The host's met us at property with a full informative tour of property.The size of this property is fantastic with every single thing you could ever need provided.Despite our stay being at the end of November the house was warm and cosy. The large kitchen dining room was an amazing space for everyone to get together.The host's offered an amazing welcome pack which honestly was outstanding and such a thoughtful thing to do. Our overall experience was fantastic, would highly recommend visiting Telford Manor we will be return clients. Huge thank you to the host's for sharing their amazing property with our family.

Telford was amazing! The hosts were lovely and we particularly loved the welcome goodies they provided - so generous!The house is perfect for a family/friend’s weekend, with communal spaces and chilling areas as well. Everyone reported feeing comfortable. The house has everything you need for a stay. Even the dogs had a space! Thank you for our very special weekend.

Great place to stay with 15 mates playing golf. Plenty of rooms. More kitchens than 16 blokes could use very generous welcome pack. Contact with owner always prompt and helpful.

Amazing House

Held a hen party for 23 and it was the perfect home for it. We all had a fabulous weekend and cannot speak highly enough of the hosts. Very responsive to queries prior to the weekend, as well as providing an obscene amount of snacks and fizz on arrival. Highly recommend.

Totally Amazing

There was a large group of us for a 70th Birthday. On arrival the house was amazing and only got better over the weekend. Plenty of space, boogie room and karaoke was so much fun. Lounge big enough to accommodate us all for games. Will definitely be back

40th Birthday Celebrations

We had an amazing stay at Telford Manor for my wife’s 40th birthday party. Tam and Christine were great hosts, always happy to answer any questions and left a lovely welcome hamper of sweets, cakes, Prosecco and also set up some birthday banners.The place itself was massive and well equipped for a large group gathering, it had all the amenities required, the kitchens were well stocked and all the bedrooms were lovely.We all loved the party room with the karaoke machine Great location, easy to locate and only a 5 min drive into Moffat.A big thank you to Tam and Christine for your hospitality and for making us all feel welcome, we hope to return again soon

40th Birthday Weekend

Fantastic weekend spent with Family and Friends celebrating my husbands 40th Birthday. The house is massive and had plenty of room and amenities for everyone.Massive thank you to Chris for organising all of the birthday banners, balloons, cakes , sweets, crisps and welcome packs. Those extra touches made all the difference. It really was a great spot for celebrating with 20 of our nearest and dearest. We all took a walk to the local pub for a big lunch. We booked the large space and pre ordered our meals and the service and food was great. Highly recommend the steak and black pudding pie. Perfwct

Fab venue for big groups

We had a wonderful family gathering here. The hosts left us the most amazing welcome package. Oodles of fridges and freezers. Big lounge with comfy seats for socialising and great dining kitchen for everyone. Would definitely book again

Superb family trip

This property was everything we needed and more. Our group of 25 loved every minute of our stay and at no point were we on top of each other, the pictures do not reflect the sheer size and space inside this wonderful house and would happily recommend to anyone wanting a large family gathering. The host was lovely and friendly from speaking on the phone to arrange check in and then getting a full tour when we arrived, the welcome hamper that was left for us was such a welcome suprise and a touch everyone was grateful for. We will most certainly be booking another weekend stay here

Lovely house. Chris is lovely. Moffat is really nice. Wish there was a book about the house though and that the windows could open. It was just what we wanted in a holiday home though. Great.

I arranged the hire of the house for a surprise 50th birthday weekend for my husband and the welcome package with birthday cakes was so kind and unexpected, such a lovely personal touch and very much appreciated by all!! Fantastic stay!

A group of us stayed here for our annual get together and it was great. House was clean and warm. Plenty of cooking facilities with 2 kitchens and both well equipped. Welcome pack left from the owners was amazing! Lots of lovely treats and they even got all the kids Easter eggs because we stayed Easter weekend. Owners were lovely and went over and above for us. Thank you 😊

Fantastic Family Reunion

Pre-Covid, we'd meet up every years, cousins, brothers and sisters, aunts uncles, the whole clan, somewhere near the border, as middle ground. Alas the hotel we always went to was converted into flats during Covid, so when we wished to restart our pre christmas get together we had to find a new place. We found Telford Manor through Vrbo, and fitted the bill perfectly. But we had some disasters *stories, in the past before we found the hotel, so was very apprehensive going to a new location . We were greeted, exactly as agreed, by the nicest owners, who guided us through this beautiful home. They had set out a Christmas table, including wine, cakes, biscuits, even a big box of chocolates. In the perfect sized kitchen/dinning room, 20 round the table. The house was amazing, we had 23 in total, and fitted perfectly. Downstairs was our party area, keeping the festivities separate from those needing a break, on the first floor, and the majority of rooms on the top floor. We couldnt hear anthing, and we can be loud! The beds were lovely, rooms all homely and comfortable. Showers and toilets clean... everything you want! House was warm, which was great for November. We did habe to turn down some radiators, which is much better than turning them up, and no heat! Over all we had a blast! The house, Christine and Tom have a wonderful property. If you 20+, and need a location to get together, i can not recommend this property enough!

Golden Wedding Family Celebration

A beautiful house with very welcoming hosts. Lovely setting, and easily big enough for 16 adults with four children and three dogs. A wonderful place for a celebration.
