Ground floor villa adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Great location at the entrance of Tosalet, the most prestigious development in Javea. Very spacious and confortable in one level, at walking distance from Cala Blanca beach (820 meters), a supermarket with takeaway, a couple of restaurants, the bus stop to Arenal beach, a pharmacy... all within a 2-10 minute walk.
A private 4 x 10 meters pool, with 8 deck chairs, parasols and a charcoal barbecue. Garden furniture and plenty of parking space since the villa was a former restaurant. Children playground. However, you won't need to drive around if you don't want to.
You will have a supermarket and restaurant in front of the villa. Also facing the stylish Hotel Ritual de Terra & Spa.
One storey house surrounded by sunny terraces and a backyard garden, ideal for alfresco dining. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with portable electric hobs (you can also cook on the outside), huge fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasherâŠ
It sleeps 3 couples with up to 5 children or 2 couples with up to 6 children. No pets allowed.
It has 4 double beds with three 180x200 cm high density visco mattresses, 2 single beds and one sofa-bed. High speed internet with up to 300 Mbs download.
Three double bedrooms (red bedroom and blue bedroom), sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. An additional suite-bedroom by the pool with space for 5 people (ideally, big children or teenagers) since there are two sofa-beds with quality foam mattresses (they have been set together in the photograph, as a double bed). A third folding bed can be fit here.
There is one additional toilet by the living room.
A lot of space in the dinning room. You can even turn it into a private dance hall setting the tables aside, with the disco lighting. However, private parties are not allowed since you will need prior authorization from the townhall. This is a very calm area away from the busy Arenal, yet not being quite far from it. You won't even hear the traffic at night.
Beautiful view to San Antonio Cape and its lighthouse. Perfect for teenagers since they can go, even by foot, to Arenal beach leisure area.
It has air conditioning splits (cold/heat) in all bedrooms and in the living room. Free WiFi and Astra satellite with UK channels.
2 bicycles for free at your disposal (extra security deposit required).
Fully fenced to stop small children and pets from going out.
It also has a closed garaje for a small car, trailer, surfboards... and open private parking space for 7 cars.
Private transfers can be arranged from Alicante airport and back with Beniconnect.
All inclusive price: 10% IVA, fair use of electricity (50 Kw/day) and water (800 l/day), sheets, towels, wifi, final cleaning, pool cleaning... The overuse of supplies (60 KW/day and 600 litres/day) will be charged at a 0.5 euro per kWh and 3⏠per M3.
