VÀlkommen till vÄr vackert renoverade 3 sovrum hantverkare bungalow. BelÀget i historiska Beaufort centrum. Ligger tre kvarter frÄn Bay St.(vÄr viktigaste st), Waterfront Park och downtown Marina. Bra restauranger, kaféer, konstgallerier och shopping bara nÄgra steg bort. TvÄ kvarter frÄn stadsdelen Point med vackra Antebellum-hus. Parkering för 2 bilar gör det enkelt för dig att gÄ dit du behöver eller 20 minuters bilresa till Hunting Island offentliga strand.
Stugan renoverades i slutet av 2015. Den har 3 sovrum, ett badrum och ett halvt badrum. Sovrummen har en king size-sĂ€ng, queen size-sĂ€ng och en dubbelsĂ€ng med alla sĂ€ngklĂ€der och tĂ€cken eller tĂ€cken. Badrummen Ă€r bĂ„da nyutrustade. Huset har en ny gas-pĂ„-varmvattenberedare. Köket Ă€r fullt utrustat med allt du behöver. Den har en gasspis, kylskĂ„p i full storlek och diskmaskin. Öppna hyllor och bĂ€nkskivor i kvarts bara öka charmen i detta hem. TvĂ€ttstugan har en fullstorig tvĂ€ttmaskin och torktumlare. Den rymliga matsalen rymmer middagsgĂ€st. Vardagsrummet Ă€r vackert inredda med soffa, stolar, matta och en 50 "platt-TV. Njut av det lĂ„ga landsvĂ€dret pĂ„ den stora tĂ€ckta verandan.

Great house in a perfect location to walk to shops/dining and the marina. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We couldn’t ask for much more. Would stay here again next time we visit Beaufort.

Excellent stay in quaint cottage

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect and walkable to all the sights. The primary bed was so comfy. The house had everything one would need and full of nice special touches.

Amazing hospitality!

We flew into Savannah on the last flight of the night, so we weren’t able to check in until close to midnight. The lights were left on for us and there was music playing on the tv when we arrived. It was so welcoming and made a late check in (in a new place) so much more comfortable. The location is perfect!

Tidy Bungalow in Historic Beaufort - Walk Everywhere!

Tidy bungalow within a couple blocks from the waterfront and historic Beaufort. Very quiet neighborhood. Great escape that doesn’t wreak havoc on the wallet! :)

Great stay here! After a long days travel and being really tired. It was nice that there was coffee there so I could just go to bed and didn't have to worry about waking up with out my necessary dose of coffee first thing. Absolute great location. Very friendly and comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect location

We loved the proximity of the home within the historic district to Bay Street and the Point. All the shops and restaurants were an easy walk from the front door.The brick home had what we needed to rest after our days touring the area. The king and queen bed beds were comfy. The queen room could have used a dresser for unpacking the suitcase, and both bedroom closets had only a few hangers (an easy fix). We did not use the daybed room. The kitchen seemed well equipped, although we did not cook. Written directions on use of the Keurig coffee machine would have been helpful, but we eventually figured it out!The front porch provided a shady spot to enjoy pre-dinner wine. The large round dining table was perfect for assembling a 1000-piece puzzle late in the evening while discussing our daytime adventures. It was delightful hearing a symphony of frogs croaking outside our windows after a heavy thunderstorm the last night of our stay. Although the furnishings were dated, the price was right and we considered The Mermaid to be a good value.

Great Location!

Check-in is quick and easy. Oder home, comfortable for three people. AC works well in 100 heat index!! Just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront park. A few blocks to the bridge to Lady’s Island, and a nice drive to the beach.

Beaufort Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Overall the whole house was comfortable and felt like home. We will definitely return.

Trip to Beaufort

The cottage was clean, and comfortable. Location was great - within easy walking distance of waterfront, shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. Location was also within easy driving distance of Hunting Island state park and other areas of interest. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a nonstick frying pan. More hooks in BOTH bathrooms as well as a couple of open shelves would be a nice improvement. We would stay here again.

So quaint

we had an amazing time! It’s two blocks from adorable shopping and amazing food. The house was adorable. We loved the front porch. We did ask if we could check in a few hours early and we just wish the check-in process/communication was a little better. Other than that, we had an amazing time!

I had intended to take my granddaughters, but they backed out, so I had a lone time opportunity! Beaufort is a nice town. Not sure how walking to town would have been; I just drove. Parking was no problem during the week. House was nice. Love this era house. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy access - all through text. I’m not a phone person, so that was fine with me. House was clean. Don’t expect to have shampoo; glad I had taken mine. Kitchen is small, but I didn’t intend to cook! I would recommend a shower rod cover, since the shower rod is a bit rusty and the shower curtain rings don’t slide easily. Other than that, it was wonderful. Thank you.

Great home in perfect location!

This space was just right for our group of 5 - three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. We appreciated the king bed & privacy of en suite 1/2 bath. Kitchen well equipped, nice dining space. We enjoyed walking out each morning to the downtown area and historical attractions.

Perfect location

We came to Beaufort to enjoy the Run Forrest Run 5k and Shrimp Festival. This little house was in the perfect location to walk to downtown and all of the events. We were able to experience so much of the low country and plan day trips to Charleston and Savannah. The house was perfectly set up and very comfortable.

Another delightful stay in downtown Beaufort

For the second time, my wife and I enjoyed this lovely cottage that is a few minutes walk away from Beaufort's Bay Street. Having separate rooms and a short distance to a playground were both invaluable to our stay with our young child.

Park your car when you arrive and you really don't need to drive again until you head home. Walk to the river for a swing or fishing! Walk to many restaurants, dine-in, or take out! Walk to shops and even a little grocer downtown. Larger grocers are a short drive away.
