Lägenheten är en två-rums lägenhet i två nivåer för 2 personer i det centrala området och på några minuter kan du nå de mest intressanta konstnärliga platserna. Det är på tredje våningen i en ståtlig byggnad med hiss, den är mycket ljus och tyst med fantastisk utsikt över en tyst innergård.
Boområdet består av en entré och ett vardagsrum med soffa, fåtölj, bokhylla med TV och ett kök utrustat med diskmaskin, ugn, kyl och spis, med bord och stolar, och ett badrum med dusch och litet område med tvättmaskin .
På övre plan finns sovområdet på vinden med dubbelsäng, antik garderob, ett andra badrum och en liten studie. Det finns en liten balkong på tredje våningen och en fickterrass på vinden båda med utsikt över Duomos kupol.
Lägenheten är möblerad med design och antika möbler och för konstälskare ... med konstmålningar!
På begäran kan vi leverera både toskanska och nationella viner som föreslagits av en AIS sommelier!

Lyxigt palats och förfinade möbler: Lägenheten ligger på tredje och fjärde våningen i en prestigefylld byggnad från 1900-talet, nyligen renoverad och utrustad med en panoramahiss. Det har utsikt över en innergård och är särskilt tyst. Det är möblerat med smak och uppmärksamhet på detaljer av arkitekten ägare med antika och designmöbler.

Excellent

Very well appointed apartment. Great location. Near all amenities, but quiet. Clean and well maintained. Nice neighbourhood. Rossana was very welcoming, and provided very professional approach to all aspects of booking process. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and punctually. Great little private terrace. Enjoyed our stay here, and could recommend to friend or relative.

Home away from home

The apartment was just as pictured: clean, comfortable, well equipped and attractive. The neighborhood was quiet but was a quick walk to shopping, museums, restaurants and train station. We were glad to escape the crowds and noise when we returned to the apartment in the evening. It was especially nice to have a duplex with the bedroom upstairs for when of us was sleeping and the other one wanted to read or cook or shower. The owner was very responsive the couple of times we contacted her and was very efficient and flexible in checking us in and out. I would recommend this apartment to any adults. I stayed there almost three weeks and it felt like home very quickly.

Wonderful apartment!!

Beautifully well appointed apartment just off the beaten path of central Firenze. This apartment is very central without being in the middle of touristy highly trafficked areas. Perfect!! Rossana was very helpful and accommodating. The kitchen was a wonderful place for us to cook our meals with local ingredients from the markets that are withen walking distance. The apartment is a wonderful size for two people with more than enough space to live in very comfortably. A lovey terrace to sip coffee on, lovely sitting space with beautiful large windows....we just left and miss our city already. Thank you Rossana for a lovely stay!!

Beautiful place to stay!

We (a couple, 27) stayed here and it was perfect! The appartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures. It has two floors with a balcony on the lower and a rooftop terrace on the higher level, two bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and (very important for Florence in summer) silent air conditioning in both rooms. Everything is new and works perfectly (dishwasher, fridge, etc.). The appartment is located close to the centre (10 min walk) but with good possibilities to park the car as well. A Supermarket and a real market are nearby. Rosanna and her daughter Laura were very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice. We would definitely recommend to stay here! Grazie mille!

Lovely, bright, quiet apartment

This efficient, perfect for two, modern apt. was a great find in the bustling city of Florence. Located just outside of downtown, about a 10 min. walk, it is quiet and located in a lovely neighborhood. Rossana is a wonderful host, answered all of our questions with great suggestions for restaurants, gelato, groceries, etc. We felt very welcomed and made ourselves right at home. If you like to cook you will find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine and a drying rack is provided which worked out great. The apt. was perfect for coming home to in the afternoon for a rest after a morning of sightseeing and then an evening of walking and dining out. The Gelateria Medici is a short walk from the apt. and it was the best gelato we had in Florence (and we tried many of the most popular!) and the Coop Market is a great place to get your everyday necessities.

Beautiful Apartment in Florence!

We had a great stay at this apartment for 3 nights in Florence. Rossana was very attentive and accommodating in meeting us to show the apartment. She was also very organized, making check in and check out efficient. The apartment itself is beautiful - modern but with a quaint Italian feel too. It felt like a true vacation staying here - a charming Italian villa with all the comforts of home. We loved having the extra room to spread out after being cramped in other European hotel rooms. Everything was very clean and worked perfectly (bathrooms, appliances, etc.). The apartment is only a short walk to the major sites - apx. 15 mins - but we enjoyed walking so this was not an issue. We found a cute little cafe around the corner for great breakfast pastries, coffee, etc. There is also a fabulous restaurant within 10 mins walk with the best pizza we had in all of Italy. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for something on the quieter side, enjoy the comforts of home, but still want to feel like you are in Italy. You won't be disappointed! ENJOY!!!

A peaceful refuge in busy, beautiful Florence

Rosanna's apartment was very, very comfortable for my husband and I during our recent 10 night stay there! Rosanna has provided everything to make her guests comfortable: comfortable bed and furnishings, very functional kitchen, washing machine and clothes drying rack, internet, travel information... The apartment is within walking distance to everything in Florence (we walked everywhere, but you have to like to walk!). From within the apartment and on the 2 balconies, you do not hear any city noise- it is a calm, safe and peaceful home. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

A lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and in a very upscale building. The owner, Rossana was lovely and helpful. The bedroom upstairs was small and even thought there was an en-suite toilet, we had to go downstairs for the shower, which is not very convenient. Though there is a T.V. we were longing for some English news....CNN would have been helpful. All in all, however, we were pleased with the accommodation for our four night stay.

Glücksgriff

Was für ein großartiges Appartement!!! Wir sind aus Berlin angereist und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser herrlichen Stadt, Rossanas Appartment ist ein Schmuckstück und alle positiven Beschreibungen anderer Besucher treffen zu 100% zu.Wir haben uns täglich gefreut, nach unseren Kunstausflügen, in dieses herrliche Apoartement wieder zurückzukehren. Dort fehlt es wirklich an garnichts und wir würden Jederzeit wiederkommen...man braucht keinen Bus, wenn man gesunde Füße hat, denn bis ins Zentrum ist es nur ein Sprung. Rossana ist ein toller Mensch und ist immer präsent, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Dieses Appartement kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen und beim nä Mal bleiben wir länger;))) wir hatten sogar eine Garage...mega. Danke Rossana! Christie & Norbert

Perfekt für den Florenz-Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, dazu sehr gut gelegen (wie schon beschrieben läuft man 10min bis ins Zentrum oder nimmt einen der diversen Busse, die in der Nähe abfahren). Die Vermieterin war herzlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen!

Gute Lage, wenn gut zu Fuß + ruhig

Die gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt in einem 2010 renovierten Haus und geht auf den Innenhof hinaus, ist dementsprechend ruhig. Aussicht ist praktisch gleich 0. Im Sommer wird die Klimaanlage notwendig werden (extra Kosten!). Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in gut 15 Minuten erreichbar, selbstverständlich kann man aber auch Bus fahren. Wir konnten die Garage für die Zeit zusätzlich mieten. Teuer, aber möglicherweise tatsächlich die bessere Lösung, als auf zu geringe Kontrollen vor dem Haus zu hoffen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sehr bemüht. Bis auf einen großen Faux Pas bei der Abreise keine Beanstandungen und wir würden die Wohnung für 2 wieder wählen.

Florenz vom Feinsten

Wir waren 1Woche in diesem Apartment und haben jede Minute genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt, und wir haben auch eine Garage im Hof ergattert, so daß wir unser Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht bewegt haben. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. man kann aber auch mit dem Bus fahren (Linie 12 um die Ecke, oder C1an der Piazza della Liberta) Unser Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert, wir werden wiederkommen!

Schöne ruhige Wohnung im Herzen von Florenz

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser sehr zenral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und für zwei Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, man benötigt wirklich keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch nahe gelegen. Wir haben das Auto problemlos vor dem Haus auf den Parkplätzen abgestellt und es die ganze Woche dort stehen gelassen (und sind das Risiko eingegangen, keinen Parkschein Tag zu lösen, der kostet nämlich 18 Euro/Tag, was bei uns ohne Strafzettel wunderbar funktioniert hat). Die geschützte Dachterasse ist toll für ein Gläschen Wein abends, aber auch wenn man morgens ein Stündchen Sonne genießen möchte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief zuverlässig und problemlos. Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in Florenz, würden aber das nächste mal genau diese Wohnung wieder buchen und können guten Gewissens diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Perfect Apartment & Location

The apartment is just brilliant, clean, light & airy, in a quiet area so no disturbances from outside or inside this renovated building. We didn't have an opportunity to sit on the balcony because the temperature was too high for us at 39C degrees. Rosanna is lovely and will do anything for you, speaks perfect english. The apartment has everything you require an we will definitely return here again when its cooler. Its a great space, sofa & bed upstairs are comfortable, highly recommended. The walk from the Train/bus station is doable but when its so hot and busy its easier to get the no.13 bus, the stop is to the right of the train station as you come out of the main entrance. Get tickets opposite in a Tabacchi shop €1.20 each, suggest buying a supply, and can be used on any bus, whatever the distance. The journey is about 10 mins, and easier if you have luggage. If you print off a map before you go the bus stop to get off at is opposite the apartment over a small bridge to the right. The apartment is on a one way street, over the bridge (canal) is another one way street in the opposite direction. To go back into town or even further onto the south side, cross over the bridge from the apartment, continue straight ahead and the bus stop for the No.12 is there, buses are very frequent every 15 mins approx. There is also a little Newspaper/Tabacchi seller at the end of the road which you can see from the bus stop. After a long hot day walking around getting on to an airconditioned bus was a welcome. A great place to visit was the food market San Lorenzo Mercato Centrale, we bought all our fresh produce, prawns, fish, chicken, fruit & veg here, it is open in the mornings, and then got on the bus at the train station, we were here for 7 days so we made a few trips. Upstairs is a great area to site and drink, eat, use the wifi while your out & about. Here you will fins a number of food restaurants and bars. The pizza was the best we had in town, and the cold local beer was brilliant. Its very busy at lunch times with the locals and tourists. Outside of the rush hour its quiet and you can sit and have a peaceful drink and sit down. There are a number of little supermarkets around, and you will pass one on your left coming from the station to the market. Super appartement met wifi nabij centrum

Dit appartement is echt geweldig als thuisbasis voor Florencebezoekers. Het is schoon, smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt aan de achterkant van het gebouw waardoor het rustig is en je kunt vanaf het dakterras een deel van de prachtige stad zien. En ook niet onbelangrijk in een stad als Florence: een prima wifiverbinding! Rossana's welkom was hartverwarmend en ze gaf goed bruikbare tips over nabijgelegen winkels, eettentjes, de geldautomaat en de bezienswaardigheden. Een leuke wandeling van 15 minuten bracht ons naar de Duomo, het centrum van de stad. Wij waren met met eigen vervoer naar Florence gekomen en konden onze auto zonder problemen voor het appartement parkeren (elke dag een parkeerbonnentje voor 1,5 uur in de auto leggen is genoeg). Dat was echt uniek! Voor treinreizigers: het treinstation is op 10 loopminuten afstand. Wij bevelen dit appartement van harte aan!

Just perfect for Florence stay!

I rented this apartment for a nine day stay in Florence and it is absolutely wonderful! Everything is exactly as pictured, and Rossana has been excellent to deal with. It is conveniently located a short taxi from the airport, and is walking distance to all the sites. I definitely recommend. As a solo traveller I feel very safe here.

Schöne Wohnung in Florenz

Die Ferienwohnung ist nett eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Leider konnte oder wollte die Vermieterin nichts zu den Busverbindungen sagen. Ein Busplan wäre hilfreich gewesen! Über ein weiteres großes Handtuch hätten wir uns gefreut. Die Vermieterin hätte auch das Bett anders beziehen können, da sie wußte das ich mit meiner Arbeitskollegin anreisen würde. Die Bettdecke war bereits so abgenutzt, das sie Löcher hatte. Die Wohnung wäre mit Sicherheit auch sauberer, wenn sie nach jedem Mieter entsprechend geputzt werden würde. (Dusche,Abzugshaube)

Very Comfortable Apartment

We just spent a week in this lovely apartment. Although the building is old, the apartment is completely modern and very secure, It has everything you need to feel completely at home. Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren fünf Nächte in Florenz und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn das Bett ruhig noch ein paar Zentimenter breiter hätte sein dürfen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, da man leicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zum Domplatz z.B. läuft man etwa eine viertel Stunde. Wenn man Glück hat, ergattert man einen der wenigen Garagenstellplätze im Haus für 10 Euro am Tag. Wir hatten kein Glück und mussten das Auto an der Straße abstellen. Dort gibt es zwar jede Menge Plätze, die kosten einen aber 18 Euro am Tag. Die Parkuhren nehmen übrigens keine Scheine an und man kann dort für maximal 72 Stunden ein Ticket ziehen. Man sollte also von zu Hause schon viele Zwei-Euro-Münzen mitnehmen! In der nicht weit entfernten Via delle Ruote gibt es einen Supermarkt und einige nette Restaurants.

Fabulous apartment, perfect location

This wonderful apartment far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, in a quite area very close to central florence with a short enjoyable walk into the city. Rossana was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself was immaculate and very well equipped and we felt immediately at home. The balconies were a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, and a lovely private space. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to experience florence. Lovely and spotless home in Florence

This lovely home was perfect for our needs in Florence. It was in a quiet residential area yet very central to the heart of Florence. You do have to walk a bit to get to the center of town but we are walkers so it worked for us. A bus stop is only a block away which we didn't use except to get to the train station. Great bus system so that would be simple if you didn't want to walk. Bike rental company was nearby. A lovely bakery two blocks away where we ate often. The apartment was very quiet. Having two floors gave us a chance to spread out. Rossana was very kind. It was very clean and had a lovely kitchen. We were very happy with the choice and we would choose this apartment again. Having laundry was a much needed treat. This was by far the nicest place we stayed (Paris, Florence, down to Sorrentto and back up to Rome). We highly recommend it!

A perfect hideaway in Florence!

For our first trip to Tuscany, we chose this wonderful apartment and stayed there for a week. The organization and booking process went well and after a very long journey by car we were happy to stay in such a quiet, peaceful and modern place. The owner calls it a paradise and it certainly is one. The apartment is fully equipped – you can find everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Even a washing machine can be used. It is obvious that the owner has a passion for architecture and interior design. The furniture – a mixture of antique and modern design – is perfectly chosen for this place and offers the visitor a comfortable home. The location is in a quiet area but also close to the centre. All main sights as well as restaurants, cafés and supermarkets can be reached within a short walk. The Duomo can already be seen from the balcony, which is a cosy place for relaxation by the way. If you are travelling by car, you do not need to worry about a parking space. You will find one right in front of the house. But you should consider that you have to pay for the parking and get a ticket at the parking meter down the street. Only residents are allowed to park there for free. All in all, we had a lovely time in Florence and we can highly recommend this apartment to other visitors!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral

Wir waren im Mai für 10Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem neu renovierten Altbau und ist sehr gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Für den Selbstversorger ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sie liegt sehr zentral, in ca. 15 Minuten ist man ins Stadtzentrum, In ca. 5 Minuten ist man zum nächstgelegenen kleinen Supermarkt gelaufen. Auch der Bahnhof, von dem man gute Verbindungen in die Nachbarstädte (Siena, Pisa etc.) und ans Meer hat (z.B nach Viareggio), ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer keine Lust zu laufen hat, kann sich auch ein Tagesticket des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs, für ca. 5 Euro, kaufen und Florenz per Bus entdecken. Insgesamt gesehen können wir die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Florenz und Umgebung sehr empfehlen.
