ENSTÅENDE PLATS: 2 kvarter från Beall Park, vilket jag tror är Bozemans bästa kvarter. Gå eller åka inte bara till centrum (butiker, barer, restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker) utan också till NE-området (fantastiskt bageri, fantastiskt nytt kafé, bryggeri), mässan (bondemarknaden) eller Cannery District (brekkie / lunchplats, pizza, bryggeri, destilleri, kombucha bar, mer). Det absolut bästa i staden som bor i Bozeman.
HUVUDSLIV: på andra våningen - låter dig bo i centrum men ändå ovanför gatan och angränsande hus. Bergsutsikt, särskilt under vintern, när bladen ligger utanför lövträdet.

Graduation stay in Bozeman

We were in Bozeman for our son's graduation. The property was perfect for our family and the location was ideal to be able to walk to main street. House was clean and well appointed.

Great location and property

Wonderful location and amenities. Jason was a great host and made sure our stay was what we expected. The beds are comfortable and the set up worked great for our family. The kitchen was just what we needed for our cooking needs. The third bedroom (accessed by stairs that need to be pulled down) access requires someone with strength. I was unable to pull them down, luckily I had people with me that could. But a great space and very cozy. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit.

Everything Was Great

Great house for skiing at Bridger Bowl & centrally located for exploring Bozeman. Jason was very responsive & easy to work with. We had a fantastic time & definitely would recommend a stay at this house.

Love this place!

I’ve stayed here many times in the past. We loved it! The location is perfect, and Jason is very responsive! The house is so interesting. Great sound system…just remember to open to bottom cabinet door on the left otherwise you’ll be wondering what is shaking with the bass… House is also very well stocked. Lots of spices and pantry items. I HATE the salt dispenser…but we managed.

Beautiful home near downtown

I stayed at the property with my parents and adult sibling and we absolutely loved it! The space is beautifully designed and just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of downtown Bozeman. The 3rd bedroom is in a loft and requires a little manpower to pull down the staircase.

The Last Best Place!

Traveled in from out of state and had to make a last minute accommodation change. The owner responded quickly and was very helpful. The house was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping. Easy drive to Yellowstone and Big Sky. As a group of 4 adults, we were all very comfortable and pleased. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in Bozeman.

Perfect place

Real nice layout of house, the five of us were quite comfortable, about a 10 minute walk to Main St. Host was quickly accessible if needed and accommodated our somewhat early arrival. Thanks for a very relaxed stay!

Perfect Stay!

The home provided a perfect ‘basecamp’ for our family of six during our visit to drop off our child at MSU. The home was well-appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, clean, walkable to town, and convenient to all that Bozeman offers. Jason was responsive and helpful.

Nice home and owner was helpful and responsive. When booked did not recall or inquire about a/c. Renters should be aware there is none. Temps were >90 and inside temps exceeded 80 in the afternoon before receding early evening. Also, Peach Street is busy. With windows open to help with cooling, it is not quiet. I would not pay this price for this property in summer time given better options.

Convenient location

House was very clean and well appointed great use of space with the loft bedroom...loved how no air freshers were used and products were all clean Host was very responsive and helpful our sons are going to msu in fall and we will be back...only thing we missed was ac as it was warm!

So perfect

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO so much that we stayed in at night and didn’t go out to eat. It is such a nice house. Would 1000% stay here again. Kudos to the owner.

Super cute, good location

Stayed here to help my son move out of the dorms and catch up with my girlfriends from college. The house was really clean. Fit five adult women easily and comfortably. Had all the amenities we needed. We did not cook but easily could have. Was a perfect walk distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot (nobody got cold water) good water pressure. Communication with owner was easy and adequate. Would stay here again and recommend. May snowstorm a little bummer but not related to the house.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Bozeman! The house is great, super comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Main St. and other downtown destinations, restaurants, bakeries, coffee, etc.! Jason is a great host, easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

I moved to Bozeman in 2001 just by good luck. I absolutely love Montana, Bozeman, Downtown Bozeman, and all the opportunities for outdoor adventure that abound here. Great people, too. No wonder -- so many of us moved here for the great quality of life, and we're happy!

Varför värden valde detta boende

The good fortune continued and resulted in the Apple Treehouse being built in 2007 on a new lot that was created from the side yard of the house that I bought when I moved here. Possibly the very best location in all of Bozeman, a 6-7 block walk from DOWNTOWN, the NE NEIGHBORHOOD, the CANNERY DISTRICT, and MIDTOWN. Also between two parks. The Apple Treehouse was the first of my smart infill projects and is "green" in many respects (an infill project, small lot, small footprint, well insulated, solar hot water, solar electricity, green materials used throughout).
Across the alley from the Apple Treehouse, I bought my neighbor's place in 2013 and have created two new small lots for quality infill, as well as fully restoring the historic brick house that was on it. The restoration project received a Historic Preservation Award from the City of Bozeman. Apple Treehouse version 2.0 was built across the alley in 2017 and is my current house.

Enjoy craft beers at the Bozeman Brewing Company and Mountains Walking Brewery (and wood-fired pizza). Cannery District: Pizza Campania (also wood-fired), Wildrye Distilling, and Devil's Toboggan (speakeasy-style bar).

Enjoy mountain views from a house that is right Downtown!
Enjoy the sunshine that comes into a house with 2nd-floor main living.
Feel good about staying in a house that heats its own hot water and produces its own electricity.
