Bo i hjärtat av Osage Beach på en spektakulär egendom med stora sjöutsikt med 300 'av största strandlinjen. Denna vackra 9 sovrum (ett loft), 6. 5 badrum, 8000 kvm. Ft. Estate är en perfekt miljö för familjen rolig semester, retreater kyrka, damer grupper, bröllop eller företagsevent. Huset rymmer så många som 48 i sängar. Huvudnivån i hemmet är en inbjudande mötesplats för hela gruppen med ett fullt utrustat kök, sittplatser för 48 för måltider, ett vardagsrum fyllt med bekväma skinnmöbler, alla med spektakulär stora sjöutsikt. På huvudnivån finns två storbilds tv och spelkorten för din underhållning. På utsidan av huvudnivån i hemmet finns också sjöutsikt däck och sjöutsikt Uteplats. På huvudnivån hittar du också ett sovrum och 3 sovrum gäst. Den övre nivån på hemmet har ett loft stil sovrum, plus två sovrummen med spektakulär utsikt över sjön, separata eget badrum och en gemensam balkong. Under de tre bil intilliggande garage hittar du ett stort sjöutsikt bunkroom med ett eget badrum, hantverk område, storbilds-TV och video spel station för barnen. På lägre nivå finns två sovrum och en stor vuxen lekplats med en bar med en stor skärm tv, ett vardagsrum med en storbilds-TV, biljardbord, 14 'shuffleboard bord, air hockey bord, dart, och en stor täckt däck med utsikt över sjön. Ner vid den 300: e privat strandlinjen hittar du en liten simbassäng (ingen livvakt), stor uteplats med solstolar, 2 kajaker, paddleboards (inga flytvästar) och en vattenramar. Det finns en två brunn docka och två PWC hissar, som också kan rymma två personliga vattenfartyg. Stor sjö plats, med ojämlika vyer, lugnare vatten i no wake delen av den stora glasyr. Family Time

Most things were acceptable. The bedroom and kitchen could really use some deep cleaning. The lighting in the main eating area is subpar. Great space and location. We had a great time.

Making Memories

This property was amazing. It was spacious, well equipped and had something for every age and lifestyle to do. The owners were very communicative regarding checking and checkout procedures. The location was great, convenient to stores etc but also quietly tucked away in a peaceful setting.

Golf outing!

50th anniversary celebration

We had 32 people in our family from ages 71-1 and this house accommodated all 8 of our families. The location was great for boating and tubing in the coves, for bars, and anything we needed. The house was very well supplied with towels, bedding and kitchen necessities. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, water trampoline, boat dock, lily pad, and back porch deck. There was always plenty of seating for all of us!

CROMWELL FAMILY REUNION

We can't say enough good things about this property. It was absolutely the best. The lake is right out the back door with a dock we and were able to park 2 pontons. A lily pad next to the dock and a nice pool and hot tub. The inside was open and airy with enough sitting areas for a Hugh group and all the bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen was well stocked. Can you guess we had nothing bad to say and the managers were great. We would recommend this property to anyone with a large group. One if the best stays, we have had with VRBO.

Women's Retreat

Overall this house was perfect for us. We had a few issues having enough linens and cooking and serving utensils but it all worked out great. The owners of this home are FANTASTIC.. Prompt in returning your emails and phone calls. I also left some items at the property and it is being returned to me , so thankful. The house is stunning and has a great flow for 48 women. We went October 2018, the view of turning trees and the lake were so calming and simply beautiful. Highly Recommend this home for your family and gathering needs!

Stay

Terry was great as well as their property manager, location was easy as far as getting to the Osage beach restaurants etc. a little bit further from the "commercial area". The house on the inside was dusty, tons of cob webs and had dirty counter spaces, floors and bathrooms were OK. The patios were awesome but we did have to spend about 2 hours wiping down chairs and tables, sweeping (they were too dirty to have used otherwise). The outside patio seating by the dock was covered in spiders and completely not usable, the property manager was over within hours and had it taken care of. The pool area was dirty but the pool otherwise was okay, this is a very very small pool. The dock was great but there is not a ladder to climb up, you have to swim to the side, super rocky and the stairs are slick, be careful.

Thanksgiving Week

Overall, I would say this house needs attention and upkeep. The main refrigerator leaks(as stated in another review) and it seems to have been leaking for some time because the wood wall next to it is pretty rotten. The hot tub did not work. We were told this came to the attention of the homeowners/managers just days before our arrival but was never told to us. With renting this home during Thanksgiving, having a hot tub was a big perk that people were looking forward to. The TV situation was a challenge with some of the TV’s not working and internet going out. The loft area that is advertised as a sleeping option for 6 is a bit unrealistic because it is out in the open and right above the living area and kitchen. If everyone gets up early, this probably isn’t a concern but if you have a mix of older and younger people, as we did, sleeping in that space was not ideal. Another washer/dryer would be nice since the house sleeps so many. We made it work but I think the house is probably a better option for a summer rental. It is a scenic area, right on the lake. The screened in porch areas would be nice. It is convenient to any store you would need. Lots of seating in the house. The owners/ managers could benefit from a backup contact for renters to connect with during their stay. They had a family situation come up during the week of Thanksgiving so we did not want to bother them, but also had no one to reach out to when we had questions or needed some help.

Great property! Spacious, well stocked kitchen, and special little extras that we all appreciated. The house is in a great location. Close to bars and restaurants on and off the lake. The pool, hottub and dock are great. Most of us attended the Shootout but for the few who stayed back watched it off the back deck!

Hosts are great and very responsive. House was large and spacious and comfortably fit our family of 35. Right on the water with a dock. The water area is not in a no wake zone so water gets a little choppy.Beds are comfortable. Sufficient bath towels. House AC worked great. Enough hot water for everyone’s shower, water pressure suffered a little if multiple were showering.Large dining area is a little bit dim at night.Water trampoline was broken so we couldn’t use it. The kids were bummed about that.It was a really good experience and would recommend the house for large family reunions.

Family Reunion

There were 26 of us in total celebrating our respective mother's 75th and 80th birthdays. There was plenty of space for everyone and privacy allowed for all. The property was conveniently located with plenty of activities for all.

Generational Get Together

While we loved the outside of the property, we had a few complaints about the inside. The deck furniture had spider webs on the deckchairs, and the inside of the house was stuffy and needed airing out. We open the windows to air out the house and the windowsills were cruddy. We would have also appreciated chairs in the bedrooms. This was a generational get together and it would have been nice to have a handicapped bathroom.

Great Location. Not Clean

The place is in desperate need of a deep clean and updating. The sliding glass door in the basement is missing the lock and handle with creates a safety issue.

Large Family Gathering Age range 6 months to 70 years

The house itself was very very good for our stay. Many bedrooms large enough for children to sleep with parents in pack n plays, and on mattresses. Eating areas were awesome and more than large enough. Also gave kids craft areas. Multiple TVs was great for all different interests. Lake area was good, kids loved trampoline in lake, access was ok. Kitchen large enough, multiple ovens helped for cooking and keeping food warm. Kitchen stocked with more than enough dinnerware, utensils, cooking pots, pans, etc. Cooktop had only two working burners which was difficult. Multiple gas grills were great for cooking for this size group. We had a couple of issues and questions which were quickly addressed and taken care of. Overall, we would definitely return for another stay in the future.

Water front oasis

My extended family had a great time here. Large bedrooms, plenty of space for the young kids to play. We loved playing pool and shuffleboard. Tons of seating and lots of space to cook in the kitchen. The outside was our favorite. A great deck to relax in the shade and then the pool and hot tub right on the lake side was perfect for us all to do different activities and still be close to everyone. A fun lake trampoline and floating mat was a kid favorite! A few things were a little off - the back door and the sliding glass door both had door handle issues (or lacking) that surprised me for being such a nice house. The only other con were the grills - they have definitely seen better days and was a challenge to grill 30+ burgers for everyone. But overall, fantastic and would stay here again!
