SOM SÄTT PÅ HGTV: s BEACHFRONT BARGAIN JAG !! Jaco Beachfront PALMS 2br / 2ba

Detta är en slutenhet på översta våningen i 2br enheterna utan någon annan lägenhet ovanför dig, 7: e våningen vid havet med fantastisk utsikt över en av de lugna och renaste delarna av stranden i jaco. Alla möbler köptes nya 2/16. Du är precis intill crocs casino resort och har tillgång till alla bekvämligheter där (pooler, restauranger, barer, nattklubb, spa). Vi har gated privat parkering på plats och granne. Enheten är 1500 kvadratmeter inklusive den stora balkongen som erbjuder fantastiska vägar. Det finns bordsstolar för 6 uteserveringar med lilla stolar, gungstolar och en soffa att koppla av på. Att komma till stan är en 10 minuters promenad eller en taxiresa på $ 2 så du behöver inte ha en bil. Jaco har dozons av restauranger, barer, surfbutiker och saker att göra så ingen får ombord. Alla hyror som är en månad eller längre exklusive elkostnad. Elektriska avgifter kommer att läggas till månatliga hyror.

Wonderful beaches. Close to town and eating places. Had a plumbing issue with bathroom sink, plumber was onsite within 4 hours.

We stayed at this location Nov18-Dec 4 2024. Excellent location. Very clean and well stocked! The property management group were amazing and helped us organize our tours ahead of time. The staff at the property and at the Crocs Casino Resort were professional and gracious. We had a wonderful vacation.

I can only rave about our stay at The Palms. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the location was great, there are great places to eat nearby. Honestly, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience and give our stay a 10 out of 10! Perfection!

Our stay in Jacó was great at this beachfront condo. Having access to the best pool in Jacó at the resort next door was a highlight! Richard was awesome to work with and the condo was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We would love to stay here again!

Great Place to Stay in Jaco

I have stayed in this condo complex before and its my favorite in Jaco. You are close enough to everything to enjoy Jaco while being just outside all the traffic and noise and enjoy the ocean views and sounds

Great Jaco condo!

Really enjoyed staying here. The condo had plenty of room for the family (5 of us) The balcony is wonderful with a great view. Very nice views! Would definitely book this place again.

Best First Trip

Everything about our first trip to Costa Rica was just perfect. The property was beautiful and the management company was more than helpful in everything we needed. We will certainly try and make this an annual family trip, we all had the best time.

Awesome view! Beautiful condo nicely furnished! Everything you need is there, plus access to the Croc Casino and all their amenities! Great quick responses from the owner and the Lost Beach Vacations. If you want to visit Jacö this is the place to stay!

Great Vacation!

Great place to stay. The condo was beautiful and well cared for. We walked to town everyday and we enjoyed the use of pool and facilities at Croc's. Loved the people of Costa Rica. Highly recommend using the management companies help in getting transportation from San Jose to Jaco.

Ideal for family vacation

Exactly as described! The condo is comfortable, has all the amenities, great air conditioning, lovely art work, close to restaurants and feels very safe. The view from the balcony is the best part. Saw gorgeous sunsets, a full moon lighting up the ocean and the beauty of a thunderstorm. Just hanging out on the balcony with my binoculars,I saw at least 15 different bird species, two iguanas, several squirrels. Took long walks on the beach. Property management fantastic to work with - arranging tours and responding to our queries without delay ( thanks esp to Roger and Jess). Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

This place was great! Perfect location, property exceeded expectations. Very large covered deck with great sunset views. We were there over new year's and we had a bird's eye view of the fireworks. Seriously, the best view in Jaco! Everyone at Dreamaker's was so easy and helpful to work with. Richard was super helpful with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this property enough. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The Perfect Condo

The condo at Jaco was exactly as described and the views were spectacular. This area of the beach is peaceful and a short distance from downtown. The condo is well maintained and has plenty of amenities. The pool is very relaxing and you can use the pool at the adjacent Crocs Hotel and Casino. The only minor downside is parking if you have a rental but the guard can always find you a spot near the building and we had no issues there.

Amazing views of the pacific and sunsets. Being high up on the 7th floor you have privacy and a nice breeze. Huge balcony with room for eating and lounging.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You get to use the pool at the resort next door which boasts the largest pool in Jaco with fountains, lounge chairs even in the pool, a slide, full service bars and restaurants. There is even a full service Spa and Nightclub. Lots of slot machines and table games too. You will be given a wrist band which allows you to use the pools just as if you were staying at that resort, but for a lot less money.
