Sunny Bungalow med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, 1 kök, 1 vardagsrum och matsal och 2 terrasser med utsikt över stranden i Cala Gran.
Reformerad mars 2018.
Ligger i ett komplex av 23 individuella bungalows, med en stor trÀdgÄrdsdel, en gemensam pool och direkt tillgÄng till strandsanden.
Bungalow nr 1 ligger ovanför poolen, bara 10 meter frÄn stranden.
Perfekt för familjesemestrar.
Mycket bra anslutet, taxistationen ligger vid IBIZA-torget, bara 150 meter bort, och pÄ Cala Gran-bron kan vi komma till busshÄllplatsen cirka 25 meter bort.
Den nÀrmaste stormarknaden ligger cirka 100 meter bort.
PÄ stranden kan vi hitta ett dykcenter, strandbarer och livrÀddare.

Little gem and a fabulous location.

We found a little gem in the perfect location to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday in Cala Dor. Tom met us on arrival and explained everything. It was lovely as we arrived and he offered on our departure for us to leave our cases in the apartment as we were being picked up at 1.30 and check out is 11. So check out was a breeze. The apartment has everything we needed, was clean comfortable and relaxing. Also a really fabulous location to access all the beaches in the area. The land train stop was literally on our doorstep to explore the resort on. The restaurants and bars were a stroll away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Thanks Tom

Just Perfect.

The apartment was spotlessly clean,We were met by Tom at the apartment who showed us around and explained everything TV,internet,dishwasher,washing etc.The apartment was perfectly located,easy reach of the centre.Exceptional terrace with wonderful view of the beach and swimming pool.Very secure property,behind locked gates.Will definitely return,and highly recommend.

Fantastic property in a great location. My only gripe was the toilet was set too high. When you say on it your legs were dangling. The first week was wonderful but the second week we had a family who were stamping on the floor and dragging furniture. I asked them to turn the noise down a bit and they did for a couple of days. Overall we loved it and would go back.

Perfect location

Loved this place. Nice interior, great space and perfect location right by the beach. Close to a supermarket and the center. The owner answered all our questions instantly and everything about getting the keys and finding the place was easy. We would love to come back here.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Lage und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Der Vermieter hat uns jederzeit weitergeholfen. Lediglich der Zustand der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Einrichtungen hĂ€tte besser sein können. An den Wegen innerhalb der Anlage lag MĂŒll und im Pool lösten sich Fliesen.

Great property in top location

This is the nicest property we have ever booked. Super clean and beautifully furnished. The owner Tom, is friendly and very helpful. He answers questions immediately. Top quality bedding and towels. Balcony overlooks the pool and the beach is just a few steps away. Unfortunately the storm on 9 May had swept away the fixed beach parasols.Only two points to make, the property has minimal soundproofing between this one and the above one. You hear every footstep. Other point is that there were insufficient pool sunbeds. Only six when we arrived for about seven families. Two were added later but still not enough bearing in mind less people used the beach as there was no possibility to hire sunbeds or parasols there at the moment. Very good restaurants within walking distance. We shall return.

Amazing week

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. The actual apartment surpassed our expectations based on the description and photos. From the gate there is a path to the entrance which is a covered hallway, where we could leave ours strollers as the gate could be locked. Inside we found 3 spacious bedrooms. Tom also provided an extra cot as we have 2 1-year olds. There was a dishwasher with tablets and a washing machine outside which proved to be handy with three kids enjoying the beach. The terrace outside overlooking the beach and pool was very big. And we spent most of our time here as our kids could run around without any risks. The beds were amazing, we had some really good nights sleep in them!

1 Woche super Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die RÀume super durchdacht. Es ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Gadtgeber Tomeo ist sehr nett und reagiert sofort wenn es Probleme gibt ( bei uns mit dem Toaster). Kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist perfekt, innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten GeschÀfte, Bars, Restaurants. Abends sehr nett.

Tolle Lage und tolle Wohnung

Wohnung war direkt am Strand, super schön und auch ne schöne große Terrasse. Alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden super nett empfangen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat war der Pool Bereich. die Liegen und Sonnenschirme haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich . Ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall nochmal in die Wohnung kommen :/) Ein Tipp von uns : vor der TĂŒr darf an den gelben Linien nicht geparkt werden. Kostet 100€

Top location

The apartment was in the centre of cala d'or at the beautiful Cala Gran . We loved the many restaurants, bars and shops at walking distance . 2 spacious bedrooms and a smaller one . Only our toilet had some problems to flush. Beds were good ! Our host Tom was very kind .

Fabulous Stay

Had a wonderful stay here with 4 friends. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It is in a wonderful location right on the beach and easily accessible to the centre of Cala D'or and Cala Ferrera. Tom was at the apartment to meet us and let us check in earlier which was great, thank you Tom. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon with my family.

Great week before start into German winter

We had a perfect week in this Bungalow. The communication with Tom and check-in was very pleasant. The beds are very comfortable and the bungalow is well equiped and clean. We enjoyed the big terrasse and the near of the city centre.
