SÄRSKILT ERBJUDANDE! Oberoende hus med privat trädgård på en underbar toskansk plats

Lägenheten är en del av Casale di Villore-komplexet. En bostadsanläggning som ligger på den toskanska landsbygden, halvvägs mellan Florens (norr) och Siena (söder). Bondgården är omgiven av en fastighet på cirka 8 hektar mark odlad med olivträd, vingårdar och en tr��dbevuxen del. Med vår gård producerar vi olivolja och Chianti Colli Senesi vin.
FRANTOIO-lägenheten är fristående och oberoende av huvudstrukturen. Från och med nästa säsong (2018) kommer den också att vara utrustad med en ny totalrenoverad och avgränsad utomhusyta med en vacker trädgård bland olivträden och ett privat utrustat område med solstolar, stolar och ett bord för att äta ute.

Lägenheten är luftkonditionerad.

För de andra tjänsterna, några meter från huset, kommer gästerna på FRANTOIO att ha tillg��ng till infinity-poolen med saltvatten (poolhanddukar tillhandahålls), lekplats, utomhus-SPA-område.

Huset ligger i 2 våningar: på bottenvåningen finns en hall, badrum och vardagsrum med kök som leder till uteserveringen med terrass och täckmöbler för uteservering. På första våningen de två sovrummen, varav ett kan anpassas till ett rum med 2 enkelsängar eller 1 dubbelsäng (som ska anges vid bokning), det andra sovrummet (endast dubbel) har också ett internt badrum.

Köket är fullt utrustat med alla bekvämligheter: kyl med frys, gasspis med 4 brännare, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, espressokaffe, bestick, brödrost.

Rummen är utrustade med filtar, lakan och täcken. Varje gäst har en full service av stora, medelstora och små handdukar. Ändringen sker gratis varje vecka. På begäran är det möjligt att ha ytterligare en mittveckans förändring (mot en avgift)

Beautiful countryside!

The property was beautiful! Our Villa was great. Not a lot of direction from owner on what things to see while we were there. The ad on Home away says there is wifi access. I was there for 4 day (and trying to work a little now and then). I was unable to use my compute to access emails or internet at all! Something to consider if you really need to work.

Idéalement situé entre Florence et Sienne, havre de paix

A l'image de la Toscane, certainement l'un de nos meilleurs lieux de vacances. La petite maison est à l'écart, au calme et sa petite terrasse est très agréable. Il faut moins de 3 minutes pour rejoindre la piscine. Celle ci est juste merveilleuse avec vue imprenable sur les collines alentours.. Un séjour réussi

Tuscan treasure

From beginning to end, my family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this wonderful recently renovated farm house. The infinity pool was clean with gorgeous views. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. The grounds were absolutely lovely. One of the best times of our lives was spent here.

Tuscan Charm, beautiful grounds, great host

We had a wonderful time at Casale di Villore, Antonio was a very helpful host, and would absolutely recommend staying here. We stayed in the separate building and had our own patio off the back as well as our own parking area. Amenities such as the coffee maker, the toaster, and microwave worked great. The main building is so close, which made it easy to use the other amenities such as the washer/dryer, the pool, and the gardens. Even though you feel like you are way out in the countryside, this is a short little drive from Poggibonsi. Short day trips to all the great Chianti regions were easy, but I'd recommend a fun car for the windy-bendy back roads!

Perfect location!

To say that we had a wonderful experience is an understatement! Antonio made the process very easy for us; I can't emphasize enough how helpful he was in making our stay enjoyable. He helped with directions, dinner arrangements and gave information on the local "must sees". His villa is in a peaceful setting with easy access to the Chianti area of Tuscany. We stayed in the independent house and enjoyed the privacy and breathtaking views from our garden. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is completely relaxing yet close enough to visit wineries, restaurants, and all the amazing sites in Tuscany. We are planning a return trip as soon as possible!

Great villa in Tuscany with pool and AC

Very well maintained property arranged in a few apartments inside the old farmhouse with 2 separate stand-alone houses. Very clean, incredible infinity pool overlooking olive groves and vineyards. 3.5 km from a great mountain restaurant ‘Pistello’ in wine country. Slight drawback is that the villa is located 7.5km up a winding road from Poggibonsi, the nearest town. WiFi is challenging. Antonio was very helpful in meeting us and reserving a restaurant when we arrived later than planned. We are a family of 4 and would stay again.

Great location, historic property and comfortable amenities

Our group of four adults spent four nights in the Frantoio Apartment at Casale di Villore. The accommodations were as rustic and comfortable as we had anticipated. The overall property has marvelous scenic views of Tuscany. The location was central to the towns and sights we wanted to see. Above all else, Antonio was quite helpful ensuring that our overall experience, on and off the property, was excellent. I heartily recommend this property.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette propriété proposant 6 appartements (nous etions dans la petite maison frantoio a cote de la grande batisse) et des extérieurs tres bien amenages pour que chacun y trouve sa place (differents petits salons dispersés dans le jardin, bains de soleil autour de la superbe piscine a débordement...). La propriete est tres bien entretenue et la vue du jardin qui surplombe les collines de toscane est somptueuse. L accueil d antonio est chaleureux . Il sait se rendre disponible quand nécessaire : merci a lui d etre revenu un soir alors que la porte s etait refermee et que nous avions oublie les cles dans la maison. Bref une adresse a recommander !

Fantastisk dejligt hus i smuk italiensk stil. Rigtig god plads og hyggeligt .

Jeg har været i Italien mange gange, men denne gang var det bedste oplevelse af alle. I hjertet af Italien bor man mellem oliven og vindrue marker. Der er er skøn ro og poolen og udsigten fra CASALE di VILLORE er virkelig dejlig. Mange hyggelige byer og gode restauranter kan nemt køres til fra stedet. Havde to drenge med på 12 og 14 år, der også elskede stedet. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen: )

The villa and all its grounds were beautiful and picturesque.

We loved our stay. Antonio was extremely helpful. He helped me with replacing our rental car when it broke down. We hope to come back!

Fabulous villa in Tuscany

My husband and I (age 31) stayed here with our five month old. We had a brilliant time - the views were fabulous, the property was clean, quiet, authentic and we didn't want to leave! Also a fab location for visiting popular towns in Tuscany ... Would highly recommend!

Ideal setting surrounded by spectacular countryside.

The property suited us in that we were in a rural location, but within close proximity of many beautiful villages and hill towns to explore. The accessibility of PAM and COOP supermarkets, and rail links were also a bonus. On site, the pool, table tennis, and boule provided opportunity to relax and play in idyllic well-maintained surroundings. Our accommodation did not disappoint, although an oven (instead of a microwave) would have been (for us) a useful addition. Sitting in the beautiful gardens in the evening watching the sun go down was a particular highlight. Thank you for your efficiency and friendliness pre and during our stay, ensuring that we had a wonderful holiday. Julia Murray

Very nice stay

Very nice rooms, clean and nicely decorated. In our case two bedrooms/bathrooms and comfortable living room with adequately equipped kitchen. The garden was great with nice views, swimming pool, table tennis and balls pitch, all well maintained. May feel a bit isolated but you will find a restaurant in 5mins drive staying open till late. Only point parking lots could be a bit wider or protections to be put in place as car rental companies will charge the earth for scratches. Overall a great stay in beautiful Tuscany. An idyllic Tuscan Villa. Truley in the heart of Chianti with close proximity to key places to visit.

We stayed in the renovated olive press. A stand alone 2 bedroom 2 bath ideal for a family of 4 or as in our case 2 couples. One bath is en suite and the other downstairs which is a bit inconvenient and it has an awkward shower. Ok if you are really short! The grounds are spectacular. Literally on a Tuscan hill with an infinity swimming pool. We would stay there on a return trip. Antonio and Camilla were very helpful with eating tips etc. Ciao.

Beautiful property

We stayed in Frantoio 3 nights in order to explore the Tuscany area. The pictures are accurate. The grounds are lovely. The town of Poggibonsi is 7 km down a winding road as is typical for Tuscany. Since it is a rural setting get your groceries before going up the road. Also note that you need to supply your own hand soap in the bathrooms and bath soap. This was new to me as other VRBO properties have had a starter of soap in the bathrooms so get that as well before starting up the road. We did not realize it until nighttime and did not want to go back to grocery about 15 or 20 min away so that's just a bit of info to help. The town of Siena is about 30-35 min away. The bathroom downstairs is a full bath although the tub is about half sized tub but would be perfect to bathe children but don't think an adult would be able to use it. No shower in that bathroom, only tub, but the one upstairs does have a shower. If you are there and it requires the heat to be turned on, heat is paid extra when you check out but it was just $20 Euros for the 3 nights we were there but if you were there in a cold time for an extended stay guess it could get a little pricey. The Frantoio is a separate house on the property and wi fi is free and there but you have to be right by window to pick it up. Kitchen has a small refrigerator and a cook top. No oven but I wasn't looking to cook anyway.

Peaceful villa in Tuscany

The villa was ideal for my wife and I and our daughter to spend a few days in Tuscany. It is in a quiet part of the countryside with beautiful views over hills and valleys and the property itself is also very attractive. We stayed in Frantoio, which has a kitchen and living room, and small bathroom (toilet and small bathtub for kids) downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs, one with an en-suite bathroom. The size and layout suited us perfectly and it was separate from the main building. This may be preferable for some in busy times, although the whole property was very quiet and private while we were there, even though I was told there were others staying there at the same time. Antonio was very friendly and helpful and helped make our stay enjoyable with directions and suggestions for the local area, and my wife and I really liked the wine his wife makes. The villa is an easy 7km drive from Poggibonsi, but follow the directions that Antonio provides as it is an easier route than the way our GPS took us the first time. That way was still very picturesque, through some beautiful scenery and a little village, but was slow winding and very narrow in a few parts. Overall we had wonderful stay with the only problem being that it was not long enough. The listing and photos were very accurate and the property very clean and well maintained. We did day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Lucca. I highly recommend this villa to others looking for a peaceful stay in Tuscan countryside with easy access to surrounding towns.

Absolument fabuleux

La casa di villore est sûrement le plus bel endroit au cœur du Chianti Classico. Le propriétaire Antonio est charmant et d'une aide précieuse. La propriété elle même est sublime dans un site enchanteur. La base idéale de vos explorations en Toscane. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses et l'avons quitté avec grand regrets. Merci Antonio.

Just Lovely!

We found this accommodation to be just ideal. It was immaculately clean and very well maintained, which was very important to us. We liked that it had the two bathrooms, making it convenient for two couples. The whole property was in a wonderful location, close to Florence, San Gimignano and Sienna and also the little villages of Chianti. We were made to feel most welcome, yet felt like we had our privacy. It was very quite as well. I would most highly recommend this property. We loved it!!

A lovely property in a stunning part of Tuscany.

A lovely property with super shared pool that never got too crowded and Antonio was a very helpful owner. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean.
