VILLA Cafaggiolo är en gammal stenhus bondgård ligger bara 12 km öster om Florens (15 minuter med bil eller tåg).

Det ligger i CHIANTI RUFINA landsbygden och det ligger på toppen av en kulle ... så att du kan njuta av fantastisk utsikt runt: du ser bara vingårdar, olivlundar och skogar ... STOR PLATS !!!

BESKRIVNING LÄGENHET BRUNELLESCHI i Villa Cafaggiolo - "3 sovrum -2 badrum - upp till 9 personer"

Lägenheten ligger över 2 våningar, den är väldigt stor och elegant. Den totala ytan är ca 170 kvadratmeter. Den rymmer upp till 9 personer (3 dubbelsängar + 3 enkelsängar) i 3 charmiga sovrum.
Lägenheten är helt oberoende (egen ingång). Vardagsrummet och matsalen har direkt tillgång till den privata uteplats-loggia och privat trädgård.

Inredning kännetecknas av stenmurar, takbjälkar, terrakottagolv, tegelbågar och tegelnischer.
Möblerna är noggrant utvalda med antikviteter och ornament i syfte att skapa en varm och hemtrevlig atmosfär.

Bottenvåningen består av: ett mycket stort vardagsrum + 1 matsal och kök.

--Living Rum är mycket stor. Egentligen består av 2 rum: salong rum + öppen spis.
Den har ett bekvämt soffor-soffor och fåtöljer, bord, antika möbler och en öppen spis. En ny 32 "platt-TV och Wi-Fi-modem finns även i vardagsrummet. Rummet är mycket lätt på grund av de många, stora fönster; den har en stor dörr med direkt tillgång till uteplats-loggia och trädgården.
--Dining Avdelningen består av ett stort bord och bekväma stolar (plats 8 personer) för dina luncher och middagar. Matsalen har direkt tillgång till uteplats-loggia och trädgården.
--Kitchen Är fullt utrustad med diskbänk, spis, elektrisk ugn, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, brödrost och många, många köksredskap (kastruller, stekpannor, skålar, tallrikar, glas, bestick ...).

Den första våningen består av: 3 sovrum + 2 badrum

--Bedroom "1" har en dubbelsäng (Queen size) och 2 enkel tvillingar sängar (dessa 2 sängar är övervåningen i mellanvåningen). Möbler ingår antika trä sängar, en elegant byrå som ägs av samma familj sedan generationer, sängbord ... Fönstren i mellanvåningen erbjuder fin utsikt över trädgården. Stenmurar + rosa putsade väggar skapar en äkta Tuscany atmosfär!
--Bedroom "2" har en dubbelsäng (Queen size) + 1 enkelsäng + badrum + privat terrass. Detta sovrum är mycket ljus eftersom 2 väggar är glasväggar. Sovrummet öppnar för en härlig, privat terrass som erbjuder en fin utsikt över landskapet. I övrigt ser litet bord och stolar gör att du kan smutta på en varm kaffe till frukost eller att dricka ett glas Chianti vin vid solnedgången! Sovrummet öppnar också (från en annan dörr), till den privata trädgården.
--Bedroom "3" har en dubbelsäng (Queen size). Möbler ingår antika trä sängar, en elegant byrå, sängbord ... En järn trappa leder dig till en liten mezzanine där en garderob finns. Stenmurar och rosa putsade väggar, plus 2 takfönster skapa en autentisk Tuscany atmosfär!
Alla sängar är bäddade med skarpa rena sängkläder (hög tråd 100% bomull); bad handdukar är också 100% av god kvalitet bomull. Vi levererar sängkläder och handdukar utan kostnad; de ingår i hyran (veckovis förändringar). Madrasser är nästan ny, därför att du har en god natts sömn !!!
--Bathroom "1" har vita italienskt kakel och en stor garderob för alla dina saker; den är utrustad med badkar, dusch, 2 handfat / handfat, bidé, toalett, hårtork, handdukar.
--Bathroom "2" är en privat badrum; har vitt kakel och ett fönster. Den är utrustad med dusch, handfat / handfat, toalett, handdukar.

Trädgården
Trädgården är ca 200 kvadratmeter stor. Det är helt privat (bara för dig !!!)Är det helt inhägnad (säkert för dina barn !!!) och helt skuggad av mogna träd.
Trädgården består av täckt uteplats-loggia (precis framför vardagsrummet och matsalen) och en gräsmatta omgiven av häckar av bay träd och andra mogna träd.
En grill och ett matbord med stolar (plats 12 personer) står till ditt förfogande: drick ditt kaffe ... smutta på ditt vin ... och koppla av, medan fåglar sjunger sina sånger !!!.

Lägenheten är fullt utrustad med:
Trådlöst internet, luftkonditionering, NY 32 "platt-TV, öppen spis, Oberoende värme, tvättmaskin, hårtork, strykjärn och strykbräda, sängkläder, handdukar och filtar, privat grilla i den privata trädgården, utanför trädgårdsmöbler.
Alla kök på lägenheterna är fullt utrustade med:
spis, ugn, kyl, frys, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, brödrost, tallrikar, massor av kastruller och stekpannor, flera bestick.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa in the Tuscany countryside. The owner was very accommodating and informative. Would suggest that property listing advise that the owner will charge for excess electrical usage during a stay over average electrical meter readings.

Very beautiful house and garden with very friendly hosts. We particularly appreciated the cooking class and Barbaras home made meals!The house had a well equipped kitchen were we could prepare meals. Also a spacious living room, perfect for playing cars and relaxing when the weather is too warm.We really appreciated our week in Florence.

Lovely place

The property is perfectly situated near Florence and within a relatively short distance of Siena, Lucca and Pisa. As a result, it is the perfect location to discover Toscany. The house is very comfortable, very clean and the rather large sized pool is a real added value during a hot summer.

Perfect Taste of Tuscany!

Wonderful Tuscan countryside stay! Niccolo and his family are amazing hosts! Fantastic Chianti Ruffino tour and winery visit and authentic dinner prepared at the Villa! Our whole visit was great and I would highly recommend to family and friends. We will be back!

Great experience!

We had a great experience at Villa Cafaggiolo. The location is beautiful and Niccolo and Barbara were great hosts. Barbara is an amazing cook and the dinner and cooking class were both loved by all. If we return to Tuscany we will definitely be back!

Great stay in Tuscany

The property was lovely and our unit was spacious and charming. The pool was a real bonus in the hot weather. The host family is fantastic, helpful with all aspects of our stay. We had a lovely dinner prepared by Barbara and the rest of the family. Paola was helpful with any requests at the property and with recommendations on sight seeing and shopping. A lovely property with fantastic hosts.

Great Tuscan stay on near Florence

My family and I had an excellent stay at Villa Carfaggiolo. It was clean, quiet and beautiful. We did a cooking class that Niccolo's wife taught, and the food was the best we have had on our 2 week European trip. We learned how to make pesto bruschetta, Florentine crepes, Chianti pork stew, and Limonecello ricotta cake. Everything including the wine was fabulous. It was fun waking up on a real olive farm with the morning sun hitting the beautiful gardens and looking out over the rolling Tuscan hills. Niccolo was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area, restaurants, sights around Florence, etc. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Experience of a lifetime!

We spent 3 days at Cafaggiolo and we had an incredible experience. The Villa is in a beautiful town just outside of Florence. Niccoló stocked our fridge upon arrival. He also led us on a wonderful tour of Chianti Classico. We loved learning the history of the region and he took us to two beautiful wineries. That night, his wife cooked us our favorite dinner in Italy. The family carbonara was a must have!! We spent the evening talking with Niccoló and his family and had so much fun. We truly loved our time on their property and hope to visit again soon. You can TRUST him!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Cafaggiolo the hosts were amazing! We would recommend the meal at home for your first night. When we arrived our meal was waiting for us in the fridge all we had to do was warm it up. We also scheduled the Chianti Classico Tour with Niccolo and did the added a wine tasting. We used the transfer service several times to the train which was handy not having a car. Paulo Niccolo's Mother was very kind and did the transfers and even supplied us with umbrellas when it was raining. We did a cooking class with Barbara which was one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. We had a wonderful stay!

Highlight of our Trip to Italy!!

Our family of four - including our teen daughters stayed in this Villa and enjoyed our time immensely. The Villa was just as pictured and we appreciated the peaceful setting created by the hosts. Swimming in the new salt water pool was surreal as we took in the gardens and surroundings. The meal prepared by Chef Barbara and Nicco was just awesome - a must do treat if you book this rental. The other extras like the homemade olives, sun dried, wine were tasty so please indulge and request some. The days we spent in the Florentine Villa will rest in our memories forever! We loved our stay at this authentic farmhouse ! The family was very , very warm and welcoming and attentive to our needs / questions. If you don’t have a car ( we didn’t ) you need transport and we had a driver / tour one day . We loved the home cooked meals by Barbara and the pre- stocked groceries. It is quite bare bones - don’t expect any paper towels , any extras at all , not even those you might expect past guests have left . There is literally nothing provided so you must purchase . Mosquitoes were quite bad so bring spray in Sept !! It was so quaint, full of character ! Overall , fairly comfortable. You will enjoy it .

A real Italian experience

Nicola & Barbara's country property is amazing! My family from NC visited in celebration of our daughter's graduation. We choose this property based on the excellent reviews, location, and on-site experiences. We all felt like we were on a typical Italian small farm with olive groves and vineyards with our extended family. We all will miss the incredible views and the hosts kindness... Nicola and Barbara were always available for questions and suggestions. We learned so much about the Tuscan region from them. The family loved the 'pasta making' experience with Nicola & Barbara. We also arranged for the 'dinner at home' option prepared by Barbara. The food was delicious and a perfect option after a long day of traveling to have a delicious homemade meal prepared and delivered. We will definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

Villa Cafaggiolo was wonderful

We traveled with our three kids and my father and brother, and everyone was happy. The first night we arrived, we took a cooking class, and it was a great way to get to know our hosts, Nicolo and Barbara, and the area (not to mention, the dinner was delicious). They gave us tips about local foods and places to go. When our plans changed for one day of our trip, Nicolo recommended vineyard tours nearby, and they were wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, air conditioned, and had more than enough space for our group. The pool was a big plus also. After a day spent sightseeing in the heat, the kids were thrilled to return to the villa and jump in. The property was located near the village of Pontassieve which we visited a few times to pick up groceries, go for dinner and gelato, and get the train to Firenze. We had a terrific trip and have only positive things to say about Villa Cafaggiolo!

Amazing Holiday, Perfect Hosts!

We received a warm welcome from Paola at the property. She was kind enough to help us with the little Italian language we spoke. Niccolo arrived and showed us around the property and answered all our questions.The place is as charming as the pictures that are posted. The next day Niccolo took us on a most beautiful tour of the Tuscany countryside, stopping for us to take pictures and explaining the history of the area and of course the grape fields used for wine making. We saw windmills and castles and then he took us to a winery, Chianti Rufina for a wonderful private tour and winetasting. We made side journeys on days to close by villages, like Sienna. He also told us about where to shop for food and restaurants to try. On the last evening there his wife Barbara, led a cooking class for us. We had so much fun doing homemade pasta and Tiramisu, and then we got to enjoy it all for dinner. It was a dream come true, Barbara and Niccolo are the perfect hosts and we will not hesitate to return there one day!!

Charming!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Cafaggiolo. The property and location were nice and comfortable and located in a very tranquil location. There is a town nearby that has a large grocery store as well several restaurants. The owners were great to work with. Paola was wonderful at getting us settled and giving us tips on places to visit while we were there. Very enjoyable!

Amazing!

We were a group of 6 people and all were so pleased with our stay here. In addition to the beauty of the villa, Niccolo and Barbara are great hosts who make the stay so memorable. Prior to arriving at the villa, Niccolo was so responsive to all my emails/questions (and I had many). He was very helpful and informative. Being able to order food to have it in the refrigerator upon arrival was a nice touch. There is a beautiful pool so if you go in the summer you can cool off and relax by the pool. Once you book your stay be sure to book the experiences they offer. The night we arrived we had the private dinner cooked by Barbara. The food was delicious!! It was so nice to be able to enjoy dinner while also getting to know a little but about their family and the area. Another absolute must is the cooking class they offer. We made 3 different pastas and dessert. The cooking class was so fun and the food was amazing. Do not miss out on that experience. We did not rent a car. If you do not rent a car be sure to contact Niccolo about transfers and even a tour. He took us to the train to go to Florence which is close and took us on a Chianti tour (another highlight of the trip). I also was able to find private tours and car services that could get us at the villa. Our trip to Italy was extra special thanks to our time at this villa.

Plezierig verblijf in de villa!

Helaas wat slechter weer in deze tijd gehad, maar verblijf was prima. Prima uitvalsbasis voor city trips en daarna lekker zwemmen in het zwembad!

Nothing better that a REAL REVIEW, can describe my Villa... "" I have stayed at Villa Cafaggiolo several times in the past 10 years. It is a beautiful property, perfectly situated on a commuter train line 20 minutes East of Florence. The property itself is very picturesque with all of the buildings done in Tuscan farm style. There is a lovely swimming pool and a rose garden. But what makes the experience of visiting Cafaggiolo so memorable is the warmth and friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, the Pucci family. They are always ready with a recommendation of where to eat, what to see, where to get the best gelato in Florence,etc. They truly treat the guests as if they are family, and many guests are repeat customers. They love what they do, and it shows. They are the perfect innkeepers!""

We had a very warm welcome from Paola and we instantly hit it off.
