett fullt utrustat kök med spis, ugn, diskmaskin, kyl / frys, kaffebryggare, brödrost, redskap, etc och ett rymligt badrum med Jacuzzi badkar, tvättmaskin, etc.

Lovely time

We had a lovely time at Ioannis's place. We spent a very enjoyable ten days there. The house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I really can't fault it, great place, with easy access to both the old town and to the main West-East road for getting about and exploring.

Hidden Gem

Everything was perfect for our family.. Ioannis was waiting at the house and showed us where everything was and said he was available anytime we needed him. Even offered to drive our sister back to Chania airport as they had a different check in time. Loved having breakfast outside every morning on the covered terrace. Definitely need a car as a little out of the town we liked that as it was so quiet in the evenings. All in all we would definitely recommend and stay there again.

May in Chania

We stayed for 6 nights in mid-May and enjoyed our time at Nerokouras. The owner’s son was on site at the appointed time and gave us a warm welcome. We were even supplied with a basket of local fruit, wine, honey and bakeries that helped start us out. The house was exactly as described and we lacked nothing. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and cooked fish on the BBQ most nights. The house was spotless and the roses surrounding the house quite impressive. Many thanks to the owners for our pleasant stay.

Loved Chania/Nerkourou

Elegant property in excellent style and construction. Care of property and gardens was immaculate. First rate. We were sad to leave and wish we could be there when all the roses were in bloom. Being a birder I found numerous local species in the farm plots, orchards, and fields. One of our best stays in Greece! The hosts also were kind to us, taking us for a hike to a local monastery. Lovely experience! The hosts son was also helpful and available which was also of benefit.

Beautiful house in Chania

Beautiful house just minutes from Chania Centre. As soon as we got there, our host Mr. Gianni was waiting for us to show us the house and to answer all of our questions. The house was very clean and very well taken care of. Nothing was missing from the house. Anything you need, the house had it! Mr. Gianni even left a bottle of wine for us and Cretan traditional Raki! This house is really recommended!! Great house! Great host! Great time!!! Harry

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Cottage. Es war wie beschrieben und der Eigentümer hat an alles gedacht! Wir haben sogar gegrillt!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Luxurious stay at an affordable price

Beautiful 2-bedroom villa surrounded by greenery and a stunning rose garden. Impeccably maintained with every detail thought of. It doesn't get any better than this. Kudos to Ioannis and hi son for running such a professional vacation home.

beautiful cottage, wonderful garden, super BBQ, car park, wifi. Brand new building, fully equipped, super clean. 4km from the center of Chania, perfect position for your visit to the different places and beaches. Great welcome from Ioannes and his family. Excellent sejour

En plus d etre belle la villa est de tres bon standing, tous les materiaux sont de qualités, propres, beaucoup d accessoires utiles sont disponibles, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. nous avons passé un sejour a 4 parfait. Merci a Manolis pour la recommandation des restaurants. Tout etait parfait.

We stayed in this property May Half term. We were welcomed on arrival , shown around and given information on the island and surrounding area, all very useful. The property itself was immaculate, both inside and out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Great place with everything you need!

We really enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed-nice rooms, clean, comfortable, a place to eat and play games on the rainy days. Ioannis was a great landlord and helpful whenever we had any questions. We were close to downtown but still away enough to have peace and quiet. Highly recommend.

Greek hospitality at its best

This home is beautiful, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The grounds are also very nice with an orange grove and pleasing landscaping. That would be enough for a 5 star review but the host family makes it even better. They are extremely nice, welcoming and generous in every way. Don't hesitate.

Ein wunderschönes, luxuriöses Haus am Rand von Chania

.Wir haben in der Zeit vom 25.06.18 - 09.07.18 in dieser wunderschönen Villa gewohnt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Es ist mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet. Wenn es einmal irgendwelche Probleme geben sollte, dann ist Ioannis der Besitzer sofort zur Stelle. Die Familie ist absolut herzlich und freundlich. Sie hatte zur Begrüßung einen großen Korb mit örtlichen Köstlichkeiten bereit gestellt. Um das Haus herum ist ein fantastischer Gartenbereich, den wir täglich nutzten, um uns im Schatten auszuruhen, zu frühstücken oder zu lesen.Im Außenbereich befindet sich auch ein ganz praktischer Grillplatz mit allem drum und dran. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Klimaanlage, sehr gute Betten und ist ohnehin sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage war für unsere Aktivitäten sehr vorteilhaft, jedoch sollte man schon über ein Auto verfügen, da das Haus sich am Rande von Chania befindet und man ansonsten schlecht an die wunderschönen Strände gelangt. Mit Auto ist man allerdings in ca. 20 - 45 min., je nachdem welchen Strand man aufsuchen möchte, an den fabelhaften gelegenen Strandabschnitten. Und abends ist man in ca. 15 min in der Altstadt von Chania und kann das Treiben dort genießen. Also wenn man einen unbeschwerten Urlaub in der Region um Chania mit bis zu 6 Personen genießen möchte, dann kann ich allen Urlaubern nur dieses Haus empfehlen. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße an Maria, Ioannis und seine herzliche Familie. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt bei Euch und wurden aufgenommen, wie bei FREUNDEN !!!! Un' isola, una casa e dei proprietari indimenticabili

Le bellezze dell'isola sono sicuramente note per cui non mi dilungo Per quanto riguarda la casa e l'accoglienza che in essa abbiamo ricevuto qualche parola in più va spesa. La struttura è esattemanete quella che si vede nelle foto. Sia gli interni che gli esterni sono curati in tutti i particolari e non manca nulla di cui si può avere necessità durante la vacanza (perfino un barbecue con girarrosto elettrico ed un forno per il pane nel giardino). La villa si trova in una zona rurale periferica (molto tranquilla) della cittadina di Chania a10 minuti in auto dal centro e a pochi minuti da un grosso Supermercato. I proprietari ci hanno riservato una meravigliosa accoglienza facendoci trovare prodotti tipici locali con frutta e verdure dell'orto. Ci hanno dispensato utili indicazioni sulle spiagge i posti da visitare ed i ristoranti migliori. Si sono assicurati nei giorni successivi che tutto procedesse per il meglio. Sicuramente da consigliare

Casa bellissima e splendida accoglienza.

I proprietari sono stati eccezionali, sempre disponibili e molto premurosi. Sembrava di stare con persone che conoscevamo da anni. Il giorno della partenza eravamo molto tristi e ci siamo ripromessi che se torneremo vorremo tornare in quella bellissima casa per ritrovare Giannis e Lena.

Holidays in Chania

We stayed in this holiday home for one week in July. The house is very beautifully and lovingly renovated and well equipped. It is located in a peaceful area near Chania city, but away from the tourist crowds, and thus perfect for us! We had a car and we easily moved around; a car/motorbike is advisable if you plan to make trips, etc in Chania, visit places go to beaches, etc The owners were very sweet and had put a welcome pack for us with local products, fruit, vegetable, raki, etc which was very convenient since we arrived late in the evening. The nearest supermarkets and shops were about 2km away, and the center was about 5 min drive. We had a very nice holiday and we would gladly come back!

Lovely stay in Chania!

We had a lovely time in Chania! The house is beautiful and cozy and we enjoyed every moment. The hosts were very hospitable and gave us sugestions about places to visit, restaurants, etc The area is quiet and very convenient to explore Chania. Overall a very pleasant stay!
