Nyligen byggda hus precis inredda, två höjder med privat pool och parkering, och har allt för sex personer. Nu med gratis Wi-Fi.

På bottenvåningen finns:
Ett rymligt vardagsrum utrustat med TV, satellit (spanska, tyska, franska, italienska, holländska och engelska kanaler. Nyheter på engelska) och DVD. Härifrån kommer vi till poolen, terrassen med grill.
Ett komplett duschrum.

Stort kök, fullt utrustat med kyl, spis, diskmaskin, ugn och mikrovågsugn, strykjärn, brödrost, mixer, kaffebryggare.

La solana, med tvättmaskin och klädstreck.

Övre våningen består av:

Dubbelrumsvit med 160 cm säng. och full handfat med badkar. Det har en terrass med utsikt över Puerto Marina Rubicon.

Dubbelrum 1 med två 90 cm bäddar och garderober.

Dubbelrum 2, även med två 90 cm bäddar.

The villa was fabulous.. everything we wanted and more. It was very clean on arrival, we had a lovely welcome pack of milk, bread, wine, water and more. The location was great,; very close to the Marina and a very pleasant 20 minutes or so from the main area of Playa Blanca.

Lovely villa, great location and with everything you need. Clean and well presented, a few little maintenance repairs required but overall excellent value for money. Would stay again.

Fantastic location

The first thing I noticed upon entering the villa was how clean it smelt. Everything is spotless and the pool area is lovely and clean. The property is a short walk to the supermarket and Marina. The property owner left us a welcome gift of cheese, milk and ham which was much appreciated. I would recommend this villa, very safe for children too.

Excellent Property in a Wonderful Location

The property is exactly as described. It is set in a very central location so no car is necessary. Very good contact with the property owner/management company with a minor maintenance issue being dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. This is one property we intend returning to we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect location and accommodation

Modern villa with all amenities. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very useful . It’s a 5 minute walk straight into the Marina. Lovely view over the Rubicon area, very quiet with a spacious pool area. A couple of fans stopped working and were replaced the next day. I would definitely recommend this villa and im hoping to return next year.

Good position

Directions and instructions for the property were good . Position great however the main problem was the water . Initially no pressure upstairs the maintenance man came but although pleasant spoke little English . After an engineer arrived it did improve slightly but it turned out the taps had been put on the wrong way ie red was cold water . The curtains were filthy .

Not what it is cracked up to be at all!

The villa was clean but the kitchen was poorly equipped. Two slice toaster, a 3 cup kettle, no real kitchen utensils, odds and ends of glasses, just about enough to manage with. It is worth noting there is no english tv other than a couple of news channels. (BBC and CNN news). There is practically nothing at this location other than a small, nice, marina with a few nice restaurants. The main area, about 30 minutes walk away, is nothing but bars, eateries, shops selling beach toys, caps, flip flops and fridge magnets. Like a poor quality market, nothing worth doing or seeing. The buildings, all identical, remind you of a settlement in the middle east set in barren countryside. Definitely a place to avoid.

excellent value and service

We had a great 2 weeks here. The villa was very clean. You turn up, get the key from the key safe at the entrance and that's all there is to it. No hassle. We had a problem with the DVD player and I emailed Alex, withing hours Ramone turned up and gave us a new one. There are no UK channels on the TV, so bring DVDs if you plan any evenings in. The villa is sheltered from the wind, so even when it doesn't feel very warm when you are out, it will be calm at the villa. The pool is very cold, so it's only for the brave unless you are there in the summer. It is very close to a supermarket and the marina. Nice quiet area. There are large towels for the loungers, so if you're not planning to go to the beach, you don't need to bring beach towels. Also, I'd like to thank Ramone and Alex for alowing us to stay on late on the day of departure at no extra charge. I'd happily come back again.

Could be so much better

The location is OK with an 8 minute walk to the Marina and 15 minutes to Playa Dorado, walking at a reasonable pace. The Marina did feel a little like being in an episode of The Prisoner (for those old enough to remember!) in that it felt a little soulless. The villa we had was a little shabby in terms of maintenance. Crumbling render and paint when the units are relatively new tells you all you need to know about the quality of the build. The drains did smell and no amount of product could shift it. Generally the cleaning was poor including the pool. Put it this way, it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. No air conditioning and just one fan in the whole unit with three bedrooms is unacceptable in current day standards. I regret being negative but with a little attention the villas could be so much better for the fees charged.

Gute Lage

Positiv: Die Lage ist genial. Ca. 10 Minuten Gehweg und man ist im Geschehen. Leider hatten wir Kakerlaken in den Bädern und die Terrassentür lies sich nicht abschließen. Der Vermieter vertröstete uns leider und es wurde diesbezüglich nichts unternommen. Mittlerer Renovierungsstau im gesamten Haus.

Lovely modern villa in a great location

This villa was perfect for my sister and me. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome pack of cheese,ham, juice, milk & coffee was a lovely gesture. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms fine. The best part of being in the villa was having a little pool, which we used every day. Would be brilliant for a family too. We were five minutes walk to the marina & a 20 minutes walk along the promenade to get to Playa Blanca. All in all we were very impressed.

Rubicon Villa 2.

We found the villa quiet and relaxing. The pool was a bonus. Close to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants and of course the marina. ( 5 minute walk. ).

Another great stay

Cant fault the villa and the host, always clean and tidy and so close to the Marina. The Marina and town itself we found really expensive this time around but we loved chilling at the villa and the pool.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Wir waren das zweite Mal in Marina Rubicon und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Im Haus ist alles wie beschrieben. So unkompliziert war das Einchecken in einem Ferienhaus selten. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Da kommen wir gerne wieder. Ein Punkt sollte man beachten. Der Außenbereich ist nicht wirklich groß, 6 Erwachsene für eine längere Zeit - das könnte etwas eng werden. Vielen Dank nochmal Manuela und Co.

Tolle Unterkunft

Dieses Haus (Nr4) ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem haben wir in ihm zwei wunderschöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus umfangreich ausgestattet und auch der Service ist herausragend! Wir werden wieder kommen! :)

Excellent

This is lovely accommodate in an excellent location - a short stroll into the marina area with it with all the facilities you could need including exceptional restaurants. Very quiet this year (Sept 2020) with fewer tourists because of travel restrictions - but Lanzarote is an exceptionally safe location in every respect. A perfect relaxing holiday destination.

Villa agréable dans un quartier agréable

La villa est agréable dans un bon quartier (petit bémol sur l'odeur dans la salle de bain de la chambre à l'étage) et sur la table de la terrasse vraiment petite, et le manque de ventilateur (1 pour 3 chambres) Sinon nous restons satisfaits dans l'ensemble de cette location
