Takvåning med stor takterrass. 100 meter från havet. Perfekt för familjer

Välkommen till vår nyinköpta (2015) och nyinredda lägenhet med en stor (80 kvadratmeter) takterrass med utsikt över poolen och havet och en balkong för en mysig frukost.
Vår lägenhet ligger på fjärde våningen i en hyreshus och kan nås med hiss och trappor. Gratis parkering finns i lägenheten.
200 meter bort finns en stormarknad och olika restauranger.
Det trevliga centrumet av Cambrils ligger 15 minuters promenad bort och du kan nå Salou på 10 minuter med bil (eller buss).

Lägenhetens utformning:
- 3 sovrum (2 med dubbelsäng + 1 med 2 bäddar) plus i vardagsrummet en bäddsoffa för 2 personer
- 2 plattskärms-TV med satellit, 1 i vardagsrummet / matsalen och 1 i sovrummet
- 2 badrum, ett med dusch, toalett, handfat och bidé och ett med badkar, handfat och toalett
- Köket är fullt utrustat med ugn / grill, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll, Senseo kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, kyl / frys, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och en handbländare.
- Vardagsrum och sovrum har central luftkonditionering som också kan användas som värme

På takterrassen kan du koppla av i våra korgmöbler med bord och 2 solstolar. Du kan också ha en trevlig grillfest.

Vår lägenhet är lättillgänglig med buss från Barcelona och Reus flygplats (direkt bussförbindelse). Plana buss.
Hållplatsen ligger 5 minuters promenad från vår lägenhet.
Och från detta stopp kan du också ta bussen till Port Aventura och alla andra utflykter.

Amazing apartment in a great location

Superb and spacious apartment with all we needed for a perfect family holiday. Close to bus stops, beach, supermarket and restaurants so car not needed. Well equipped and a great roof top terrace with BBQ. One of the best we have stayed in.

Gorgeous penthouse apartment

Location brilliant, close to beach, supermarket and other amenities. Safe and secure with good security, plenty of parking, great bus services too to lots of destinations.The apartment photos don’t do it justice, it’s a really size and the kitchen is very well equipped. the pool lovely the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. We will definitely return.

We stayed at René's apartment back in 2018 and were really happy we made the return trip. Great location, lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance, plenty for our teens to do, amazing apartment with fantastic pool area. We would highly recommend

Great apartment and great location

Very nice apartment in a quiet area, clean, spacious and very close to the beach. It has everything you would expect and we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. There is also a supermarket close by that offers everything you need. We always found a parking slot, of which we were concerned about before, but was not an issue at all. The communication with the owner and handing over the keys was very smooth, flexible and friendly.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with René and his representative was great and a couple of minor issues outwith their control were sorted really quickly. A real home from home.

Pefekter Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung enspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Für uns mit unserer 13 jährigen Tochter war dies ein perfekter Urlaub. Es war schön morgens im Pool ( auch mal ganz alleine schwimmen) Mittags am Strand. Er ist kilometerlang und wird jeden Morgen gereinigt. Abends mit dem Fahrrad nach camprills zum shoppen und bummeln. Vielen Dank auch für die perfekte Schlüsselübergabe.

Mala Experiencia!!!

Muy mala experiencia, dos días antes de la entrar nos ponemos en contacto con el propietario para concertar el check-in y nos informa que uno de los baños tiene la ducha estropeada y que esta pendiente del seguro para repararla y que no sabe cuando estará reparada. Le comunico que somos 7 personas (dos familias diferentes) y que tener solo 1 ducha no es operativo. La única solución que me da es anular la reserva (dos días antes de entrar). Los 10 días de estancia hemos estado con este problema y sin solución por parte del propietario.

Un apartamento excelente y muy recomendable

Apartamento situado en una zona tranquila, al lado de la playa del Esquirol, a unos 30 minutos andando del puerto de Cambrils. Edificio relativamente nuevo, apartamento en excelente estado, acogedor, bien amueblado, limpio, muy bien equipado (TV, wifi, cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora), y con todos los detalles para tener una buena estancia. Su terraza solarium es espectacular, con tumbonas y muebles de terraza, ideal para desconectar y relajarse. Muy amable el trato con el dueño (por la aplicación de Vrbo) y con la persona que vino a traer las llaves. Proporcionan toallas y sábanas dentro del precio y además nos dejaron algunos productos de limpieza. Muy recomendable.

Just back after spending two weeks in this apartment. Very clean apartment in a nice location. Great for a family, so near the beach. Pool area was nice and never too busy. Nice walk into Cambrils. The key pick up and drop off process was very efficient and the lady that met us was very friendly. Enjoyed the evening sun on the rooftop.

Liebe Lena & lieber René Nach einer wunderschönen Woche in Eurer wunderbaren Wohnung sind wir wieder zurück im Alltag :-) . Wir haben die Zeit in Cambris in vollsten Zügen genossen, die Wohnung war für uns mehr als nur perfekt, die Nähe zum Meer hervorragend, die Dachterasse ein Traum und der Balkon absolut praktisch. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel sowie der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns alle (samt Hund) sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen bald mal wieder nach Cambrils reisen zu können. Vielen herzlichen Dank aus der Schweiz Andrea, Daniel & Alina

Great apartment, wonderful views

Having holidays in this area for the last three years we have come to expect great things. All the apartments we have stayed in previously were of a high standard but this was the best one so far. A functional kitchen with good quality equipment everything you need for cooking, the BBQ on the roof terrace was nice to have. Little touches like dishwasher fluid and soap powder and cleaning cloths were appreciated so we didn't end up with an expensive trip to the shop to buy such essentials. The apartment was a good size, lots of space, well decorated, and very clean. The meet and greet lady was on time and available to help if needed, the pool and communal areas were well kept and very clean. This apartment is between Cambrils and Salou, travelling around is easy as you can get a bus pass from the Plana, which is 500 metres from the apartment towards Salou. As the apartment is situated just off the main road, you have good connections to the theme park, water park, Cambrils, Salou and Tarragona all for €1.20 each. Go to Salou and you can catch a train to Barcelona. There is a spar supermarket 100 metres at the back of the apartments block selling everything you need. The area has a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance, the beach bars are great for food or just a drink or two. The squirrel is popular with younger families with a range of things to do. We tend to spend most evenings in Cambrils. Cambrils has a very good shopping area and lots and lots of restaurants to suit all tastes. Favourite one for us is Al Punt, you would be advised to book! The beaches are superb and stretch for miles, there is a range of watersports nearby. Cycling is fun and a number of places hire bikes, dedicated cycle lanes are all the way along the coast and if you get tired just pop in to one of he batch bars for a drink or two! A great place for families and couples alike, you won't see any groups of stags or hens. This is a great place to relax and to eat and drink well.

Loved this apartment and would happily go back. Easy booking and arrival process; accomodating departure. The apartment has good space, is comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped with lots of nice little touches like a couple of dishwasher tablets and hand soap provided. The roof terrace is a lovely bonus, equipped with a couple of sunbeds and a seating area, and the balcony with table and chairs overlooks the pool. The pool is a good size and was never overly busy. A Spar shop on the next block provided all our grocery needs and the beach is just a couple of minutes walk away. The surrounding area is quiet - it's over a mile to Cambrils main centre - but there are a few nearby restaurants and beach bars serving reasonable food. Very good all round.
