Perfect location for a relaxing vacation

We were there in March/April, and it was a perfect location for us to relax. Traffic conditions were also very good in this season of the year. We enjoyed it very much.

Une villa moderne, confortable, sur les hauteurs de Cerbère, face à la Méditerranée. Un propriétaire au contact facile et agréable, un accueil chaleureux, une maison propre, des équipements en nombre...tout s'est très bien passé. Je recommande.

Site enchanteur!

Séjour fort agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle!On peut admirer le lever du soleil sur la Méditerranée. Un pur bonheur à tous les matins. Le calme est présent le jour comme la nuit.La magnifique villa offre beaucoup d’espace et elle est très bien équipée.Etant en octobre ,on n’a pu profiter de la belle piscine. Les échanges avec le propriétaire M.Mogenson furent faciles et l’accueil de M.Bial fut chaleureux. Il a été réceptif à toutes nos demandes. Une auto est à privilégier surtout pour les retours à la villa le soir.

This is a dream-like property and villa. The views are unparalleled. There are unobstructed views of the Meditterranean from upstairs. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances, equipment, utensils etc. It is very quiet during the day and at night. At night, we could hear the the surf. The Granmontane is cooling and refreshing. It is safe area. It is possible to talk to the town core by foot - 600 meters. If you seek a retreat with breathtaking views, lots of room, a private salt water pool and much more, this is your oasis of comfort. We even went to Barcelona for the day. Bliss for 2 parents and an 11 year old child. Enjoy your stay.

Weiter Meerblick aus dreigeschossigem Neubau

Der französisch sprechende Hauskeeper arbeitet gekonnt mit dem Handy-Übersetzerprogramm. 16 Stufen führen vom Parkplatz zur Eingangsebene, dort führt ein sehr enger Flur in 2 kleine und ein grösseres Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit innenstehenden Klimageräten ausgestattet. Die anderen Etagen sind nicht klimatisiert, was bei den riesigen Fensterflächen-trotz Jalousien-zu starker Wärme im Haus führt. Das 1. Bad liegt auf der Etage der Schlafzimmer, das 2. Bad im EG. Im OG, 16 weitere Stufen, befinden sich Küche und grosses Wohnzimmer mit traumhaftem Weitblick, sowie ein Balkon (Nord-Ost) und eine kleine Terrasse (Süd-West). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Balkonstühle sind leider sehr unbequem, da helfen auch die dünnen Kissen nicht. Die Reinigung, insbesondere an den Eingängen und Balkonen sollte zeitnah vor Bezug erfolgen. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Hausbaustelle schräg gegenüber nächstes Jahr im besten Fall abgeschlossen sein wird. Cerbere ist ein netter Ort, in dem gerade der schöne Plantanenplatz im Zentrum und die kleine Strandpromenade saniert werden.

Urlaub und Haus - ein Traum

Cerbere wird bestimmt einmal ein netter Ferienort. Zur Zeit besteht der Ort aus Bahnhof und Baustelle. Es wird die Promenade erneuert und soll mit Sand am Strand (bisher nur sehr grober Kies) aufgefüllt werden. Das dauert halt seine Zeit. Das Haus war wie in der Beschreibung. In der Straße herrschte absolute Ruhe. Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, im Haus ist alles nach neuestem Standard super eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen funktionierten super. Die Übergabe des Hauses mit Hrn. Bial klappte problemlos. Herr Mogensen (der Eigentümer) war jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Fazit: Wer Ruhe und keine Action sucht ist hier goldrichtig.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely, however I feel I should mention a couple of small things. The pool no longer has the same view as depicted in the advert. A house has been built in front so the owners have planted in front of pool to mask the new property. The villa has lots of steps, it is over 3 floors and also steps to get to front entrance, these were ok for us but anyone with mobility problems would struggle, the steps are also tiled. It is also a little isolated where the villa is so a car is a must. Having said the above, we had a fab holiday, pool was lovely, villa very well equipped, beds mega comfy and owner was very helpful. The lovely bottles of wine was also a nice touch on arrival and departure

Goed geoutilleerde vakantiewoning. Een of twee parasols op de terrassen zou verbetering zijn. Werkzaamheden aan de straten en pleinen in het dorpje, waren we niet van op de hoogte. Restaurants daardoor niet bereikbaar.

Un excellent séjour, une maison incroyable !

L'annonce est tout à fait conforme à la maison qui est très confortable, neuve, avec une literie d'excellente qualité, une très bonne isolation phonique (quartier très calme) mais il faut surtout être sur place pour profiter du panorama incroyable et de pouvoir surplomber la mer à chaque coup d'oeil. Les deux terrasses, la cuisine et le salon, et chacune des trois chambres a une vue sur la mer, c'est incroyable ! De plus, la maison est bien équipée (sauna, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, cafetière à filtre et cafetière nespresso etc...) et elle est décorée avec goût. Enfin, la communication avec les propriétaires ou avec Monsieur B. qui s'occupe de l'accueil est facile et agréable. La piscine est spectaculaire, mais nous devrons revenir pour en profiter car hors saison cela n'a pas été possible. Je recommande cette location les yeux fermés, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Schönes Haus, aber Cerbere war falsch für uns

Sehr Nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, aber zu teuer in der Hauptsaison. Zu fast 400 Euro pro Nacht würde ich es nicht nochmals mieten. Für den Preis passt es auch nichts, dass man selber die Betten beziehen muss, nur Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel etc für ein paar Tage aber Ok. Was für uns das schlimmste war, war die Lage von Cerbere, aber da haben wir selber zu wenig gelesen bevor wir es ausgewählt haben. Es ist super klein, und für Teenager, die auch alleine abends rauswollen, nichts. Der Verkehr geht durch die Stadt und die Restaurants sind fast alle so, dass man direkt auf die Straße sieht … die Strände sind nicht besonders, aber will man tauchen glaube ich, ist es hier perfekt . Auch sind die Straßen sehr kurvig so beim Ausflügen werden alle erstmals schlecht…, Wir werden nicht zurückkommen.

2 wundervolle Wochen in Cerbere

Wir sind absolut begeistert vom tollen Haus und der hochwertigen Ausstattung. Ausserdem hat man einen atemberaubenden Meerblick und der Pool ist ebenso klasse. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Qualität der Betten, in denen wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Für uns waren es 2 wundervolle Urlaubswochen in Cerbere & auch die Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter war toll. Ebenso wurden wir von der Kontaktperson vor Ort herzlich empfangen & nach unseren Vorstellungen betreut. Wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohl gefühlt und können somit das Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
