Great location and lovely clean apartment. There was some confusion over security deposit which was cleared up before arrival but communication could have been better.

Fantastic Location

The property is in a fantastic location with only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is overlooked from the apartment which was so handy. It’s decor is slightly dated but it has everything you could possibly need or want, including air conditioning in every room. The air conditioner in the lounge didn’t work that well but the bedrooms were brilliant. The initial collection of the keys and where to find them was not sent until the day of arrival. This was fine but they failed to give us the electric key fob to open the gate to the car park which meant paying for the town car park for two days over the weekend. None of the 6 keys on the bunch would open the gate which was so frustrating with no explanation from the company. We had to collect the fob on the Monday and move the car. The car park on site is great but the spaces are really narrow. I would definitely recommend this property to others due to the fantastic location alone.

The location was excellent and the size of the apartment was good particularly having two bathrooms. WIfi is dire. This was evident before we left due to a review we read and we emailed to clarify this issue before we left England. We were assured this wasn't a problem. We have teenage children and this is obviously a huge issue for us. The TV could not be set to English. We called the office to help us and it took them 4 days to come. Eventually they did but he couldn't help us. We tried a number but no one answered. Showers were often cold and the apartment is situated above a pizza restaurant which is fine for us but if you had young children that needed to sleep this would be an issue. This needs to be mentioned at the time of booking.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment. Great facilities on-site. Excellent location. Ground floor location of apartment was a little noisy with restaurant beneath. Our flight was delayed so check-in was not so smooth as we arrived just after 5pm and phone numbers provided went unanswered.

Beautiful sea views

We enjoyed a 2 week holiday in this clean, spacious apartment. It has a fairly large balcony over looking the sea, garden and pool. The location was good, with only a short walk to Nerja old town and the beach across the road and down some steps. There is a restaurant beneath the apartment, so bare that in mind if you're a light sleeper, it wasn't a problem for us.

Excellent location

Had a wonderful holiday. Canovas Rentals were so helpful. A large property, older decor but very clean and everything you need in the apartment. Excellent location.

Buena ubicación con piscina propia

Excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es maravillosa, justo en la acera de enfrente hay una entrada a la playa, con un restaurante debajo de la casa y con zona para aparcar. En menos de 2 minutos estás en el centro de Nerja.

Espectacular ubicacion

La ubicación, la distribución, el tamaño, el equipamiento. Necesita una limpieza a fondo y en la cocina sería estupendo un lavaplatos y renovación de algún electrodoméstico. El resto estupendo.

Car park access

Nice and clean, good location No access to car park initially. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait till Monday to get the key fob. This made it extremely difficult to get our luggage from the (far away) car park to the apartment. Also, we’d to pay for parking for 2 days (very hard to get a free spot nearby). The fob could have been left in the apartment (or you could invest in bigger lock boxes for the keys).
