Our family has stayed at this property twice. We truly love the location and the accommodations. As you walk down the beach, past a few properties, you will notice that you have found an uncrowded oasis! The surrounding single family home neighbors allow for a spacious beach experience. The location to some shops, restaurants, and ice cream shops can't be beat! Within the condo you get a cozy setting with comfortable furniture and bedding. The supplies in the kitchen and baths are robust as well. The stock of spices, condiments, and cooking/cleaning tools leave you lacking for very little. The owner is very responsive and I am looking forward to seeing the renovations they do this fall. Can't wait to come back!

I was not the actual person staying in the condo. My boss and her family stayed there while she attended a judicial conference in San Destin. I am the person responsible for booking her travel. I was in communication with her the entire time and she raved about the condo! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay!!

Great communication from the owner. My son and 4 month old grandbaby got there early and were able to check in early (they planned several extra hours of drive time with a newborn and didn't end up needing to stop that much). The pool and hot tub were great. I love Blue mountain condos. It's not too packed, and the private beach is awesome!!! Beds were comfy. Great stock of things in the kitchen. They now have a blackstone grill outside by the propane grills which is great because I started a fire on one of the propane grills in the past and so I was scared to cook my jalapeno poppers with bacon on the propane grill...so having the blackstone was perfect!!!

Beautiful condo. Beautiful view and loved this area of 30A. Less crowded than other places and amazing food choices. Easy to hike here.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! Cassie was fantastic to work with—communication was excellent before and throughout our stay, and she was always quick to respond.The condo was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of five adults. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. We also appreciated having access to two Weber gas grills and a Blackstone grill.The amenities were outstanding. There were always plenty of chairs available at the pool, and the private beach was just a short, easy walk away. The beach chair setup was a great convenience, and the crystal-clear water was beautiful. Since it's a private beach, it never felt overcrowded, which made for a very relaxing experience.The fitness center was well appointed with treadmills, an elliptical, free weights, and weight machines. For those who prefer outdoor exercise, there's also a nearby walking path that's perfect for walking or running.Parking was convenient with one space in the parking garage. If you have a second vehicle, there is additional parking available in the lot outside the condo.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at this condo multiple times and everything about it is fantastic. It’s spacious, has great beach access and amenities, and is in a wonderful location. The host is proactive in communication and very pleasant to work with.

Had a great time staying here with our daughter and her family.

This condo has a great view and we loved the large balcony! It is on the top floor of this 4 story complex, so you can see over the houses in the neighborhood next door. With only 48 units, the pool and beach area were not overly crowded - even the last week of June! Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful and amazingly clean condo. The owner has been a pleasure to deal with and obviously takes great pride in her condo. This is the nicest and cleanest unit we've ever had the pleasure of staying in. 30A is a great area and we'll definitely be back.

The location is incredible.

From booking to stay everything was easy. The location is fabulous. The condo is very nice and spacious. Nicely decorated. Well built that you don’t hear all the noise from the hallways. The kitchen has good stock and actually has many spices and seasonings available.

Beautiful Condo on a fantastic beache beachh

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo.The Condo itself was very nice, well maintained, and well stocked and plenty large enough for all 7 of us. The east and west views of the beach from the balcony were incredible. The beach chair rentals were easy and we even rented a kayak. We had a great vacation Thank you for sharing your condo.

Grandkids 1st beach vacation

Excellent communication from the host from 1st inquiry - very clear and easy check in and check out information.This unit was beautiful, cozy, and clean.The beach was amazing! Nathan, the beach chair guy was kind and charming. The grandkids enjoyed playing with the beach toys, riding the waves and building sand castles. We cooked most meals and appreciated the well stocked/organized kitchen. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this rental. Be sure to stop at the South Walton Visitor Center at the beginning of your stay for great info, places to eat and things to see and do.

Wonderful accommodations

We’ve stayed all over the gulf and this unit stands out as our favorite. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The unit has a bathroom for each bedroom. The building has an on-site gym and 24 hour security. The location is very convenient to our favorite restaurants. The host is very responsive and easy to work with.

Great Unit, Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. They thought of everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. The location is great, between individual homes so the beach is not super crowded (as can be seen just a little bit east on the beach)! The pool, the common areas, the storage area with all the extras (floats, chairs, toys, boards, umbrellas) were all top notch and well cared for! The unit itself was so clean and sooo comfortable. The Blue Mountain Beach area might have just earned visitors for life! We just loved our whole experience!

An Oasis at the beach!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property this past weekend. In addition to the condo being absolutely beautiful, it is in a great location and the building has everything you could ask for. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of the questions I had prior to our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were very rich and luxurious! The kitchen is large with everything we needed to cook almost all of our meals easily. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see the ocean change throughout the day and enjoy beautiful sunsets. A wonderful, wonderful get away for us. We will be back!

Spacious, balconies, direct beach access

The unit is very spacious, with an easy stroll to the pool and the beach! The location on the beach was fantastic! Our section (of the beach) was not crowded; not any day and there was never more than 2 rows of chairs/umbrellas. The beach service guys were great, too! They were polite and welcoming. I also appreciated the kitchen having plenty of cookware, flatware, and both a single serve keurig and the option to make a full pot of coffee! I like staying in for breakfast, so this kitchen was a plus for me. My family and I had a wonderful vacation and I can’t thank the owner enough for sharing her home with us!

We spent a great family vacation/July 4th celebration at this condo. It more than accommodated our family of 4 adults and 2 children. There was a small issue with our building access code when we arrived but was resolved within 10 minutes. Communication with the owner was excellent. The condo had everything we needed needed and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a definite plus. The condo and property very clean and had great security. We hope to return next year.

Nice place

Overall great place and beautiful view. The only downside was the main entrance to the patio (the only reason we chose this place and the best part about this place) was not working. The sliding door was broken - we were made aware the night we arrived. We were told that somebody would contact us to let us know when to expect repair during our stay (long weekend), but nobody contacted us. I tried calling and emailing the owner to see what the deal was, but was not called back until we had checked out (she said some other lady was supposed to call). Like I said, beautiful place and I highly recommend.....we were just inconvenienced with the broken door to the best part of the condo and still paid full price.

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, things occasionally break but we try to fix them when reported. Sometimes we cant get them fixed that very day or during a stay when service people are not available. The door as well as several other issues have been fixed. Thanks again for reporting it.
