Lovely comfortable cottage

Lovely cottage. Great communication throughout. Fabulous meal in the pub and lovely to relax in the beer garden with some of the locals. Perfect location for the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and a short drive to some beautiful beaches.

It was ok, plaqued with fly's, bed comfortable. Too quiet an area lot of pubs closed Sunday Evening, and closed Monday and Tuesday. Nice visit to Lincoln, Louth and Grimsby Fishing Museum.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful

The cottage was very clean and comfortable, well equipped. Secure garden for the dogs. A short walk to the wheel pub, which served excellent food and good beer. A big thank you to Nick and Sue for providing excellent accommodation and food and drink.

Fantastic in every way!

Little cute cottage perfect for any romantic get away, not much in the area surrounding unless you are driving but the quaint little pub right next to the cottage is very welcoming and reasonably priced. Would recommend 👍

Excellent property. Well equipped with TV in lounge and bedroom. Cottage is in pub car park. Pub does excellent food that is reasonable. Dogs allowed in cottage and bar. 15 mins drive from beach. Perfect location

Home from home experience.

Thoughts on Wheel cottage

lovely place but could have done with a radio (unless I didn't find it!) and the wi-fi reception was intermittent. The tv channels were also limited which for me was problematic but overall nice and friendly place.

Ideal property as a base for touring locally. Plenty of towels provided...but unfortunately no washing up sponges/cloths or tea towels...have never stayed anywhere without them before..so we were reduced to using kitchen roll!!!...Also I would question the suitability of it being pet friendly...there is no enclosed outside space and its literally the corner of the pub car park. Minor gripes though..it was, overall, ideal for us attending a family reunion in Skegness

Sue and I have been together for 11 years and took over the cottage and village pub, The Wheel Inn, two years ago. Our family photo is of our 4 westies. Mum, Dad and the two pups.

Detached Bungalow with central heating, ensuite Bedroom, Bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Fully fitted Kitchen with washing and ironing facilities. Situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. Close to the coastal towns of Mablethorpe and Skegness.

A nice country holiday retreat close to seaside towns of Skegness, Ingoldmells & Chapel St Leonards.

The Village Pub, the Wheel Inn at Welton is next door to the property.

There is also a lovely orchard and Beck at the end of the orchard where you can take your dog for a walk
