"Solig dag" - Vackert renoverad strandresort söder om 30A

"Sunny Day" är ett öppet och luftigt hus på 2500 kvadratmeter, bara några steg från Santa Rosa Beach. Det är professionellt dekorerat hela med en avkopplande havsdekor. Med flera nivåer av bostadsyta är detta hem lämpligt för flera familjer och sover 14 bekvämt. Wi-Fi ingår.

Bottenvåning; Rymlig kung master svit. Sviten har ett fullständigt badrum med badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök i kök, stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare, stor garderob och TV. Sviten har inbyggda drottning våningssängar (4 bäddar) med en väggmonterad TV. Perfekt för familjer med små barn.

Första våningen: När du kommer in i hemmet hittar du två sovrum. Det första sovrummet har en queen size-säng, 2 sidobord med lampor, 1 sidostol, byrå, en garderob med gott om plats och eget badrum och TV. Det andra sovrummet har en drottning våningssäng (4 bäddar), byrå, stor garderob och privat badrum. Varje våningssäng har sin egen TV som ger en bra plats för barnen.

Andra våningen: Ett ätkök med designer bänkskivor, apparater i rostfritt stål, vackra inventarier, matbord (plats 6) och en TV. Den långa bänkskivan har sittplatser för barstolar för 4. Ett andra sovrum ligger på denna våning med en king size-säng, 2 sängkläder med lampor och ett privat badrum med separat dusch och badkar. En ytterligare stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare är inbyggd i garderoben på detta golv.

Tredje våningen: Öppnar upp till vardagsrummet med en bekväm sektionssoffa, sidostol, soffbord och lampor. Vardagsrummet har en väggmonterad TV, inbyggda för ytterligare sittplatser som är fulla av böcker, filmer och spel. Det finns också ett annat bord (platser 5) för matöversvämning eller för kort och spel. Detta golv har välvda tak och har gott om naturligt solljus med utsikt över köket. Stig utanför till däck och njut av kaffe på morgonen eller en cocktail vid solnedgången. En extra däck overhead ger en vacker utsikt över bukten!

Utanför: Stora palmer omger denna stora privata pool (uppvärmd på begäran) som ger lite skugga för de varma sommareftermiddagarna. Gasgrill och uteplats gör det till ett utmärkt ställe att underhålla och äta ute. Gott om parkering för två bilar i den främre cirkulära uppfarten och ytterligare parkering för 3-4 bilar i den stora uppfarten i ryggen.

Nyligen lagt till en Viking-serie och diskmaskin samt ett Sonos hemmaljudsystem.

Family Beach Trip

We Loved this location!! We could walk so easily to coffee, food, shopping etc. Molly was very responsive and helpful when we had questions! Loved the space in the home!

Relaxing Getaway

House very inviting and very nicely decorated. Great location, very close to the beach. Host was quick to reply to messages before, during, and after stay. All bedrooms have their own direct access to a bathroom. Downstairs suite was extremely nice and private. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding House and Location

This place was amazing! We had never been to 30A before and will definitely go back. The house was amazing. The location was great being close to restaurants and entertainment but a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. The bike path was also great and we used it almost daily. Molly, the host, was very responsive. We absolutely loved her house and would definitely rent it out again!

Spooky Lane House

We loved the house it was perfect. It was our first time in the area and it's always more difficult to enjoy when your trying to figure out where things are. We walked to everything which was nice, but maybe not enough choices of restaurants and it seemed expensive. We also enjoy beach bars on the beach which there really weren't any that we found. The area is beautiful and I think we may give it another try sometime.

Absolutely perfect!

We just returned from a fabulous week at Sunny Day. We've vacationed on Sanibel Island for most of the past 35 years. When Sanibel was destroyed by Ian, we thought we would never find a spot as perfect - a tall order, for sure. Sunny Day was everything and more - the house, the pool, the beach, the location - and Molly was BEYOND responsive before and during our stay. We will absolutely be returning to this lovely property!

Fantastic Vacation

We have stayed in 30A many times but this may be our new go-to place. We had 3 adult couples and 2 small children and the house was big enough and nicely laid out for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with everything you could need to cook. Location to the beach is great and the pool area is nice too. One note if you have small kids - there are multiple staircases so either rent baby gates or stand guard at the stairs! Other than that, an amazing place stay for a fantastic vacation.

Great Location

Loved this house for the excellent location. It's only a short walk to the beach, to shopping and to restaurants - SO convenient! Because of the private access this beach was much less crowded than the public beach further down the street. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We also loved the window seats in the living room. A few of the fridge shelves come loose easily and oven smells of gas before it gets going; so some minor maintenance is probably due. Two idiosyncrasies - all of the bathrooms are in bedrooms, so the main level bedroom gets a lot of traffic just for bathroom access; there are NO beach towels provided. I've never stayed in a beach house without beach towels before; and this caused some inconvenience in extra packing or buying on arrival.

Perfect Location

Pictures were exactly as described. Just a very short walk to the board walk to beach. Short walk to restaurants, shopping and liquor store. The awesome little apartment downstairs is perfect for a family with little kids. The only problem which wasn’t a problem, the address says 26 beach walk lane, but that is a locked gate that you can’t get to. You have to go to south spooky lane to get to beach walk lane driveway. Which we used the driveway on beach walk lane and spooky lane. So that got a little confusing. It may have been in checkin info I just didn’t read it. But over all great place to stay and Molly was very quick with any questions.

Relaxing Family Getaway

Overall the stay was wonderful five stars. The property is beautiful both inside and out. We had everything we needed as the house was very well equipped. The location was perfect it is maybe a block to the beach and near shops/restaurants. Communication with Molly was great and she was very responsive when I had questions. A few recommendations that would not stop me from staying here would be update some of the furniture by the pool as it is rusting, faster internet if possible, and provide beach/pool towels. Also there is no common bathroom since all bathrooms are located in each of the bedrooms. Although it was nice having bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. Last thing to be aware of is that there is a charge to heat the pool which is common. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful home with the shortest walk to the beach and easiest walk into town for dinner, ice cream & shopping! House was lovely. Updated and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of bath towels (no beach towels though ). The back yard/pool area could use a little TLC. Just looks uninviting and forgotten about compared to the inside of the home. Decor was awesome ,A few throw blankets in the living space would have been welcome as we all wish there were some in the evenings as we lounged. Some of the upgraded technology was a bit much for us, not being able to adjust the thermostat on our own, the code / lock to get in the house was finicky a few times. Overall our favorite house we have stayed in the 30A area.

Beautiful open room layout with pool and multiple deck levels ocean view on top.

Plenty of cozy beds. Lots of tv's for guest personal show preferences on rain days. Easy access to the beach with out having to cross 30A. Fun to have the backyard pool for the family. Hawaii party for the kids on the last night. Used the grill often. Thanks for having extra beach chairs and umbrella too.easy to get a hold of the owner if any unexpected issues or questions popped up. Appreciate your availability and immediate responses. We'll be back! Special sunshine at this property!

Wonderful beach house and well appointed

The beach home was a short walk to the beautiful beach and offers many areas to seek alone time or congregate as a group. The beds were very comfortable and surprised that the one queen bed listed was actually a king bed. It was so nice for every bedroom to have its own bathroom! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to cook just about anything. The salt pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Our stay was simply wonderful.

Beautiful and clean home!

Home was clean and beautiful with plenty of space. Because there are 2 masters, it’s perfect for 2 families. Every bedroom had a private bathroom, which was so convenient! The location was perfect…0.3 miles from Gulf Place where there are restaurants and a cute coffee shop. Very short walk to the beautiful beach (no roads to cross)! Loved our stay! Host was super responsive and helpful.

Great stay…great times

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. We had plenty of space and the interior of the home was updated and very clean. Working with Molly was extremely easy and communication was on point. We will definitely keep this location on our list of places to visit.

Family vacation

The layout of the house was just as listed. However, no seperate bath for main floor dining or family room so bedroom on that floor bathroom gets used a lot. Also, listing would be better if it stated minimal household paper products and soaps and no beach towels provided. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues. Manager responded promptly. Great location. Thanks for letting us rent the house.

Wonderful beach house!

We just had the pleasure of staying here and it exceeded all expectations!! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and the house could not be beat. It was just our family of four, but with two teens, we all had plenty of space of spread out and there was great gathering space in the loft, in the kitchen, and on the decks. It was great to be able to walk right down a private road to the beach (this was a HUGE plus) and then enjoy the backyard pool later in the day. We enjoyed walking into town to nearby restaurants and exploring the surrounding area on a rainy day. Everything was clean and well stocked. We look forward to planning our return trip!

Paradise awaits!

This property is absolutely stunning! It had everything we needed to enjoy family time together and apart! We had 14 family members ranging from 17 months old to 70 and it accommodated us amazingly! The beach is less than 3 minutes walk away which felt closer than most beach front condos we have stayed! The private pool was an amazing size that easily accommodated 8 of us at one time (could have held more but the other 6 people refused to leave the picturesque water the beach access provided!). On top of all of that, the owner qas so incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating to our every need! We absolutely adored every aspect of the property making our yearly santa rosa beach vacation the best one yet!

Great Stay

Great neighborhood with about a 3 minute walk to the beach (no crossing a busy street). House has all the amenities you would expect and is well kept. Living area was great for late night board games and conversation without disturbing those who may have turned in early. The second deck was great for early morning coffee. Sonos sound system was easy to setup on my phone and we used it extensively. Lighted private pool was by far our favorite. Location is nearby to Gulfplace and short bike rides to Blue Mountain beach. Location also afforded trips to Destin for shopping/entertainment. Owner is top notch and was very responsive to our questions. We will be back!
