Cosy farmhouse with swimming pool with unique views of the village of Muro.
Located 2 Km from the village of Muro. Capacity for 4 people.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen next to the dining room. In this area there is air conditioning.
The outdoor area is spectacular, the garden has an area of 500 mÂČ, with a large pool of 11x5 metres, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy the good weather.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
