The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. Place have lots of potential hope they fix it ... And good luck

Great Location - Run-down, Ill equipped House

Right on the beach. Bedrooms airconditioned. Common areas hot. Doors and light fixtures in poor/unusable condition. Poorly maintained. No hot water. Water leak in one bathroom. No bar soap for shower. Pool dirty/green. Kitchen poorly equipped. No blankets for cool winter nights. Not worth the money.

The house and location is nice, but in needs a lot of maintenance. 3 of the toilets did not work and that was very disappointing and inconvenient. The water had a weird smell.

The customer service was the worse I had dealt with ., lady was pushing to not waste Pool water ., don’t use a lot of AC ., wanted for us to clean the house ..

The welcoming was terrible, no wifi, The pool wasn’t available

The rules are for little kids, no wifi, the pool wasn’t available, people in charge always on top of you, the house was infected with roaches, at the end we were able to use the pool, beach was beautiful, and the seating outside was lovely

Beautiful house

The house has beautiful views of the ocean it is steps away from it very private. The house was big and confortable ,clean, good air conditioning, the person in charged was very helpful and nice. We had a blast we will definitely stay here again.

Will likely not stay here again unless it improves!

We were very disappointed in this property. We’ve stayed here before and it was ok. This time the air conditioner in the main living area (dining room, living, kitchen) did not work and it was oppressively hot. The WiFi was intermittent - didn’t work more than it did. The furniture/cushions were torn/tattered. If you’re going to charge US prices, you need to up your game! On a positive note, the on-site caretakers were very helpful and attentive.

4th time in EL Salvador

I arrived to the house and met with the grounds keepers they were very welcoming. As walking in through the front door it's a very open floor plan and nd you're able to see straight out to the ocean. The area was quiet for the duration there and the beach and grounds were clean. The temp was constant 80+ F. It was also arranged with the keeper to cook for the duration and provided good food as well and very friendly.

Perfect stay and great support...

Everything we were looking for. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open area inside to spend time with family and friends. Beautiful pool with view of beach and easy access. Owner was great with communication and caretakers were on top of everything. Everyone had a great time!

Perfect spot to relax!

Has everything you need! Might be best to rent a vehicle to have better proximity to La Libertard for groceries. The waves between 12-4 can be difficult be careful if you're not a strong swimmer has there is no lifeguards! The beach is alone which was perfect!

Disappointed

Property was occupied when we arrived (we were not early either). We had to wait for prior renters to leave, then we left our things and went for lunch while it was cleaned. It was spacious and the air conditioning was nice. The internet is a hot spot that kept running out of battery so we’re we left without connection while the caretaker took it somewhere to charge it (which was a daily occurrence). Also the TV did not work at all. The caretaker treated us like we were bothersome, but seemed to warm up a bit by the end of our stay. We have stayed at many properties on the beach in El Salvador and this was the worst. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This is a wonderful home and the pool and beach (steps away from the house) are amazing. The caretakers were very responsive and attentive. We loved it!
