Early April stay 2025

Hair all over the shower when we got there mold on the ceilings. The back sliding door does not lock which was a hazard for our toddlers. The pool was a great amenity. There was plenty of dish soap laundry detergent and toilet paper provided. Overall just not very clean when we got there.

Anniversary Trip

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was the perfect getaway for our family. We had a tiny issue with the toilet when we first arrived and I called the owner and they were there within 30 minutes and had it fixed. Super kind people!! I will definitely be renting from them again!!

Weekend Get Away

Communication is key in any business and this host excels! Any time I have messaged they have answered immediately. This condo is perfect for couples or a family with small children with the built in bunk beds. The low density of this property is very refreshing. We didn’t cook on this trip but noticed the cookware and utensils were nicely stocked.

Great location.

The condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked and it had a weird smell. And the washer and or dryer stained some of our clothes. The dryer was rusty on the inside and I think a new set would be in order. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Cute little building with spacious room for a family of four. Balcony view was amazing. Pool with hot tub, and a short walk to the ocean. Beach rentals available. Great location close to various shopping and dining options. Cant wait to go back.

Holiday weekend

This was the perfect rental for my husband and me! Very clean and the perfect location! The furniture on the balcony was so comfortable…..we sat out there each morning and evening.

This place has it all. Easy access to the beach & pool. Low density. All the amenities of home too. It's clean and ultra modern. Book with confidence.

Orange beach weekend

Overall the stay was nice but the outdoor furniture was severely in need of cleaning and/or replacing and the living room rug needs cleaning. The satellite didn’t work in the bedroom. Additionally it should be noted in the instructions there is only one roll of toilet paper and to bring your own. This was our second stay at this condo and the owner is great to communicate with.

Super clean

Cleanest condo I’ve stayed in, very pleased with this unit , only con is the master bed needs upgrading as you’re laying on the springs basically and did not get much sleep. Outside of the unit itself, the no smoking policy isn’t really enforced which I’m sure is an issue anywhere, but few nights we were able to sit out and not be smothered with smoke from other units. Overall great place to stay , great communication and hassle free experience. Will recommend!

Perfect location

This place was in the perfect location. The elevator was never crowded. The pool was never over crowded and the kiddie pool was a great added bonus. Beach access was perfect and even though it was in the summer it didn’t feel like people were ontop of each other. Walmart was just minutes down the road. The condo could use a deep cleaning, for example a good dusting of the corners and deep cleaning inside the cabinets, I wiped the bed headboard off before sleeping, it seemed liked dust. The surfaces were clean for example kitchen, bathroom, floor & sheets. Bed slept good. Great communication! Would gladly stay again.

Fall Break

We love the areas and the property is low density which we love as well. But the property is showing it’s age. Internet was intermittent and the dish needs to be updated. The balcony furnishings were very sad and in need of a serious updating. I probably would not return to his unit without some serious updates.
