PROPERTY RULES

No smoking

No parties or events

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

No pets allowed on the property

Respect the quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am

No exceeding the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)

No leaving garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged

If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.



CLEANING AND DISINFECTION

Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.

Ecolab-certified cleaning products.

Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.
