Casa Joyita är en modern fullt utrustad men traditionell 3-rums villa med en privat pool (8x4 meter), med panoramautsikt över Penon de Ifach och glimt av Med genom tallarna. Sätt i en egen säker trädgård i ett lugnt område i Calpe Det är inom räckhåll för Calpe 2 stränder La Fossa / Levante och Arenal, stormarknader, stad och restauranger. Villan går in genom dubbeldrivna grindar och upp till en täckt naya, som har bord och stolar för utomhusmat.
Inuti alla fönster är utrustade med myggskärmar, alla sovrum och loungen är utrustade med Jumbo-fläktar. Radiatorer är monterade i alla rum tillsammans med en logga i loungen för vinteruthyrning. Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och eget badrum, de 2 andra sovrummen har enkelsängar och serveras av familjen badrummet. Köket är utanför vardagsrummet / matsalen och är fullt utrustat för självhushåll. Utanför finns en grill bredvid solterrassen / pooldäcket som har solstolar, nyanser, bord och stolar. Villan har också SKY
SATALLITE-TV med SPORTS plus SPANISH TV, TYSKIS TV, FRANSKA TV och POLISK TV.

Great winter stay in Calpe

Villa Joyita was one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in. Located in a smart urbanisation a car is essential, with plenty of parking and a garage at the villa. We had a long winter stay and although the pool was too cold to use, the log fire in the living room was well used and created a cosy atmosphere over Christmas. The villa is well managed by Tracy and good communication from the owners.We’d definitely book again.

Calpe villa

The villa was exactly as was described on the website. It was situated in a quiet residential part of the town, was well equipped both inside and outside around the pool. It was exactly what we were after and enjoyed our stay in the villa and in calpe.

Lovely villa , fabulous location

A lovely villa , very clean and well equipped. Fantastic location ., a quiet residential area but within easy reach of supermarkets and the beach (10 mins by car ) Great pool area with with shady reading corners and plenty of sun loungers . Fantastic communication and customer service from the owners , with excellent and easy to understand directions ( very important when you arrive in the dark !!! ) We have stayed in many villas in the calpe area and this is one of the best , and we have already booked our return next year

Great property.

We have had more than 10 visits to properties in Calpe over the years and I would say this was the best experience. Communication in advance and instructions/directions were very clear. Accessing the property was easy. The property was exactly as it appeared in the listing, and we very well equipped. And most importantly at Christmas, the new air-con heating worked very well. A great property - many thanks to the owners.

Really great stay in Calpe

We just spent a week in John's Villa on Calpe. This was really great. We have earlier traveled in the area - but this has been the best vacation. :-) We had a very good communication with John from booking to arrival. The day before we arrived we got a mail from Tracy the caretaker - we agreed when we should meet. This was really great.she was there. So all in all are great vacation with no worries except the sun and where.to eat out. :-) Cheers John - for letting us rent your villa.

Another wonderful visit to Calpe

After many years of visiting the same Villa, unfortunately, the owners sold up forcing us to find another. Thankfully, we stumbled upon this villa on the app and do not regret it. The whole process of booking, getting the info pack to getting in the villa was easy and stress free. We had all we needed in advance which made everything very easy. The villa was amazing and was like a home from home for two weeks. We had all we needed. The villa was very clean with all needed to tidy up around ourselves whilst we were there. If we ever needed to leave the villa and the amazing pool, we were only a short drive to the sea front, shops and restaurants. Tracy, who greeted us, was absolutely amazing. Showing us around the villa and giving us tips on how to get around to the local supermarkets etc. Overall we had a great holiday in this villa and look to book again soon.

We have visited this villa 4 times, always enjoyed our stays. The villa itself is lovely, clean, the pool area is great. The owners have always been helpful and nice. However, my husband and I feel a little let down with regards to receiving our deposit back. We booked a months stay for August 2013, two weeks for us and the other two weeks for my sister, brother-in-law, nephew and niece. We paid our deposit and my sister's deposit as we were going to pay for a week's stay for them, due to lack of money. My father sadly passed away and I was left some inheritance, so therefore, I wanted to treat my sister and family to a weeks holiday. Unfortunately my brother-in-law lost his job and they were unable to afford to pay for the second week, flights etc, so therefore we had to cancel their two weeks. Upon making the initial booking I was asked if we could move our dates forward or backwards by a week, if we were willing to, an extra £100.00 would be deducted, so we agreed, which meant we started our holiday on the 3rd August 2013 instead of 27th July 2013. When the two weeks got cancelled for my sister the £100.00 was added back onto our holiday price, which I think is unfair as we still ended up going on the 3rd August rather than a week before which we had planned to do, this enabled the owners to have another booking before us. I asked the owners if they could pay us the deposit back that we paid for my sister and they said they could not. I feel that had I of been a villa owner I would of returned the monies as a good gesture, especially as the guests had been to the villa on four occasions and was planning to go again in the near future. Speaking to a few villa owners myself they said they would have also returned the monies to their customers, especially as enough notice had been given and the villa had managed to be re-let and if you value your customers you would want them to return again. I understand that the idea of the deposit is to secure your booking and if you are to cancel you would lose your deposit, but I feel that plenty of notice was given to the owners, regarding my brother-in-law losing his job and they were also able to re-let the villa. Therefore no monies was lost for them. We lost £450 of my fathers inheritance and £100 which was supposed to be deducted. I have put off writing this review as haven't wanted to give a negative one, as the holiday experience has been good. (My sister is my half sister as my Mum remarried).

Excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Calp. La villa est très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le rocher. Très belle piscine qui est illuminée le soir. La maison est bien aménagée. Tracy s’est montrée très disponible durant notre séjour. Nous remercions également Jean et Jo pour leur disponibilité avant le séjour. Nous n’hésiterons pas à relouer cette maison. Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Es war so ein toller Urlaub. Die Villa ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und in einer super Lage. Die Ausstattung ist prima, alles was das Herz begehrt. Der Kontakt zu John im Vorhinein und die Kommunikation und Hilfestellungen von Tracy waren super gastfreundlich und haben unseren Aifenthalt perfekt gemacht. Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Villa mit Pool und Garten (Grundstück) alles sehr gepflegt und wie im Prospekt beschrieben alle technischen Geräte vorhanden und voll funktionsfähig. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzer und später mit der Betreuerin Tracy war sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Buen lugar para alojarse

Un lugar cercano a la playa pero a la vez lejos y con tranquilidad. Por poner un pego, le falta aire acondicionado, con los ventiladores no es suficiente.
