Vi har just avslutat byggandet av vår nya pool cabana och grill ön. Den nya moderna anl��ggning är en stor mötesplats för din grupp att samla in och ��ven tr��ffa andra turister.

Om du älskar stranden, älskar havet och älskar det goda livet är enheten för dig. Detta bara renoverade underbara tre sovrum två badrum lägenhet på översta våningen i Hacienda del Sol II ligger på någon drivsektionen i New Smyrna Beach. Den vackra vita sandstranden h��r tvingar dig att gräva tårna i sanden, leta efter sn��ckor, bygga ett sandslott, eller plocka upp en surfbräda och slå vågor.

V��r rymliga lägenhet har alla helt nya möbler med en söt strand tema i hela och granit i kök och badrum. Utsikt ��ver havet är stor från varje rum, men utsikten från balkongen är n��stan hisnande.

Efter en rolig dag på stranden komma tillbaka till denna lägenhet och koppla av framför den 55 "HD Smart TV d��r du kan se CableTV, strömma filmer p�� nätet eller spela en BlueRay DVD.

Det finns många exceptionella restauranger, konstgallerier och unika butiker i New Smyrna Beach, medan enkel åtkomst till många av Floridas attraktioner, Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, och Florida äldsta stad, St Augustine, ligger bara några minuter bort.

Vår lägenhet sover tio bekvämt med en stor säng i sovrummet, en drottning säng i det andra sovrummet och våningssäng rum som sover 6 med en dag b��ddsoffa, en tvilling / full v��ningssäng och full rulla säng. Great for family and perfect location

We had a great time. The place was perfect for our 3 small families and space was plentiful. We came for family photos on the beach and it was a perfect weekend getaway. Thank you.

Great vacation stay

I would stay here again in a heart beat! I have 4 kids ranging from 1 years old to 15 and they all loved it. It was only a couple steps to the ocean. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to a friend.

Family beach days

Very quiet and great location. Enough space for 6 adults and a small child to be comfortable. Beautiful views. Close to local shops and restaurants. New sofas and chairs. Nice decor. Back bedrooms did not get as much AC as the rest of the unit and beds were just ok as far as comfort.

New Smyrna getaway

The condo was very comfortable and roomy for all five of us. The back bedroom was a little warm we needed to use a couple fans but other than that the decor was very nice. The front balcony was amazing it’s Doublewide and you’re right on the beach with beautiful views.

Excellent beach location

Many places describe beach access but this is truly oceanfront property. The atmosphere is wonderful, safe, and very friendly. You can walk for miles! The pool is warm and the cabana is filled with puzzles, games, even Keurig coffee. The condo is comfortable and stocked with linens and towels, with beach chairs and toys included. Restaurants nearby and grocery stores too. Great parking lot also. Highly recommend.

Ready to Book It Again!

We had such a wonderful family trip! We've rented several condos in NSB over the years and never considered renting the same one again...not because any were bad, just because we like new experiences. BUT it was unanimous that we look into renting this same unit again next year!

Fabulous condo & location

The condo is well appointed with the essentials for a home away from home. The property is well maintained inside and out. We felt this was a safe environment to allow our teens to enjoy the beach without worry. We were pleasantly surprised by the short commute to the local restaurant scene. A fabulous place to unwind and recenter. Cate was absolutely amazing to work with and super responsive to any questions we had.

2021 Family Vacation

This was our first stay at Hacienda Del Sol 2. Hope it will not be the last. Liked the no drive part of the beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Could not have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo

We had a wonderful trip at La Hacinda 2. Clean condo, furnished beautifully. Gorgeous pool, grilling was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. Our condo even had some beach items to use. Upon check in the man in the office was not clear or even helpful on parking. We can with 2 vehicles, as we had 5 adults with us, and kids. We were only given one parking pass and told here’s a temporary tag and hopefully your other vehicle won’t get towed. Not a welcoming comment upon arriving. Upon leaving had the same gentleman treat us the same….not clear on keys return and honestly quite rude. If you get the 3 bedroom condo the room won’t be ready till 4. The cleaning crew told us this and we had to wait despite the email stating arrival after 3pm. Should be more clear on these instructions. Despite the office issues the property is a good find.

Bad customer service

We loved everything about the condo. It was beautiful! The 2 men running the facility were extremely rude. I have never experienced anything like it. We had a group of teenage girls who were hanging on the rope in the pool. I realize this is against the rules, but the gentleman screamed at the girls so aggressively that it left them frightened. A simple warning since it was the only thing they did wrong would have done the trick. When I explained what happened to the second gentleman in the office, he defended him. Terrible, hateful staff.

Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
