Fantastisk rymlig lägenhet med fantastisk oavbruten utsikt

Trade Winds ligger i West Looe, bottenvåningen i ett ombyggt hus som går tillbaka till slutet av 1890-talet. Oavbruten utsikt över hamnen, East Looe, Beach och ut till havet kan ses från fönstren / dörren i Large Bay i loungen och i sovrummet.

Fastigheten ligger tillbaka från huvudvägen och har en egen ingång framtill via vägen från vägen.

Looe är byggd runt en mynning som leder till havet och de flesta av fastigheterna i West Looe är byggda på sluttningen. Tillträdet till Trade Winds sker via en sicksack från vägen. Det finns också trappsteg upp till Hannafore Lane som går längs baksidan av huset.

Tyvärr har vi inte parkering vid fastigheten, men det finns gratis parkering på gatan på Hannafore Point (5-10 minuters promenad) eller Pay and Display-parkeringsplatser på West Looe Quay (2 min promenad) eller Mill Pool Car Park (5 min promenad längs hamnen). Du kan stanna nära fastigheten för att lossa / ladda.

Fastigheten har totalrenoverats (april 2017) med nya möbler i hela, men blandat med några originella funktioner för att behålla egenskaperna.

New Year stay

A lovely apartment in a great position in Looe close to good walks the town close by and plenty of independent shops/restaurants/coffee shops within a 10 min walk. The accommodation is warm and welcoming and really spacious for 4 people the view from the lounge was amazing! We will love to return 😊

Beautiful Apartment in looe

This apartment has stunning views over the harbour and sea . The apartment is cosy and comfortable and we loved sitting in the bay window looking at the view . It’s a short walk to East Looe which its vibrant little streets and pubs and restaurants and lovely sandy beach .

Brilliant location

Lovely , clean apartment in a Victorian house overlooking Looe harbour . Attention to detail , we stayed over Christmas, and there was a decorated Christmas tree and fairy lights outside on the balcony . Nice touch ! Only one criticism, the duvets were not thick enough for the winter ! ! Overall we loved our stay .

Lovely flat

We hope we left this flat close to the same pristine condition as we found it. The views are spectacular. The only problem is the difficult access on foot and by car. My wife and I are in our sixties and managed to get our luggage in ok, although I wouldn’t call it easy. But after she injured her knee, access became a nightmare.

Lovely views and spacious apartment

We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the views and proximity to the town and beaches. We had some excellent food in Looe and were lucky with the weather. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Overall, an excellent stay.

Super Lage, toller Ausblick, gute Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick sehr genossen. Looe ist ein schöner, kleiner Ort, allerdings im August sehr belebt. Das Appartement liegt aber sehr ruhig.

We have holidayed in Looe a number of times and fell in love with the area and the people. We are so pleased to have a base that we can use when in Looe and hope we have made it as homely as possible so that you will like staying there as well.

The property has stunning views from the main bedroom and the large bay window/patio doors in the Lounge - you can lose time just looking out the window watching the Fishing boats or gazing out to sea or into the town.

Close to all the amenities but away from the main town hustle and bustle its the perfect location for either an energetic walking holiday or a relaxing beach break.
The Veranda gives you the perfect outside space to enjoy the views and whatever the weather will bring!
