Telen ligger i en liten by som heter Kokkari på en ö i östra Egeiska havet, Samos.
Lägenheten ligger på första våningen av byggnaden, precis vid havet med en spektakulär utsikt över det orörda blå havet och en av de vackraste stadsdelarna i Egeiska havet.
Lägenheten har två stora sovrum, en kan rymma en barnsäng och ett tredje rum kan sova en person eller användas som ett vardagsrum.
Det finns ett stort badkar.
Det finns ett litet kylskåp och faciliteter för kaffe eller te!

Hälften av byggnaden är omgiven av en balkong. Vid källaren av huset finns en vacker stengård som du kan använda när du vill!

The best place to stay in Kokkari

Kokkari is a lovely place to stay on Samos, and Eftopia is the best place to stay. A beautiful location made perfect by Efthimia’s warm welcome and attention to detail. We were so sorry to leave, and will be back!

Nice stay

Location was very nice. Finding it on google maps was a little challenging but we asked a neighbour and he showed us the door. Car needs to be parked nearby. Place was very clean, host was very nice. Breakfast was not included but host gave us a welcoming cake when we arrived. Only problem that we've had was the view and noise. There is a huge construction at the port (it is being rebuilt) and nowhere this was mentioned. Heavy construction is going on there right in front of you and work continued over the weekend.

Amazing rooms, well located, quiet, perfect for 4 persons! The host is very friendly and the room service better than 5 stars! After several stays in Samos the absolutely place to be! We’ll be back.

Location, location, location!

Samos is an amazing island! And Kokkari is beautiful. If you want to relax, and take in the best that Greece has to offer, this is the spot for you. And this location is LITERALLY in the best and most photographed spot. Efi was wonderful, warm and inviting and showers you with delicious treats. We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

Gem-of-Crown of Samos

If you were to pick the most scenery spot, of the most picturesque village, on one of the most charming Aegean islands, then you are looking at it! This 1st-floor apartment overlooks the little Kokkari bay which is on most of the souvenir magnets you can find in Samos, and it is exactly at the waterfront! We -my wife, my two sons and I- had the luxury of stepping out and swimming at any time we pleased, especially early morning as the sun rose before the front terrace and warmed up the calm water to make for some sweets morning dips. The interior of the apartment was nothing less perfect. The place apparently has been renovated recently as bathrooms were spacious and finished to top quality, the bedrooms were equipped with vintage pieces of furniture yet were comfortable pleasant, and with the quality mattresses, the appropriate A/C, and the lovely weather and wave sounds at night the sleeping quality was something we hadn't experienced for a long time. The fact that the place did not have a TV, was actually a great opportunity to have more interactive time with the kids. They actually had the most fun time in a while just by playing on the beach with each other. To top all that, our host, Ms Efthimia, was a real-deal "Samiotissa" with her welcoming and caring attitude since the day we requested to book. She helped us find answers through every step until the day we left. For example, she provided a cot for our baby before we even ask for one. All she needed was to know how old our children were. She's also an amazing cook: her daily sweets and treats are the secret I won't be revealing here; you have to find out by yourself! Everyday, we came back from our daily island tour to find a spotless clean place as if we had just arrived. We left Kokkari the day we left with the hopeful and truthful wishes that we will come back again to this place and check our boys against their height marks they carved on Ms Efthimia's door frame!

The perfect Greek island holiday

If you are looking for a genuine 5 star, friendly holiday on the Greek islands then look no further than Efi’s property in Kokkari on the island of Samos. Accomodation of the highest quality beyond what we had expected. With great beaches and a wide choice of places to eat. A perfect base for trekking through the hills of Samos visiting some of the amazing villages and tavernas in the central mountains. An absolute must is Efi’s amazing breakfasts, traditional Greek food of the highest quality. Since leaving Samos and visiting some of the more popular over crowded tourist islands, staying at Efi’s on Samos has been the clear highlight of our Greek islands vacation. Thank you Efi and we will be back! Mike and Pam

We are a loved couple with three wonderful children. We love the sea and I swmy dim all year around. I walk every day in the mountains with og, Krok, and I am very fond of climbing. I have climbed many high peaks all over Greece. I have voluntarily worked in hospitals,a nursing home, prison and I like contributing to the cleanliness of the environment. I like cooking for my family and friends and gathering them all together. I love theater, music, dancing and reading. I like travelling and I wish one day to be able to visit destinations such as Tibet and Peru. We have a family tradition in the art of hospitality which we would like to share with the HomeAway family.
