Vackert ombyggd kyrka med 2 sovrum

Kom och bo i denna vackra ombyggda kyrka med två sovrum, som ligger en kort promenad från byns centrum med restauranger, affärer och bekvämligheter i Rhosneigr och en ännu kortare promenad över sanddynerna till stranden.

Fastigheten har en stor öppen planlösningslounge, matsal och kök på bottenvåningen, utanför åtkomst till huvudbadrummet och sovrummet på bottenvåningen.

Sovrummet på bottenvåningen är möblerat med en super king size-säng och en byrå och garderob.

Badrummet har ett badkar med dusch över, som drivs från en gaseldad kombikedel.

Loungen innehåller två soffor med en HD-TV, Freeview-låda och en DVD-spelare och en juliet balkong.

Matbordet har sex platser.

Köket är välutrustat med kyl och frys, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, brödrost och vattenkokare, tillsammans med alla erforderliga grytor, kastruller, tallrikar och bestick som behövs för en vistelse om du inte vill äta ute.

På övervåningen och nås från en spiraltrappa är ett stort öppet sovrum som innehåller en king size-säng, en enkelsäng och ett barns enda piratsäng!

Av gatuparkering för två bilar finns på sidan av fastigheten och vidare finns gatuparkering vid behov.

Färska handdukar och sängkläder tillhandahålls, men du måste ta med egna badhanddukar.

Better than pics suggest

We had a lovely stay in this property and we were pleasantly surprised how modern looking and spacious it is. The pictures don’t do it justice. We have already recommended the house to friends and are looking forward to our next stay.

A clean, well decorated house near the beach!

The whole process from booking to checkout was as smooth as it could possibly be. The house is fantastic and well located in the beautiful village of Rhosneigr. Will stay again and recommend.

Great property, great location for access to dog friendly beach. Personal opinion only but wld have been nice If there was a small table & chairs or bench for the outside seating,area especially for summer breaks

Perfect Quiet Bolt Hole

We stayed at Christ Church for New Year 2024/25. The accommodation was perfect, scrupulously clean and spacious enough for six but cosy enough for the two of us who actually stayed. We did wish that we could sleep in the pirate ship bed and could imagine children being enthralled with this quirky touch. The kitchen is well stocked and we managed to cook a roast to welcome the New Year in, without any problem. The village is lovely and has some lovely coffee shops where you can also get a substantial breakfast or just grab a cake and coffee. The accommodation is a few minutes walk away from the beach.

Spacious and great location

Ideally situated a 5-10 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and beach. Plenty of space and well equipped. Light and bright. Lovely local walks and plenty to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was of high quality, plenty of space inside, both downstairs and upstairs, comfortable beds, very good shower, and warm and cosy.Downside if being critical...Parking was cramped, not enough hot water for a good soak, no welcome pack or information book, no hairdryer.But . overall, we would definitely return . These points raised will hopefully be taken into account in order to improve the service provided.

Fantastic accomodation

We booked last minute, we were delighted with what we found a great holiday home in a great location in the centre of the village. The 1st floor is a great space and the kids particularly loved the pirate ship bed. We would highly recommend to anyone.

A great place to stay.

Super location which allows you to get into the town centre after a short walk but only a couple of minutes from the beach. The property, based in an old chapel, has been creatively converted to give an open plan living, dining & kitchen downstairs and a fantastic first floor ideal for a family with kids to share a quirky bedroom. Tom the owner has been brilliant from start to finish answering queries quickly and amenable to special requests to make our stay unbelievable comfy.

A great break away

Had a fabulous long weekend in Rhosneigr. The accommodation was fresh, clean and well-equipped. It's also well-laid out: the open-plan downstairs works well, and the kids loved playing upstairs and down. The pirate-ship bed was a huge hit with our daughter. It's a short hop to the sand-dunes and beach - and a casual stroll to Scarletts (Fish n Chips) and the centre of the village. Thanks! Steve

Property was ok just for a mini w/e, few things could be made better and a few things needing attention. Kitchen extractor powers on but fan or light doesn't work-problem when cooking, washing machine built into kitchen unit door hanging off. Bathroom extractor fan not working. Sofa is old and well used, one of the side arm rests collapsed. old tv. Location was good being close to the beach, this property might be ok for some but not really for us.

Beautiful immaculate property. Loved the quirky property would definitely rebook.

Brilliant Quirky property beautifully presented in fab location. Well organised and bedding and beds v comfy. Will be back - also a lovely walk to centre. Beach opposite. Fab fab fab . Lynn was great in check in too.

It was a lovely stay in a lovely place please make people aware that the steps are dangerous when wet i had a nasty fall on the second day of my stay so i was in a lot of pain and unable to walk very far, i didnt know who to contact to report my injury

Great location to town and beach

Lovely welcome by the housekeeper. Great location for the beach and the town. Very well equipped property with everything you need... the only reason I’ve scored 4 stars is due to the fact we hadn’t realised that there was no outside space at all. Our fault for making an assumption but we like to sit outside for a sunny breakfast or in the evening where possible

Spacious Converted Church

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at the converted church. Check in was easy with a key safe. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The upstairs family bedroom is huge. We took our own towels which wasn’t a problem. Bath mats and hand soap dispenser was provided. Beach is very close across the main road then down another side road.

Lovely holiday

The property was very clean on arrival. Plenty of space, much bigger than it looks on the photos.The kitchen has everything you could need, although we ate out for most of our short stay. Our 4yr old grandson was really made up with the pirate bed! How special! The weather wasn't very kind to us, very wet but it was lovely to get back to the house, have a hot shower in the large bathroom and just chill out on the comfy sofas. Would definitely stay here again

We live in Manchester and our two children who are nine and twelve absolutely love coming to the house and in particular spending their days on the beach and catching crabs.

We hope you love staying at the property as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We first came to Anglesey eight years ago and fell in love with it and in particular Rhosneigr due to it's bustling beach, village amenities, shops and restaurants.

We've owned the house for just over a year and we stay regularly with friends and family. Our children love the upstairs bedroom and the proximity to the beach and we love the peace, the walks and discovering something new about Anglesey everytime we visit.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Rhosneigr has everything you need on the doorstep, be it the convenience store where you can buy all your essentials, to a top notch local chippy, excellent restaurants such as the Oyster Catcher or the Sandy Mount or locally reknown shops such as Gecko and Fat Face where you can buy your hoodies and surf gear, to seeing the fast jets from RAF Valley take off and land.

Our property is unique and retains some of the character of the original church, which is particularly evident on the first floor, however it's the proximity to the beach and the short walking distance to the village centre which we enjoy most of all.
